放假又係食好西時候!熊妹呢幾日返工都唔係訓得好夠,總是攰攰的,窩心的熊大唔想熊妹舟車勞頓咁辛苦,特登走黎熊妹地頭同熊妹揾食🍽,錫錫!黎到熊妹地頭緊係熊妹帶路喇,點知今次竟然俾熊大捷足先登揾到好西門路🥣,熊妹遲左一步喇!主打新加坡馬來西亞菜餐館《蘇媽.蘇媽》呢排係深水埗區真係出名得幾誇張,時時刻刻都有人係門口排隊🚶🏻‍♂️🚶🏻‍♂️,咪話唔西利!熊大熊妹係門口都等左十分鐘度就入得。下午茶時段都人頭湧湧,全場滿座。裝潢以懷舊冰室為主題,以綠色的瓦磚配合懷舊花紋的地板,木餐椅木餐桌,有圓的有方型的,鋪滿整間餐館,只剩下中間窄窄的通道走動,正正符合冰室的經濟效益。牆上掛滿一個個木牌扁,用上不同的字型寫著各款美食飲料名稱,當裝飾之餘食客可以抬頭點餐,非常特別。熊大熊妹坐低就慢慢睇餐牌叫野食喇。餐牌有兩款,分別係有圖文並茂的彩色餐牌同可以畫圈點菜用已過膠的黑白文字餐牌,幾環保♻️喎!門口已經貼著告示指導飲肉骨茶4步曲。先混醬,後飲熱湯,再嚐肉骨點醬,最後再添熱湯,係無限添飲的。豐係蒜蓉,福係辣椒🌶️,齊來混醬吧!百吉爹肉骨菜(皇帝骨),$54新加坡菜必點的肉骨茶,熊妹揀了皇帝骨,貪佢夠大塊肉。一個飯碗般大的小小黑色瓦煲裝上3大塊皇帝骨,但一啲骨頭都無,簡單啲黎講只有豬肉。肉質都煮得淋,但有啲部位又有少少鞋,要浸返湯入面就無咁乾。肉骨茶即係濃味啲的排骨湯🍲,都多油下,又少了正宗肉骨茶的胡椒味,失望左啲。椰香咖央多士,$22新加坡馬來西亞菜又點少得點咖央多士呢?熊妹曾經去新加坡時食過地道咖央多士,好鍾情咖央醬的味道,仲會買咖央醬返香港自己整多士食架。兩片簡單的白麵包🍞烘底,搽上薄薄一層的綠色咖央醬,就係著名的新加坡地道小吃。椰子味🥥唔算好香,咖央醬甜甜地,份量適中,多士脆脆,一開四份,方便客人分享。椰漿飯(淨飯),$15飯桶來了,有肉骨茶當然可以用來送飯喇。熊大好鐘意椰子🥥的香味,又一定要食米飯🍚,椰漿飯真係岩哂。馬來西亞式的椰漿飯係綠色的,熊大就好奇怪綠色的,熊妹就知道喇,好多時佢地的飲品菜式好似珍多冰等都會架啲色素顏色吸引啲。熊大話都幾重椰香味,一個飯碗份量剛剛好,食哂。炸香蕉配雪糕(朱古力),$48食完飯就到飯後甜品🍮。熊大見呢個炸香蕉🍌幾特別,一定要試下喎。有4條炸香蕉,配上可可朱古力波,同一球朱古力雪糕🍦,香蕉最夾配朱古力🍫。炸香蕉都算大條,係用春卷皮包起香蕉炸成的,但內裡的香蕉唔多,好細一片,熱的炸物配冷的冰淇淋,冰火交容,百感交集。埋單$139,係好抵食的。熊妹肚仔飽飽濟濟,無咩點食,就係添飲左兩碗肉骨茶,熊大就咩都清哂。食黎食去都係西餐,閒時食下另類啲的異國菜,名堂就係咁一時冒起了! continue reading

今日特登去深水埗食蘇媽蘇媽。上個禮拜特登去咗排隊,但排太耐無食。就決定今日去試下,排咗15分鐘就有得食。我哋兩個人嗌咗好多嘢食。店員先俾你一啲湯飲咗先,再俾肉你。啲湯藥材味唔重,但你飲落去回甘,既有肉味,又有藥材味,好好飲。稍為嫌佢唔夠胡椒。我哋嗌左皇帝骨,啲肉又淋又香,好好味。加12蚊,仲可以加飯同嘢飲。 我另外一個人食叻沙,好辣,辣到跳舞,但係好重海鮮味。我哋仲嗌咗個咖央多,又脆又甜,夾住的咖央醬,呢個真係好好食。加餐杯拉茶,好重茶味,泡泡亦很多我哋之後唔夠喉,嗌多個豬腳彎肉骨茶,個人認為皇帝骨淋啲,入味啲總括而言,呢間值得再食 continue reading

之前有次行開深水埗, 見到呢間舖頭排哂長龍好奇心驅使下就上OPENRICE睇下呢間餐廳食咩..原來係食肉骨茶為主, 見到食評都幾吸引, 就緊係要黎試下~好彩我地黎到既時候冇乜人排隊, 等左一陣就有位點完野食之後就開始混醬啦..點解要混醬?係因為蘇媽好細心架, 為左要客人品嚐到最好味既肉骨茶,係店入面都貼住食肉骨茶既4步曲,肉骨茶既湯仲可以再添架混醬有蒜蓉,辣椒,頭抽同黑豉油叫左雞腳肉骨茶,估唔到有3隻雞腳咁多,雞腳煲到好腍,點少少個醬料十分好味,肉骨茶既藥材味唔算好重,味道唔錯!飲品方面我地叫左檳城白咖啡, 桔仔話梅水,對杯白咖啡有少少失望,有D普通茶餐廳凍咖啡既味道,可能熱飲好少少桔仔話梅水唔會太甜,桔仔叶都幾香新鮮炸出黎既滷肉卷,裡面有芋頭同肉碎,有D似炸鮮竹卷,旁邊有個辣醬,但個辣醬好辣,唔食得辣既朋友要注意或者要求走醬或另上究竟咩係老鼠粉呢,原來係銀針粉,銀針粉真係好難煮得入味,但呢個老鼠粉個人認為做得好好,肉碎,魚乾,蝦米仔全部炒得好香好惹味,撈埋一齊食真係好好食,同埋個份量都幾多!最後就係椰香咖央多士,多士烘得岩岩好,厚厚既咖央加埋牛油,雖然有D膩,但真心覺得好食 continue reading

每月我都會去一次深水埗的蘇媽蘇媽,近來蘇媽蘇媽加了價,我愛的椰香咖央多士之前下午茶餐時段16蚊配一杯熱飲,現增之為28蚊配一杯熱飲, 價錢可以講話價格大幅度增加, 究竟味道有冇變遷, 好就等我嚟試下。今次都依然照舊叫了椰香咖央多士配熱奶茶, 椰香咖央多士份量沒有改變,味道都一樣,椰香味重,帶少少牛油味,麵包烤到脆口的。熱奶茶都一樣咁香滑好飲,夠茶味又夠奶味。雖然價錢加了,但食客的數量也沒有減少,下午茶時段都一樣咁多人,下午我也會為椰香咖央多士再嚟幫襯的。 continue reading

深水埗人氣小店蘇媽蘇媽真係成日都咁長龍,店外有好多人排隊等候!排左一陣 已經好肚餓所以雖然只係兩個人,但都叫咗好多嘢食!特登叫晒餐牌上邊有推薦既野食!實行試晒佢所有出名嘅餸菜!一坐低店員就會幫你浸上一碗熱辣辣嘅肉骨茶!呢間店舖嘅肉骨茶係無限添飲!我哋就叫咗皇帝骨,豬肉好香,亦都好軟!好食!咖央多士非常推薦,入邊嘅醬非常厚!一點都不吝嗇!真係好好食!魚旦都好彈牙!玻璃魷魚通菜,魷魚都好爽口,通菜好嫩!辣死你媽——牛肉其實係椰漿飯,真係好香椰汁嘅味道,嗰啲飯食落有少少乾。砂鍋老鼠粉,其實即係銀針粉!熱辣辣上枱,仲有窩蛋,撈埋一齊好好食!值得一試!沙嗲串燒,最推介嘅係豬肉! continue reading
