粵菜又稱為廣東菜,是中國八大菜系之一,其中包括廣府菜(廣州菜)、潮州菜(潮汕菜)和客家菜(東江菜)這次我一嚐這家主理客家菜的小店「客天下」我同朋友點了客家炆鴨、家鄉釀豆腐、家鄉炒米粉和鹹雞粥客家炆鴨肉質嫩滑,配上蔬菜減去油膩感,非常美味我更打聽到鄰座的客人說:「每次光顧都想吃其他食物,但結果每次都點了客家炆鴨。哈!」另外家鄉釀豆腐可說是「老是常出現」的一道客家菜,材料及做法不複雜,但營養豐富及十分可口家鄉炒米粉的材料則有牛肉、椰菜及芽菜,米粉炒得乾身,沒有過鹹,配上他們店的辣油更為惹味鹹雞粥煲得很綿,雞沒有煮得過老這家小店面積不大,服務員也不多,店內裝修簡簡單單但食物及服務質素卻是不錯,如果喜歡吃客家菜的朋友,不妨到「客天下」品嚐! continue reading

可能世界盃晚上,小店比有直播世盃的店較靜,不過客家菜有其吸引力,所以入去試下,一試難忘,下次再試,因為今次食的只是一般小菜,下次要試下咸雞。豆豉鯪魚油麥菜不會太油,但入味。雞煲香辣味夠魽魚煲好香口。份量唔算多,不過夠食。而且可以叫多一味也不覺食太多。 continue reading

幾乎每日都經過這條街。未留意過有這間野。今日晚飯同太太沖左入去。價錢合理幾好味。總共食咗$128包括一罐可樂。但係我覺得,服務係OK,但可能人手不足,好慢。如果趕時間就唔好喺度食啦。 continue reading

上星期六晚上經過深水埗青山道,發現開了一間客家店食石鍋魚的,喜歡食客家菜的我,當然非試不可. 一份到去裝修一般,有點似茶餐廳格局店內大部份客人都食緊石鍋魚,眼見條魚都幾大條,終是就只是點了一個石鍋魚,過了10分鍾後,條魚終於到左。看見石鍋魚時候,真是令我有點驚喜,因為原來整個鍋都是用花崗岩岩石做,再配以明火煲,跟一般餐廳用鋼煲及電磁爐感覺很不同,當打開煲蓋,除左大大條魚之外,仲有好多配菜同香料,有豆"POP",酸菜等等,仲有好細隻既綠色辣椒仔,個D辣椒仔好耐之前係家鄉食過,之後係香港就未曾食過,估唔到今次又可以再食到,真係好正,而條魚廚師應該先煎過才落鍋,所以食起黎好香,魚亦好滑, 而且用石鍋煲條魚,會令魚不會黐實煲底,,再配上辣椒豉油吃,真係好正。可以再食! continue reading
