中秋節當然少不了月餅作為應節食品,我家媽媽最喜愛吃金華火腿伍仁月餅,對於青少年,他們固然不會欣賞,大部分只會對冰皮月餅、新穎款式的月餅有興趣。原本打算購買一個伍仁果仁和金華火腿伍仁月餅,可能日子已很接近中秋節,伍仁果仁已經全部售罄月餅最好選擇比較乾身的,即是表面較少油身,原因是乾身代表月餅的儲存和運送比較好,減少溫差影響月餅。接著直入主題,回家當然給母親大人品嚐,切開時都用了頗大的力氣,由於月餅的餡料都很足料,整個餅外形都不俗,金華火腿都不算少,味道都有水準,可是略嫌不足的是果皮的份量少了一些。價錢方面:74.5$ 較其他餅店都貴了些少整體評分:7.5/10 continue reading

雖然未到過年,已偷步食咗蘿蔔糕及年糕,多謝朋友送來一盒奇華賀年禮盒,紅底紙盒,配手繪中式公仔,甚有賀年氣氛。盒內有齊蘿蔔糕與年糕,煲啖粥,淥啲菜,已經可以當一餐晚飯。隨禮盒附上嘅小冊子,原來奇華依個「亞嫲年糕」系列,喺秉承創辦人黃業榮先生母親嘅傳統手藝,一直堅持以自家生磨糯米蒸製,真喺要落足心機試真啲。翻閱一下本小冊子,奇華嘅賀年禮物真喺好多花款,糕點、小食、糖果、蛋卷……,單單講番「亞嫲年糕」系列,由年糕、馬蹄糕、紅豆糕、芋頭糕、甘薯糕,到蘿蔔糕,就已經有成12款之多,有長形,有圓形。用料方面,講明細選頂級糯米、自家生磨,採用日本德島金時紫薯,自家製鮮臘味,優質嘅瑤柱、蝦米……,堅持香港製造,讓人食得安心嘅出品。朋友所送嘅喺「自選亞嫲年糕禮盒(兩個裝)」優惠價賣$158,比起散買當然划算一點。極上珠姐XO醬臘味蘿蔔糕 $92糕面放有一隻辣椒仔,心諗:「珠姐」喺咪凶我呢?不過,實情喺頗有辣勁,因為XO醬早已混入底蘿蔔糕內,所以,煎好食用時,唔需要再蘸乜蘸物,入口已經好有香味。蘿蔔糕本身質感挺身,煎香後軟綿綿,除有臘味外,亦會食到瑤柱絲、蝦米等等,唯一挑剔,喺啲料撈得唔夠勻混啫。亞嫲糖年糕 $82成份就只有糯米、片糖同水,就做出依款既簡單,又傳統嘅糕品。雖然小弟煎燶咗少少,但依然入口煙糯香甜,甜得嚟啱啱好,沖杯濃茶喺小弟認為最襯嘅配搭。順帶一帶,從小冊子裡,睇到除依款年糕,另外仲有杏汁、椰汁、薑汁及麥芽糖醇低糖年糕可供選擇,適合唔同口味嘅人。如果未諗好送咩俾家人、親友做新年賀禮,不妨落奇華走一轉,相信有唔少選擇合你心水! continue reading

奇華餅家是本港其中一家老牌餅家,自小也嚐過其產品,現在的產品更加多完化,中西式糕餅也做到,可謂種類繁多。今天介紹的就是這裡的鳳梨酥,其實鳳梨酥是台灣特產,現在,香港的製作水準已經跟貼了。奇華鳳梨酥,包裝用上精美的金屬盒,而每件鳳梨酥是用膠袋獨立包裝,餅身咬落還算鬆脆,內裡的鳳梨蓉餡料軟韌香甜,水準不俗的。 continue reading

一年容易又中秋,家裡面除了有月餅,還有一罐蛋卷,是奇華出品,椰蓉口味。打開盒蓋,沒太多椰蓉的香氣。咬落是脆口,卻不是很鬆化,亦沒什麼椰味,同埋層數不多,口感比較單調。雖然質素未係最理想,但喜歡吃香口東西的我,一口氣也幹掉了不少。或者,牛油味會更適合我。至於奶黃月餅,唔得香,又不夠軟熟,完全吸引唔到我。 continue reading

放工經過,本來想買件中式餅醫肚餓,但見到有竹炭卷蛋糕,依且仲做特價添,那就買了兩件回家。翌日將蛋糕作午餐,獨立包裝已經討好,加上灰黑黑打破傳統卷蛋糕顏色,更加得意。卷蛋味道不錯,不乾身,,加上黑色的芝蔴味,很好,所以將會ENCORE再買! continue reading
