臨別秋波,好耐之前食過一次,見佢唔做,試多次啦,都幾多人等,今次印象,係失望的,睇得出佢地都好忙,但服務真的有點嚇人,完全茶餐廳服務,我經常到此類日本餐廳,大多數都優雅骨子的,日本菜嘛,但呢度真的很嚇人,短髮的那個不知是否較資深,成日大聲夾無準叫其他侍應,佢嘅招呼更好似打仗咁,有點粗魯,迴轉壽司都唔會咁,畢竟你二百幾元一個午餐,不是茶餐廳價錢,講返壽司飯,很酸,亦不夠煙韌,一夾即散,魚生是很新鮮的,日本師傅也只招呼熟客,所以來不來,意思都不大,這次沒有留下好好的感覺,若不是結束營業,我相信也不會再來,所以沒有可惜的感覺。出面比它好吃的,大有選擇。 continue reading

一早訂咗枱1:15pm, 1:15pm到,舖前有四五個人。當我開棟門示意我到咗,有個待應放咗四個人入去。跟住佢話我訂咗嗰張枱會安排。本人都明白午市忙要安排位置須要時間。但等咗15分鐘問返個侍應安排成點。佢話未有人走。跟住我重申我訂咗枱1:15pm但係已經成1:30pm。佢大條道理話其他人都有訂枱所以未有座位。跟住我問咁如果訂位嘅時間畀唔到枱、咁點解要接受訂枱,佢態度甚差咁話唔通我hold住啲枱唔做生意呀?嗰刻我著咗。同一個冇concept 嘅人理論只會令自己受罪。訂枱嘅原意係喺指定時間攞到位用膳。咁簡單嘅概念都無,令人感到好失望。仲要係日本餐廳,一啲基本禮貌都冇。 continue reading

一所比較老牌的日本料理,在香港云云食肆的競爭下仍然屹立不倒,當然有值得支持的價值,這些刺身和壽司分量都是一人前,飽腹程度絕對不用擔心。用的是上等食材,人口就不能騙喔在香港很多日式料理都會用上粒貝,鮮甜爽口,如果處理不當或是次級就很容易吃到腥味鹽燒白子,此白子並非出於鱈魚,口感比較紮實,相信初吃煮也能受落沙甸魚並非人人喜愛,因為此魚味偏濃,而且在香港有些師傅覺得功夫多,所以食材也少入汁煮喜之次,同行日本朋友喜愛食品之一,算是高級魚類,除了汁煮還可以燒,今晚由廚師推薦煮法 continue reading

自從四月底赫德道建成日本料理結束營業之後,就心思思想回去見城的本店繼續我的見城歲月。值得一提的是,我第一次在見城日本料理吃飯是在1986,那時候店尖沙咀東部永安中心的商場,之後有跟隨他們的廚師去銅鑼灣百利保廣場,繼而去赫德道,在赫德道幫襯左13年至今。今天中午生意很好,所以就看到了真章,中午點了自選壽司定食加了一份火炙鯛壽司,壽司飯一粒粒,紫菜冧的,魚肉過度熟成,拌碟的薑片跟著水,服務員工更..............。相信短時間之內我也不會再回去了,畢竟現在的選擇太多了。 continue reading

今日假期光顧一間喺棉登徑坐落很久的日本菜。今天是假日也有lunch set 提供。Order了 一個sushi set, 一個刺身set.壽司set 可自選八件壽司和六件小手捲.小手捲八件壽司池魚壽司海鰻壽司兩個Set 都有麵豉湯, 刺身 set 多一份茄子和白飯。還有蒸蛋甜品有檸檬雪葩和綠茶雪糕用料新鮮,師傅態度認真, 上菜飯,不愧多年來都客似雲來。 continue reading
