我們仲額外加了一隻牡丹蝦,蝦身做刺身,蝦頭攞去炸... 本來孝哥先食刺身又覺中伏,但幸好蝦頭炸完一流!好有蝦味之餘,一d都唔流,好脆,成個頭食哂!另外仲有牛傍一同上碟,係貴了點,盛惠$90一客。

講下麵屎湯啦,其實我不嬲都唔中意飲既,所以通常都係飲1-2嗒就會捐比對面個位。難得佢中意呀馬。個湯同你可預期的沒有分別,豆腐粒都只有3粒。另叫紅麵屎湯或會正好多。

你見到旁邊仲會有個小餐牌,我留意到「銀杏鹽燒」應該正。係香格理拉都有食過,下次會一會呢間手藝。我同孝哥黎咁多次都係比自選set吸引左,由於份理還可以,每次都沒有空間再增叫食物。

呢隻陶瓷杯好靚
佢地係特別找人係日本做的,而且做法係一層一層好似做牛角包咁疊才做出這紋路。十分like!

最後,終於到甜品時候,女人都係等呢一刻嫁啦,身2個胃出來了。

咁我平時都係叫綠茶雪糕既,點知有紅豆糕就試試啦。真的很不錯,唔太甜,食完感覺唔錯☺️ 有紅豆粒粒係入面,硬jelly身。

I always loved the quality of sushi here, as well as the price range for lunch is at exceptional value. As it is in season, I also have the chance to taste some fresh shirako! The umami and creaminess is both indescribable and unforgettable. The sushi are also freshly prepared and at the peak of freshness! Sea urchin, salmon roe, toro and baby tuna are my favourite!

講真服務就真係差啲喇,  個侍應好似唔多識廣東話, 想叫佢介紹 D壽司都唔得, 講冇兩句, 佢就行開左。。

尖沙咀的日本餐廳比較好的都不外乎那幾間而今晚就到見城一試這餐廳於尖沙咀有2間分店之前已去過棉登徑店所以今晚就到赫德道這店吧餐廳環境不算新而且食物有限可能今天是星期日晚加上已是九時所以選擇並不多魚生方便都算可以茶壺湯味道太淡不夠濃味象拔蚌反而鮮甜螢光魷魚味道我覺咸了點我至愛的吞拿魚細卷因為加了紫蘇葉所以有少許做得出我想要的味道蕃茄不夠鮮甜...口感差了些其他食材都不過不失反而蜜瓜清甜可口整體方便服務..食物都可以

飛去日本食個lunch我做不到,唯有去轉尖沙咀赫德道見誠,讓自己暫時幻想一下置身於日本的餐廳小店...師傅和大部分客人均是日本人,氣氛已很日本,加上店內充斥著日本餐廳小店內那種壽司醋香的味道...蒸蛋、壽司、天婦羅和銀鱈魚,就是很日本小店的水準,不會令人失望,伴碟的小吃通常我都不大喜歡吃,但這裏的小吃南瓜很夠甜,我和寶貝們也很愛吃。最後的雪糕小鬼們當然不會放過,也是一般日本雪糕應有的香滑,走進見誠,就如走進隨意門去了日本一趟般,不過餐廳座位有限,這道隨意門還是最好先行訂位喔~

I come here once or twice a year, whenever I'm in town. Just ordered a good selection of sushi for lunch today. The sushi rice was perfect - good balance of sharpness and sweetness, and every grain was discernible. The mid fatty toro melted in the mouth. Beautiful sea urchin. Crunch hand rolls. And everything was consistently good. Yum.

This eatery (with two restaurants situated within 5 minutes' walk) frequented by Japanese customers (indicating its authenticity) was the venue we (except the M.I.A. one) chose to bid farewell to our comrade and colleague. 

The assorted sashimi was fabulous; the fact that every kind of raw fish was followed by a specific matching sauce was a manifest of their professionalism. The mackerel was light in flavour but had a slightly dry and sweet aftertaste. The needle fish and snapper were both springy and supple. The rich full-bodied flavour of the yellowtail trumped the first three. 

The grilled giant scallop wrapped in crisp seaweed should be eaten at once while hot - the succulence and slightly firm texture was heavenly. The eel was certainly charcoal grilled - it retained the heavy aroma only disguised by plum sauce - and it was a bit too tough, almost rubbery. The cod was also disappointing; I couldn't imagine how they managed to roast/grill such an oil-laden fish to something dry like firewood. But these were the only two dishes that failed our expectations. 

The assorted sushi was so commendable that we ordered a second round. The miniature cucumber and tuna rolls were commonplace but fresh. The sea urchin reminded us of caviar (stale sea urchin stinks of rotting fish!) and you could taste the freshness from every bite. The tuna sushi was almost like red meat with a faint hint of fat - you felt like you were actually savouring swimming fishes. The salmon roe tasted of brine, the mackerel and shrimp sushi were of normal standards and the tamago sushi was a shade too heavy on the sugar.  

The tempura - deep fried in oil as it was - was not a bit greasy and even the serving paper was not much blotted with oil. All the foodstuff tasted original with their natural flavours encased within the crisp batter. The oden of bamboo shoots and beancurd was a homely dish and the soup broth had entered into the ingredients after prolonged simmering. 

All in all, an excellent dinner to bid farewell to our dear friend. Upon your return your welcome reception would be here - your favourite restaurant - and the full bright moon that night illustrated the famous poetry quote: 但願人長久,千里共嬋娟!

今日好開心老闆LUNCH請我食左餐生日飯,其實呢一間日本餐廳一早就已經好出名。因為老闆一早就已經訂左位,所以唔駛等位聽聞好彩既話仲會見到發哥TIM  其實我覺得呢度既服務態度都幾好,不過介紹食物時個服務員講野有點急太快~我其實好多都聽唔到是但叫,只係聽得最清楚話我個吞拿魚腩飯係熱,因為傳統係熱的~問我有冇所謂~其餘一概聽唔到個餐牌既SET LUNCH又唔太知佢想點~好多野都要問 (即係入面有咩食.....)呢餐飯最意外驚喜就係個玉米~生食既~仲勁爽甜又多汁,可能小妹多數都係去食放題... 比較少見識~哈哈點知差不多食完既時候~師傅竟然拎左條三文魚喺我對正既角度進行(肢解) ~ 真係再一次證明左係生鮮既~不過好在我差不多食完.....唔係真係幾嘔心好喇唔講咁多,睇相先

這裡最有名的是壽司,中午的定食也有很多非壽司的選擇,這可能是遷就香港人的口味,當然也有壽司lunchset,有一款是指定的壽司,另一款較貴可以在指定的壽司中選擇,我就要了指定的壽司set,都要百三蚊。首先到來的是蒸蛋,非常的滑溜,水準很好。魚生飯唔錯,這裡的壽司卻是名不虛傳,香港很多的壽司都是機械製造,即使用料新鮮但都是冷冰冰,這裏的卻食到師傅的功力,壽司沒有冷反而有一種師傅的溫暖,軟硬適中鮮味十足,這是在香港未曾試過食壽司的感覺,壽司有三文魚、油甘魚和吞拿魚等,這裡的壽司水準十足,絕對值得一試。當然如果要吃晚餐,這裡的壽司應該很昂貴,但如果中午食lunchset的話,我覺得是物超所值了!另外值得一提是這裡的washibi是鮮磨,有粒粒山葵在裡面,可見師傅的心思。

今日老闆請食飯, 揀左間貴野黎食。呢到d lunch set 最平$100, 最貴係$180。今日好開心有機會黎試下。見左個牛肉煱定食$110定食未上台前, 一人一個蒸蛋, 好滑, 好味。牛肉煱細細個, 男人未必夠食, 牛肉唔係肥牛, 好厚身, 但算滑, 個煱仲有豆腐, 芋絲, d 湯底甜甜地, 好味個飯用類似竹筒既野上, 唔算大, 只盛滿半個竹筒, 我一個女仔都係岩岩好。每個定食都有一舊唔知咩果子, 話係用梅,芝麻, 枝豆整既, 味道怪怪, 得個樣。麵豉湯, 唔太咸, ok餐後仲有甜品/咖啡我揀左綠茶雪糕, 正。呢到地方細細, 建議黎之前book 定位比較好。

今日未有外出"覓食", 但"司"興大發! 二話不說,唯有來一個外帶"頂隱"吧 叫了一個sushi lunch set. 賣相不俗.壽司用料明顯不及堂食.但份量十足. 壽司飯雖然用料不多,但三文魚子鮮甜不咸+左分!沒有了蒸蛋,麵豉湯,咖啡, 又補上了前菜,提子. 無話可說. 難得有外帶服務提供! 無論如何也要給一個"讚"吧

Decided to put this comment in English to make sure Kenjo japanese team could read this compliment. My friend and I wandering off TST and saw a number of Japanese restaurants. Having no idea which is good or bad, we finally entered one that have no quene like others.Followed by a very loud greeting from the team, a lady server swifty greet us and lead us to be seated. My friend and I wandering off TST and saw a number of Japanese restaurants. Having no idea which is good or bad, we finally entered one that have no quene like others.

Followed by a very loud greeting from the team, a lady server swifty greet us and lead us to be seated.

It is a Jap-Eng menu with another stand alone Japanese writing holder on the table (should be writing some chef reccomendation and such). One chinese speaking lady kindly came to us and gave us recommendation knowing we might not familiar with all. Very friendly indeed.

We ordered a assorted sushi plater, an grilled eel and a beef udon for sharing.

the Sashimi on sushi is good. Fresh is the key of course!. the grilled eel is right at the degree too. Slightly crispy on the surface with sauce. Though a bit tiny.. hehee

The Beef Udon. Beef is cool. Raw beef without any additional favour, good enough. The Udon, smoothy one that I haven't had it around Hong Kong for a while already! So it is really a plus! Though I was full, but I insist finished it all!


When we finished the meal, the whole team greet us again and the feeling is absolutely fine and content.
I appreciated a lot with the greeting and such. It is not just a say but a sincere way that they talk and present! They really let you feel that very welcoming and thankful attitude.

I will definitely go back sometimes and recommend it to my colleagues and friends!
