一心想吃海南雞飯，所以餐牌也不用瞄，便點了。對方則要碗喇唦，正合我意，又可以偷吃些少，Cool~~我喜歡吃海南雞，某程度上是因為懶，貪佢啖啖肉，不想吐骨。呢度既出品，同是褪了骨，肉質嫩滑，小弟認為已經合格了。常言道，食海南雞，三色醬的戲分，絕對不下於雞肉本身。個人而言，最欣賞還是黑漆漆的三色醬，跟雞肉從來是絕配。薑茸和辣醬，在我的角度，只是二、三奶而已。油飯當然也不是配角，可惜這裡的出品，頗令人失望。要試試朋友的喇唦，循例先呷口湯，辣勁未算強，慢慢滲出椰香，合格的。幾款配料，蝦是比較遜色，但驚喜位是發現螄蚶，而且味道不錯。…Read More

Passed by and dining companion wanted to try this new place at Elements - the wish of the one paying is my command. The set dinner had rather generous portions and drinks were included - mangosteen tea was a traditional safe choice while oats citrus honey was ...creative. The Hainan chicken was very tender and juicy, the bak kut teh was also quite nice. The rice mixed with chicken oil and the stir fry vegetable were just standard.
