今日去沙田強記點咗佢最馳名嘅雞粥,點知食落發覺啲雞有酸味,好唔新鮮,我同店員講,經理話重新換過比我食,結果唔使2分鐘又再嚟過另外一煲,裏面全部都係雞胸肉,食落仍然有酸味,好唔新鮮,一啲都冇改善!店員嘅服務態度好一般,經理對食物質素亦漠不關心,食物有問題理都愛理不理。我對呢間所謂名牌雞粥十分失望,以後都唔會再嚟。 continue reading

乳鴿以前經常去食質素,都可以保持,夜晚外賣就算返到屋企都好Juice,上幾個禮拜埋我返屋企食都好Juice,但晏晝千祈唔好叫,告訴服務員柴皮,佢哋話係咁嘅,我都唔係第一次喺呢度食,唔好呃啦。 continue reading

好耐都冇食過沙田雞粥,今日去咗沙田圍呢一間強記乳鴿1983試吓~ 去到門口都排晒長龍,2個人等咗大約10張枱,20分鐘左右。雞粥(小窩) $75首先一定要叫嘅就梗係佢哋嘅雞粥,我哋兩個人叫咗小窩,但係都比我哋想像中大!差啲食唔晒呀,入邊都有好多舊雞,好足料!而且啲雞好滑,好味!和味海蜇手撕雞 $58見到和味海蜇手撕雞都好似吸引,所以都叫嚟試吓,開下胃~嚟到唔單止賣相靚,味道都超好!下次必叫!蟹籽燒賣皇 $28.8薑蔥牛柏葉 $28.8煎蘿蔔糕 $25.8之後叫咗其他普通飲茶食到嘅點心,佢哋嘅蟹籽燒賣雖然冇影到相,但係真係好好食,推薦!蘿蔔糕就不過不失,朋友仔話覺得可以煎得再燶啲。牛柏葉反而有啲失望,覺得煮得泰林,唔夠爽口彈牙不過總結而言,下一次都會在麗城,呢度嘅裝修唔錯,嘢食嘅質素都幾好 continue reading

由於近幾次都食唔到好食嘅乳鴿所以今日特登去咗沙田河畔既《強記乳鴿》一上枱已經聞到好香既乳鴿味聽到佢令立立即刻試到下個乳鴿頭嘩~嗰陣滷水味喺個口度爆出黎皮脆肉嫩口爆肉汁呢度既係肥仔乳鴿~d脂肪油香到不得了暫時係我喺香港食過最好食嘅《強記乳鴿》開半邊《上湯蒜子浸勝瓜》勝瓜煮得入味又唔會太淋冇平時嘅草青味爽脆鮮甜好味《薑蔥生蠔》薑蔥爆得夠香呢一種蠔係細隻好似台山蠔咁嘅size蠔邊因為走過油食落小小脆口蠔身好甜無渣👍👍😋《豆腐魚雲湯》白雪雪既豆腐湯不過飲落有啲魚腥味但都好甜但係食舊魚雲有冇腥味如果落多啲薑再煎香啲個魚雲先個湯就好正喇最後落咗重胡椒解決 continue reading
