最近疫情外賣,味道差到不得了,吾知係咪咁啱果日,我地又係叫平常的咖哩伊麵,咸到不得了,沒咖哩味只有一個咸(我自己加水加咖哩醬),另外果個清湯又係咸,九記過诲必買,例牌order 4碗咖哩伊+2個淨清湯,足夠2人午餐和晚餐,太失望,老公最近經過都無再買,失左信心,遲D再睇吓老公佢再比吾比機會再食。

最經典嘅菜式點少得佢。湯算清、河算滑、但牛腩少少失色。首先要讚佢嘅切法,切到岩晒一啖放入口,但又唔會太細件。同埋懷疑佢嘅切法同牛腩紋路有關,避免食到筋部咬唔開,但可惜肉味唔濃同食落都係痴牙,聽聞以前食佢都牛腩係唔痴牙加入口即溶。俾倖存者評嘅話,佢正常發揮,無唔好食,無特別之處。

昨天,去上環九如坊逛逛,蕃茄通粉人山人海,老公話唔好等位啦 ,見斜對面九記無人排隊,中伏,所謂咖哩牛腩撈麵,其實是倒紅色辣椒油係麵到(紅油撈麵),食咗兩口麵辣到咳咳,放棄唔食,我問掌櫃小姐:依個唔係咖哩,係辣椒油撈麵,佢個男伙記即刻答口話:「依個係正常」。吓!咁係咪我唔正常啊九記,依個完全唔係咖哩播,係紅色辣椒油撈麵,伴清湯牛腩。我哋未入座時,見到個惡伙計 (又係佢)趕走個女仔,原因佢朋友仔要出去攞錢,未落得單。係兩個少女,佢紅都面哂咁離座。

食物上公平講佢,咖哩牛腩好似地拖咁爛溶溶,麵鹼水味太濃,提一下,今日濕度60幾乾燥晴天,無必要落重鹼水。朋友碗清湯腩,佢好欣賞個湯,不停話好飲,牛腩淋得黎都成型無溶溶爛爛,不過麵佢唔鍾意,可惜無河粉。


口味嘅嘢百人百味,對我來說,屋企長輩整嘅清湯腩都好好味,無嘢吸引我再去,除咗去觀察班停留係80年代大富豪夜總會思維嘅夥計。

Curry beef brisket is a bit salty but otherwise it is pretty good deal and tasteDefinately an establishment to go to when no line and support it so it stays aliveIf you are on Gough St and you want to have Hong Kong food then go Kau Kee and not the tomato soup CCT opposite as Kau Kee is better. Otherwise Zagin on Gough Street is best thing in sheung wan

前2天9月23日専程坐車到上環九記嘗嘗清湯牛腩麵,到座後叫了2碗清湯牛腩麵,來了2碗都是粗面,原來現時没有幼麵的選擇。麵硬口感差,湯底味精重及甜味太重,十分奇怪為何甜味咁重,牛腩味淡粗鞋,牛腩順纹切法奇怪,令牛腩肉質口感太韌不好吃。。。以前人山人海的九記清湯牛腩去了哪兒呢???收費每碗成惠$55元正,收費與食物質素完全不符比例!!!怪不得全店客人疏落,不用排隊等侯便有位。真的完蛋了,照片也没拍便速速结賬離去。之前看到的差評也设在意,原來是真實寫照。。。。其他地点收費三,四十元的清湯牛腩,比九記的清湯牛腩還好很多。

再來一碗淨爽、咁多年來不嬲不是每舊係爽就係人都知,總會俾啲下欄嘢你,但爽腩完全唔掂,一啲都唔爽,唔入味、太多肥油

淨河粉:湯永遠係靈魂,飲落去同之前簡直天淵之別,好像飲師姑尿一樣淡而無味

舊夥計同我講雖然我哋人腳有少少變動但係最緊要牛腩冇變........

住了香港那麼多年從來沒有去這家店吃。第一因為地點比較偏僻,而且一直聽到這家店很多人排隊,所以一直沒有過來嘗試。今天周末剛巧到附近吃晚餐,看到這家店終於鼓起勇氣入內。由於是下午茶時間所以基本上沒有什麼人不用排隊。這家店在是香港開了80年的老字號。全店只買一款產品就是牛筋腩面。點了最有名的咖喱牛筋腩伊面,份量不大但已經要60元實在不算便宜。牛筋腩非常多而且煮得非常嫩滑,咖哩的味道簡直就是齒甲留香,又辣又香口。最驚喜的是伊面,很少店鋪會用伊麵配上牛筋腩這種做法。伊麵泡在咖哩汁內。完全吸收了咖喱的味道實在超級好吃。這次的偶遇簡直就是太值了。
