7月24日,又在中環遊走搵食。。。諗住budget within $60,見到呢個價錢符合,餐廳入面得一個客人,於是就決定堂食。門口有個似係 ABJ 嘅女仔招呼,好好笑容。坐低左,望個menu搵唔返門口見到個d,先知門口個d只係 for 外賣。員工有差不多6人,全部係日本人。叫左個牛筋烏冬,食物到左,冇人俾水/茶。請頭先知個ABJ 俾杯水,佢話,i will get you one。Will 左唔知幾耐都未有,我叫另一個staff 俾先有。到埋單,我想問ABJ 收唔收卡,佢話 i will come back to you in a minute,幾分鐘都過左佢都冇理我,但佢冇野忙緊,我直接遞張credit card 俾另一個員工。佢地收10%服務費,但我唔知我有咩服務得到。食物味道真的不錯,但服務差甚至冇服務另我唔想再幫襯,又或者下次外賣算了。

話說放左工,因為老婆同龜蜜去浦,所以我一個人做孤獨的美食家。原本上去食中環啲比較貴拉麵店,點知有幾間都無開,行行下就行左去呢間隱世拉麵。而呢間日本野真係日本人開,啲侍應同大廚都係日本人,又或者日文好叻嘅。由於我唔識日文,所以就食佢啲店員推介野,又真係幾好食。首先黎一個炸流心蛋,個蛋炸左之後都好多蛋汁,外面好脆口,幾得意。雞串燒幾支,大路野,但好好食,食左幾串。最驚喜係有雞patpat食,第一次食呢個位,好有雞油香。佢地續串上,唔記得影。圖為雞軟骨,雞胸骨黎,有啲柚子辣醬,好醒胃。之後上碗拉麵,唔記得叫乜拉麵。個麵係用鑊炒個嘅蔬菜做餸,個拉麵師傅話呢味係日本貼地野,好食,有驚喜,打破我對拉麵想象。食食下上埋個燒鰤魚,第一次食呢啲燒魚,不就鰤魚印象高價野。魚翅位黎,好有魚香味。啤酒影左相點都要post埋。

幫襯健康食品拉麵多年,通常都是食溏心蛋拉麵,$80一碗,有溏心蛋一隻,3片燒得香口的日式叉燒, 菠菜同香濃但不過咸的豬骨湯,配上任落的明太子芽菜, 每次均十分滿足。 拉麵我會要求較硬身的。佢地,execution算穩定,但也試過一兩次稔左DD, 但都可以接受。 是我在中環的飯堂之一。今次想講吓佢地個炸豆腐配牛筋腩。$70一客不算便宜,但你會覺得值回票價。炸豆腐是輕輕炸過,豆腐滑不溜口,豆味香濃,一定是日本貨。牛腩我最初也怕炆得不稔,誰知入口即化,日式的香甜加上牛油香,美味得不得了。豆腐的滑同牛筋、腩的香甜,配合得天衣無縫。建議配搭一配珍珠白飯或者一個燒飯糰同吃。註:用某信用卡埋單有9折。

見到個招牌健康食品拉麵,好好奇到底有幾健康啊?店員很多只講日文,所以相信是日本人開的。沒有特別是午餐的餐牌,出面易拉架嘅便當應該是外賣便當,入到去沒有這麼平。我叫了一個健康拉麵set,$83。第一眼望以為拉麵是素食,但原來都有少少海鮮。另外還附送益力多及沙律。枱面上的辣芽菜是任加的。整體而言還好。

椰菜、芽菜還有一些”义燒拉麵” 的义燒切碎炒烏冬,比較油膩,至於鹽水的味道尤如即食麵那包味精粉味道,還有重重的胡椒粒,炒完的烏冬,灑上葱花。
這味道相信酒醉後,感覺相當不錯,可惜現在清醒下吃著⋯⋯

炸野菜餅拼冷烏冬$70~
由於愛人坐落,覺得沒有冷氣的情形下,決定點冷烏冬。
先講講那個炸野菜餅,野菜餅令人回憶起兒時的熟食檔,炸魚蛋、煎醸三寶⋯⋯還有那個炸蘿蔔杯,筆者所指,那味道就像那炸蘿蔔杯,可惜是放涼咗的⋯⋯
過氣蘿蔔杯,放涼了就沒有口感,食落更欠奉那份熱騰騰的炸物,脆脆的興奮感覺。
至於那冷烏冬,淡淡的昆布汁配青瓜絲,炎炎夏日冇乜胃口,可供選擇,只是配這放涼了的炸物,令人有點失望。

因為吾會去邊度食嘢好,就見到有間日本小店都唔少人食仲有拉麵岩晒先生就入去食,本來想食羊肉鍋但要出去食(因為味濃),所以最後冇食,叫了一個丼,拉麵同小食,每人$166價錢可以但比較迫。味道都吾差。味噌拉麵,要了硬麵口感好味比較幼身不錯。但偏咸而义燒好味,加$10要了溏心蛋,唔好食,勁咸同蛋味吾夠香。沙律蝦,蝦新鮮程度一般幸好有不少沙律醬係度同偏油身,約$55/6粒價錢比較貴。驚喜炸雞好食,炸得香口而雞嫩滑份量不少又新鮮。燒牛肉丼,牛肉少少厚都軟熟,有隻生蛋再和醬汁混一齊食好味4喎,不過牛味再濃更好同白飯吾夠。

一開始是被易拉架的照片吸引,連店名也沒看清楚就進去了,所以不知道原來是出名食拉麵。午餐餐牌花多眼亂,隨意翻一下菜單,最後決定點一份鳥冬麵,沒想到店員卻說需要等待較長時間,作為中環打工仔,在分秒必爭的午餐時間只能向現實低頭,於是改為選擇店員推介的叉燒丼。當時心想:半分鐘前也聽到隔隔隔壁叫了叉燒丼,估計也不會太差吧?好吧,我錯了。叉燒丼上有半隻溏心蛋、紫菜、日式叉燒和大量生洋蔥絲。叉燒有稍微煎過,香口,就像平常拉麵上吃到的叉燒。因為沒有醬汁或者飯素拌飯,所以口感很單調,食到最後,口腔內的只是滿滿的洋蔥味。叉燒丼也會附上一碗清湯,不知道為何,突然想起了網上流傳的「一乾三濕」潮文,這碗湯實在太像廣東撈麵的清湯,讓我一度有衝動澆兩勺在白飯上。感覺這次點菜失敗了,大家來這裡還是好好吃拉麵吧!(因為不是食主打的拉麵,公平起見,這次食評只給上「OK」的評分)

The food and drinks are okay. To be fair in Central their prize is also comparably attractive. But they don’t understand how to serve and manage more customers than their seating capacity.I was waiting outside of the restaurant for a late dinner and made sure the headwaiter notice that I was waiting for a table. I asked if the headwaiter saw that I had been waiting for a long time and came first and the only response she gave was, “please wait we now have a table for you”.
