因為之前表弟黎香港要去何文田個邊考試。考完就帶佢去附近食野。佢話想試下香港傳統既冰室,我就揀左呢間。一入去已經覺得好古舊,好有香港7-80年代既感覺,地方唔大,而且都要等一陣先入到去食。我地叫左招牌蕃茄牛肉意粉同湯意粉。再加左奶油豬同咖央多士。落單個陣要大嗌要食d咩,老闆就會記得,唔洗落單,所以怕羞d都唔得。味道方面,意粉就似屋企食到既味道,好熟悉既感覺。而奶油豬就推薦既,好脆好好味,有茶餐廳既水準。想食傳統既冰室味道,就可以試下呢間。 continue reading

呢間暫時係我食過唯一一間有燴通粉食而又好食嘅地方。之前響澳門食過一間超級難食啲茄汁唔知點樣一啲茄汁味都冇 ,又唔夠rich食完不知幾後悔! 今晚因為時間尚早先至可以食到咋,因為呢間鋪頭七點半收工㗎 !鋪頭由兩夫婦經營,見到好多都係街坊嚟幫襯,全部都熟晒㗎啦 !之前間唔中過嚟呢邊上堂有機會食到,而家真係好難先有機會食 !其實燴意粉坊間比較多,燴通粉真係唔係度度有得食,仲要好食果下先抵死吖嘛 佢絕配嘅小紅腸係我哋每次去都要必食嘅,因為又係唔係度度地方有得食到 ,連我平時唔係好食腸我都覺得好味道兩個人每人要一碟又好似太多,所以就叫咗一碟雞絲腸仔蛋燴通粉再加件多士 ,晚餐輕盈小小啦!佢啲茄汁全部掛晒上啲通粉度,味道啱啱好 ,再加兩條小紅腸同埋好靚嘅太陽雙旦。最遺憾就係佢杯奶茶始終唔夠大排檔嗰啲咁有茶味咁香濃!晚餐兩個人80幾蚊仲想點先😋😋😋 continue reading

而家新開嘅餐廳好多時都會做懷舊做主題,做返舊式嘅裝修話擺設泥模仿以前冰室嘅風味。但泥到奇香冰室,就唔使扮了。因為明哥(冰室老闆)屹立喺勝利道已經好多年,懷舊就梗㗎啦!奇香冰室唔大,可能總共都得10張枱左右,明哥有佢自己一套運作,落單從來都係就咁嗌出嚟,即叫即整。佢又會記得晒邊枱人嗌乜嘢,加蛋定加腸仔啊⋯埋單都係好心水清~入到去,其實餐牌上面選擇都唔多。泥泥去去都係果幾樣。我入到去一係就鮮茄牛肉燴意粉或者清清地嘅就係三絲湯通粉其實好食嘅地方,選擇真係唔需要多!佢個燴意粉係食過最好味嘅,真係冇乜地方做到佢“燴”既個種狀態,諗起口水都流佢個種鮮茄亦唔會太漏,正啦總之!支持老店❣️ continue reading

以前細個響勝利道附近番學,所以成日都會響勝利道食晏。諗番起畢業之後都有十年冇番過黎呢邊,見今日下就放假,成日冇食過野,所以就黎左奇香室回味一下。今次叫左蕃茄繪牛肉意粉加煎蛋再加底。以前明明記得中學時叫個正常份量會好快食完,會唔夠飽,所以今次叫左加底,點知食唔曬添,只能夠講當時發梗育,所以胃口大啲。牛肉保持到以前既水準,蕃茄意粉比起出面有啲林,不過以前響度食都係咁,煎蛋可要可不要,冇咩特別。如果女仔黎食,食番正常份量就夠啦。 continue reading

難得今日返九五時間,中午時段到了勝利道品嚐及懷緬一下昔日的茄醬牛肉意粉,未到如以往一樣,當日仲見到有顧客從美國返港第一時間就係去呢度食嘢!真係一大班熟客!當天係平日,個場已經滿咗,又有學生等緊,可能就係因為熟客多,我叫左嘅意粉要等到我朋友差唔多食完,再要我三催四請先至有我嘅意粉上枱,佢將啲意粉首先俾咗啲熟客食先,最後先輪到我! 唉!作為一個打工仔嘅我,食飯時間只有1小時,包括來回我都冇咗好多時間,所以如果真係去呢度食嘢你要有充足嘅時間可以慢慢食先好呀!我就要好急咁樣食完囉!而我朋友係第一次去食嘅,我問佢好唔好食,佢話好好食!因為呢啲就係香港式的意大利粉,就好似你呀媽媽煮嘅意粉一樣,充滿咗感情!佢嘅肉醬意粉底係由茄膏整嘅,所以同我地細細個食嗰啲意粉係一模一樣架!呢個茄醬意粉差唔多每枱都會叫㗎!唔似而家真係可以喺香港食到嘅正宗意大利粉!所以當你再食呢一個意粉嘅時候,你就會有家的感覺同埋好有親切咁!不過,真係有啲肥膩㗎 ,日日食唔係好掂! continue reading
