7月19日 ,因為週六無得訂枱,所以walk in 排隊拎號,等左約半個鐘左右,大約晚上7點半入座,一入去 已經聽到帶位女員工好熱情咁叫歡迎光臨米泰,仲好齊心,感覺同出面餐廳唔同,有氣氛。之後坐低後,一個好熟悉既男經理行過黎,主動送上水,一見原來之前係荃灣一間餐廳見過,仲記得佢有溫度既服務,今次再遇見,我對他點頭,thomas主動介紹餐牌有什麼推介,全程笑住對住所有客人,感覺相比半年前再來米泰,氣氛及服務轉變很大,改善左好多,臨走前我問thomas有無卡片,但佢話佢剛剛入職,俾住餐廳卡片再用筆寫佢whatsapp聯絡方式,星期一至五如果訂枱可以隨時搵佢,真貼心,食物質素繼續保持高質,加上thomas既服務感染下,令到餐廳有埋服務,我地會再黎,約定每月一次 continue reading

最近去咗米泰(圍方)食嘢,真係超正!以下係我試過嘅幾樣菜,分享一下~香芒軟殼蟹米紙卷第一樣係香芒軟殼蟹米紙卷,OMG,超好食!米紙包住軟殼蟹,外脆內嫩,配上香甜嘅芒果,食完好想再來一份!鮮蝦柚子沙律跟住試咗鮮蝦柚子沙律,醬汁好有風味,味道比較濃厚。鮮蝦搭配清脆嘅沙律,仲有柚子嘅酸甜,食完真係好清爽,夏天食啱啱好,完全唔會膩。鮮蝦 Pad Thai再來係鮮蝦 Pad Thai,呢道炒河粉完全唔會失望!鮮蝦夠新鮮,炒粉香噴噴,醬汁調得剛剛好,味道層次分明👍🏻菠蘿沙冰最後係菠蘿沙冰,呢個甜品真係必點!沙冰滑滑地,菠蘿味超自然,食完好消暑,完美收尾!總結總結一下,米泰(圍方)真係一個好地方,菜品唔單止好味,仲有創意,食完心情都好好。如果你喺香港搵地方聚餐,米泰(圍方)絕對要試下! continue reading

自從圍方開幕之後,對我哋呢班成日要夜收工嘅打工仔真係天大福音!每次收工肚餓,就可以即刻衝上圍方搵食。最近唔知點解好迷泰國菜,而呢間泰式餐廳雖然位唔多,但坐得幾舒服,裝修簡簡單單用木系風格,好適合同friend一齊嚟吹下水食下野。* 米泰生蝦 (6隻)啲蝦肉通透到呢~配埋佢哋特製嘅酸辣汁,一入口先係青檸同香茅嘅清新,跟住先慢慢嘗到魚露嘅鮮味,真係好開胃!*米泰秘製海南雞 (半隻) 雞皮又爽又彈,雞肉滑到呢~連雞胸都唔會「鞋口」。如果可以配碗油飯就perfect池啦!*米泰極上船麵個湯底黑金黑金咁,用牛骨熬出嚟嘅湯又濃又甜,最正係啲炸豬皮,吸晒湯汁都仲脆口!牛小排都幾多下,牛味夠,不過牛丸就似港式嗰種,如果有爆汁效果就更好。食得辣嘅記住加辣,會更加惹味!*芒果椰汁三色糯米飯 擺到成件藝術品咁!蝶豆花、斑斕同白糯米三種顏色,椰漿濃淡啱啱好,每粒米都掛到漿,食落又綿又香;加埋啲炸綠豆碎,脆脆地好過癮。芒果甜到漏,一啲都唔酸,自己食晒都唔會膩。*飲品: 杞子龍眼水蜜/泰式咖啡龍眼蜜飲落好滋潤,就算凍飲都飲到桂圓香。至於泰式咖啡香濃得嚟唔會太甜,好啱香港人口味。 continue reading
