路過觀塘,大鄉里出城,唔知食乜好,就問吓姓谷個位哥哥(谷哥 - google)觀塘美食四隻字出到D乜,見到駱駝漆大廈有咖哩烏冬,就上去試吓。 首先等𨋢上2樓, 見到條龍已經係一個災難。 想去咗廁所先食,點知3樓同8樓先有。 呢間叫人門口用QR code落定單先入座,不過電話網絡訊號勁弱,收到但勁慢,到最後link去payme俾錢個一步,仲係咁圈都過唔到版,最後都係要叫人幫我人手落過單,俾八達通。佢地店內有wifi,周圍都見到密碼,但係店外落單位置就完全見唔到。 第一次嚟, 第一印象係感到unwelcomed😒據聞D烏冬係佢地自家製既, 非常彈牙, 名晒爽滑, 連鐘意拉麵多過烏冬既我都覺得好食😋 佢地好多花樣, 有D名仲好抵死, 例如五十鰹😅 唔知係咪會好食到腰酸背痛呢? 我係咖哩迷,當然係叫咖哩鰹魚湯烏冬啦,55蚊,咖哩烏冬都預咗係無餸架啦,我揀咗加流心蛋(14蚊),都好「流」,如果再入味D就極品啦👍 講返個湯汁先, 咖哩味好香, 好標準既日式咖哩風味, 我估計辣度係中辛, 怕辣既朋友都食得到, 如果可以杰D就更好啦, 令D烏冬更掛湯。食咖哩湯烏冬始終怕一件事發生, 就係D湯汁越食越稀, 始終撩嚟撩去, 如果佢用錯粉就反硬。 呢件事並無發生👍 食到尾都無變水汪汪, 食完麵淨飲湯都仲維持到稠度。紙巾提供: 無廁所狀況: * (衛生一般, 好很遠! )溫飽指數: ****回味指數: ****翻兜指數: ** (係食都唔去呢幢工廈!) continue reading

清新美味夏日之選#夏一烏冬淡淡嘅鰹魚味,配埋芝麻、紫菜絲同埋青瓜粒,口感上好有層次。再撈埋隻蛋,食落去好fresh,啱啱好適合夏天,特別係天氣熱嘅時候!同埋,不得不說,自家製的烏冬真係好彈牙,啖啖都好有咬口感!#燒鯖魚魚皮煎得幾香,外面口感脆脆,肉都唔會煎得好”鞋”,但味道就冇咩特別。如果想要一啲簡單嘅配搭,呢個都可以考慮,但就唔係必試。不過,如果要排隊等好耐就唔太值得,雖然烏冬唔錯,但等得太耐會影響心情🤣建議避開多人時間! continue reading
