由90年代大排檔開始 幫趁多年 當年嘅牛腩同埋湯底真超班。 然後多年無去 因水準下降驚人 價錢卻拾级跳 由街坊食堂 搖身变成遊客打咭点。今午路過 午飯時問1:30pm 都唔使排隊 故且去懷舊一吓 食碗腩伊。賣相仍不錯 先飲啖湯 有水準 伊麪都夠冧 但主角牛腩就 乾、柴、無肉味。難食情度 超哂標。盛惠$65大元。呢度D招呼 咁多年都出哂名差啦 今天依然故我!今時今日 清湯腩選擇多的是 咁嘅食物水準,服务態度和離地高价錢 真係祝佢好運。 對佢雖然仍有D情意结,支持佢起家嘅街坊,尤其當年最捧場嘅的士大佬 真係回頭太難! continue reading

最近疫情外賣,味道差到不得了,吾知係咪咁啱果日,我地又係叫平常的咖哩伊麵,咸到不得了,沒咖哩味只有一個咸(我自己加水加咖哩醬),另外果個清湯又係咸,九記過诲必買,例牌order 4碗咖哩伊+2個淨清湯,足夠2人午餐和晚餐,太失望,老公最近經過都無再買,失左信心,遲D再睇吓老公佢再比吾比機會再食。 continue reading

唔知幾時開始,當堆砌係街嘅唔係遊客而係香港人時,九記嘅人龍都慢慢消失。每次經過都諗緊到底有咩吸引,但每次都俾長長嘅人龍嚇到打退堂鼓。今次倖存者之所以食到係因為過咗peak hour無人排隊。茶記嘅服務水平大家都預咗,無咩特別之處。都係坐底,9秒9叫野食,然後9秒9交臺。九記清湯牛腩河最經典嘅菜式點少得佢。湯算清、河算滑、但牛腩少少失色。首先要讚佢嘅切法,切到岩晒一啖放入口,但又唔會太細件。同埋懷疑佢嘅切法同牛腩紋路有關,避免食到筋部咬唔開,但可惜肉味唔濃同食落都係痴牙,聽聞以前食佢都牛腩係唔痴牙加入口即溶。俾倖存者評嘅話,佢正常發揮,無唔好食,無特別之處。 continue reading

昨天,去上環九如坊逛逛,蕃茄通粉人山人海,老公話唔好等位啦 ,見斜對面九記無人排隊,中伏,所謂咖哩牛腩撈麵,其實是倒紅色辣椒油係麵到(紅油撈麵),食咗兩口麵辣到咳咳,放棄唔食,我問掌櫃小姐:依個唔係咖哩,係辣椒油撈麵,佢個男伙記即刻答口話:「依個係正常」。吓!咁係咪我唔正常啊九記,依個完全唔係咖哩播,係紅色辣椒油撈麵,伴清湯牛腩。我哋未入座時,見到個惡伙計 (又係佢)趕走個女仔,原因佢朋友仔要出去攞錢,未落得單。係兩個少女,佢紅都面哂咁離座。 continue reading

一碗麵嘅時間,聽足幾個是非,當住客人面嘲笑其他客人,你就知道e班老嘢唔係態度差咁簡單,係人品問題。推薦人地食淨腩,一睇個價錢即刻走,e句嘢個收銀阿姐講咗三次,前前後後嘅意思係話人食唔起唔識食,有個阿叔話而家大把地方有得食,佢就再講埋大埔油麻地邊間邊間,難食到咩咁😒總之九記係牛腩嘅唯一標準,只有佢好食,無所謂口味嘅嘢,唔啱你就係你唔識食嘅果種驕傲,well 好嘅,人生有碗牛腩俾你驕傲下。熟客咪好態度囉,見我生面口又後生,個光頭侍應企係檯邊全程望住我食!見我落醋,陰陽怪氣話果枝醋黎㗎...鬼唔知係醋咩,我都唔想咖哩麵落醋,你啲鹼水味重到咖哩都冚唔住嗱曬鼻,逼我落醋,仲以為搵到位寸人。食物上公平講佢,咖哩牛腩好似地拖咁爛溶溶,麵鹼水味太濃,提一下,今日濕度60幾乾燥晴天,無必要落重鹼水。朋友碗清湯腩,佢好欣賞個湯,不停話好飲,牛腩淋得黎都成型無溶溶爛爛,不過麵佢唔鍾意,可惜無河粉。口味嘅嘢百人百味,對我來說,屋企長輩整嘅清湯腩都好好味,無嘢吸引我再去,除咗去觀察班停留係80年代大富豪夜總會思維嘅夥計。 continue reading
