元朗有兩間過橋,本來食開馬會個間,待應都唔係本地人,但好好禮貌,所以都幾中意食。之後搬左去咗呢間食,待應都係華人。第一次去,有個疑似係老闆既男人,待應都好好禮貌,臨走個男人重問聲岩唔岩食,真係幾驚喜,非常滿意。今日樓面全部係姐姐,我埋單時俾520蚊,應收119,個收銀找錢俾我時都唔係好肯定咁好慢咁抽左4張一百蚊俾我,我當下都真係以為佢找多左,所以我好細聲問下我朋友係咪岩數。點知個呀姐勁大反應話:唔係呀嘛,咁都要計?跟住後面有另一個呀姐勁大聲咁話: 你俾500蚊咁咪找381囉!其實全程我都無同啲呀姐對答過,但係佢地就大反應到鬧翻我轉頭。乜呢間野興鬧客既咩?我唔係要求你哋要做到顧客永遠是對的,但至少都保持應有既禮貌掛?!加上我又無話你錯,咁大聲為乜?唔會再食下次! continue reading

成日嚟元朗都會好想食過橋麵檔😂最鍾意食佢個霸王雞菜飯🔥咁多年味道都不變,而且份量都一樣咁多賣相都好靚,最鍾意佢爆多蔥絲而且仲有炸蒜同指天椒,真係非常之惹味😍😍加上佢嘅雞件肉質都幾好食雖然餐廳大多數都係用冰鮮雞,但係價錢同份量咁抵真係冇投訴啦!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻😉😉奉勸大家一定要加錢轉菜飯因為佢哋嘅菜飯都好好食,而且份量都幾多菜既比例都唔少😍😍男朋友男朋友今次仲叫咗鰻魚炒飯食添♥️♥️估都估唔到佢嘅炒飯都一樣咁好食💁🏻‍♀️鰻魚份量係切件嘅,但份量都唔少㗎😱炒飯好香口,炒到飯粒粒分明非常之推介!!好食😋 continue reading

這店歷史悠久,至少也有廿年吧。老爸最愛光顧,以往也常帶我來。那時年少無知,明明是賣雞的,問他為何稱呼作麵檔呢?自幼心中便改了一個花名予它叫「過期雞檔」。長大後,麵檔繼續還是賣雞的。究竟實情它有否麵賣?自己未有深究,亦不太清楚,反正習慣了錢包豐裕便點選較貴採用新鮮雞做的鹹雞;錢根緊張就便宜一點選擇用冰鮮雞作的霸王雞。餐牌多年來甚少變化,大部分顧客都是先點選雞款、再加菜飯及飲品一杯。生意隆盛,基本由午至晚都大排長龍。五年前,於元朗區再展鴻圖,拓展分店。但坦白說自己還是喜歡去老店,始終有份歸屬感。【霸王雞菜飯】周五晚市禁令下,門外摩肩接踵。內裡企檔玻璃櫥窗仍是掛滿油黃色澤的雞隻,生意像不受疫情影響般。回家開啟飯盒,與堂食毫無分別,不論是飯還是雞件都份量甚大,足夠二人享用。菜飯飯粒光澤明亮,是正統制作方法。先利用雞隻多餘油脂放進飯煲內同煮,另起爐鑊爆香金華火腿,加水煮熟一切粒小棠菜將飯加入撈勻。「過期雞檔」米飯與菜粒比例接近一比一,錯覺是健康像吃掉幾顆小棠菜般,但實情是制作油飯需用頗多油份才能攪拌及使讓菜粒黏著米飯的。霸王雞,即相似用豉油拌吃白切雞的食法。「過期雞檔」外賣雞件擺盆與堂吃相同,以大量芽菜墊底,吸收材料香味。雞件上方是蔥絲、炸蒜、及椒絲,豉油另以小包盛載,用心為客,以免運送途中倒翻。吃前雞件先浸在豉油中,再將汁液點綴菜飯內,肉絲帶著香油青蔥味道,再挾一注滲有雞香的芽菜伴吃,非常誘人。 continue reading

以前經過呢間鋪頭,去3次就撞正3次都係休息日,真係好黑仔。而家開足7日,唔會再話冇得食,會唔開心!除咗最出名嘅雞飯之外,呢度仲有啲滷味、車仔麵、仲有小菜客飯。唔想食雞嘅話,可以食個小炒王或者醉豬手又得!係屯元天長大嘅人,一定識得呢間鋪頭,所以唔需要介紹。舖頭一眼睇晒就係咁大,所以撞正午餐時間真係可能要排隊㗎!冇辦法啦,二人一枱,大家唯有耐心等候!我最中意食嘅喺個菜飯,冇辦法喇而家週圍附近都冇菜飯食。就算有嘅話,當夾啲飯上嚟嘅時候,菜同飯係分離。中意食霸王雞,係因為有勁多葱絲,大大嚿雞肉又滑又飽肚,$5x仲想點?!有錢想食豪啲,更係要用食新鮮雞整嘅鹹雞喇,仲有埋啲雞什,幾正吖!不過今日同事請客,我試咗鹽水鵝。唔知係我太耐冇食呢啲滷味野,我覺得好好食噃,隻鵝同隻雞一樣滑嘟嘟,沾汁食好開胃!今日報告完畢! continue reading
