餐廳菜式種類非常多元,刺身、壽司、卷物、串燒、天婦羅、前菜、揚物、沙律、炒飯、鍋物通通都有;價位亦都豐儉由人,由定食到omakase 都有提供omakase,實在非常少見~🌕柏.特盛丼 $380特盛丼內有十五款食材,例如赤身漬、大拖羅、海膽、牡丹蝦🦐、鰹魚、帆立貝、三文魚子、八爪魚吸盤🐙、左口魚、帆立貝等。配色豐富,非常吸晴,稱得上係秀色可餐🤩;全部材料新鮮得黎又唔會冷冰冰,而且用上多款烹製方法,例如漬、汁煮、火炙等,無論食材、味道定賣相都係誠意之作。🌖串燒六點定食 $138六點串燒包括兩款肉類同兩款蔬菜,分別為雞肉串(本肉採肉較稀有嘅雞頸肉,但因供應問題暫轉肉雞腿肉)、免治雞肉、手羽先、牛舌、紅椒同翠肉瓜。定食附有一碗白飯🍚,另有茶碗蒸、沙律同麵豉湯。免治雞肉🐔混有雞軟骨粒,口感綿中帶𡁻頭,如果有埋生雞蛋🥚會更好;牛舌👅一串三件,厚身嘅牛舌燒得唔錯,外脆內嫩又彈牙唯薄身嘅就會比較軟同硬,始終一串入面每件嘅厚薄唔同係比較難處理;紅椒同翠肉瓜具甜味而無蔬菜嘅草青味。🌖鮫鰈魚薄切 $168鮫鰈魚屬白身魚,味道比較清爽,配上辣蘿蔔、萬能蔥、紫蘇花及酸汁等,更能體驗鮫鰈魚爽口嘅肉質。🌕仙鳳趾生蠔 $88@超大隻嘅生蠔!兩隻都非常飽滿鮮甜,海水🌊同金屬味都有唔重,非常易入口,就算咁大隻都唔會膩,食多兩三隻都唔係問題(只係荷包君會失血過多啫💸)~🌖大根鮑魚 $108大根清甜,無渣無草青味,輕輕一抿就能化開!鮑魚軟淋,醬汁味道足;蘿蔔同鮑魚都貼心地切開三件,咀細嘅可以單品食用,口大嘅兩樣一齊食又得~得左!🌖利久汁安格斯肉眼 $208肉靚可以叫3️⃣成熟,肉裡真係幾紅潤,咬落超多肉汁;醬汁味道偏重,可以唔洗沾太多醬,或者配飯食就一流。 continue reading

Take a break from the hustle and bustle of work!  A delightful lunch Omakase is definitely a good choice for us, as we can expect the dishes selected by the chef are the best and freshest in season.  All we need to do is sit back, relax and enjoy!We came here at lunch time, the lunch menu features everything from Omakase set to sushi and rice bowl.  Given the quality of the food offered here, the prices are excellent value for money.幸 Sachi - 15 kinds (HK$650)鮫鰈薄切/火炙裙邊 The karei sashimi were cut into paper-thin slices with an aburi Engawa on the side.檸檬水母/鮟鱇魚肝The ankou liver is known as the foie gras of the ocean, creamy and buttery, while the jellyfish were super crunchy.花咲蟹A pretty tasty combination of Hanasaki crab meat with crab paste.仙鳳趾蠔Freshly shucked Oyster from Hokkaido, plump, juicy with a rich flavour of ocean.汁煮鮑魚The abalone was slow cooked for two hours and packed with umami, served with liver sauce and rice on the side.真鯛Madai is known as the King of the white fish, the flesh was light and sweet, and the skin was bouncy.深海池魚The Shima Aji has a firm texture and finished with sweet note.油甘魚The Hamachi was smooth, buttery and flavourful.白蝦Shiro Ebi is one of the most sought after shrimps and hailed as the Jewel of Toyama Bay, taste fresh with sweet ending.帶子The hotate has soft and delicate texture, garnished with 竹炭鹽 for the flavour boost.牡丹蝦The Botanebi was plump and sweet, served with a dab of aburi shrimp paste on top.中拖羅The Chu toro was rich, sweet and full of umami.紫海膽Hokkaido Uni is considered to be the most delicious and delicate delicacy.  Simply amazing!烏冬A comforting bowl of hot udon was served after the sushi.甜品A sweet ending with a scoop of black sesame ice cream.All lunch set is served with salad and chawanmushi.StorefrontInteriorMenu continue reading

鮮呢個字究竟應該點樣睇?自問壇數就唔夠高啦,單憑肉眼我梗係唔識分啦,哦…咁好簡單姐,鮮唔鮮唔洗靠把口講既,係靠把口食咖麻,呢間尖咀高質居酒屋「柏」,仲有廚師發辨環節,加上新鮮空運食材,就絕對稱得上為鮮啦!👇📌廚 師 發 辨 -  ▪️ 香 箱 蟹 - $398▪️ 肝 醬 鮑 魚 - $158  ▫️ 要食得正宗,一定係睇佢是日推介,呢道「香箱蟹」就夠哂高質,原隻北海道香箱蟹由師傅一手一腳人手拆肉,面頭橙色既係滿滿既蟹籽,蓋住啡色果d就係蟹膏,跟住就到蟹肉,三層連埋最底既沙律菜一齊食,口感係相當豐富,而且鮮味十足,我相信無人可以抵抗得到,呢個價錢認真超值;第二款都係必食既「肝醬鮑魚」同樣由師傅每日挑選時令新鮮鮑魚切成片,Staff教落可以先試一塊唔點醬既,再試一塊點個鮑魚肝醬,再搽落醋飯一齊食,哇!一入口果種濃香味,齒頰留香,無得頂!📌串 燒 -  ▪️ 手 羽 先 - $38▪️ 雞 脾 菇 - $30▫️ 食完前菜之外,開始轉入直路,進攻濃味野,串燒亦係居酒屋必備一環,先黎個「手羽先」,雞翼燒得夠焦香,食落外脆內軟,肉質完全唔乾身,唔錯;「雞脾菇」 保持到爽身兼帶濃濃菇汁,面頭既醬汁亦無搶走本身菇香味,好食。▪️ 牛 舌 - $48 ▪️ 免 治 雞 肉 棒 - $48▫️ 跟住到「牛舌」出埸,一入口牛味濃郁不得之,外層仲帶點脆脆感,而肉質軟腍入味,最關鍵既係肉汁鎖哂係裡面,夠哂Juicy,抵讚;「免治雞肉棒」食到粒粒雞軟骨,雞肉香味口感豐富,沾埋個生蛋黃醬汁一齊食,特別好食。📌食 事 - ▪️ 蟹 肉 蟹 膏 海 膽 炒 飯 - $188▪️ 汁 煮 八 爪 魚 - $88▫️ 就連炒飯都夠哂誠意,呢個「蟹肉蟹膏·海膽炒飯」飯底份量十足,海膽滑溜得黎完全唔腥,加上每啖飯撈埋蟹肉同蟹膏,份外惹味;另一款「汁煮·八爪魚」,師傅用左4個鐘熬煮個醬汁,再經自家製配方調味,唔怪得八爪魚咬落軟腍之餘,仲有一份甜甜地既味道係口腔內散發,值得一試。📌清 酒 -  ▪️ 羽 根 屋 - $580/720ml▫️ 作為酒鬼既我無SAKE我真係唔得,呢枝「羽根屋」屬於純米大吟釀,拎黎配蟹肉就岩岩好,口感非常清爽,仲帶豐富果香,甜甜地唔難入口,係後勁帶少少辛口,對我黎講就岩岩好。 continue reading
