同朋友慶祝生日,嚟尖東食飯都係個好建議,地點方便通常都唔駛等位同人迫,可以舒舒服服咁吔飯今次喺呢間開咗半年度嘅日式居酒屋晚飯地方唔大但坐得幾自在,職員同師傅客客氣氣咁幾友善♤Seasonal Oyster (Free)時令生蠔・赤穗 (送)・店員話like同follow佢哋兼share 社交平台 story,即送每位客1隻生蠔、好happy!今次我哋食嘅係“赤穗”,店員即場開蠔,呢個品種唔係好大隻,海水味淡淡都算鮮美♤Abalone with Sea Urchin 鮑魚海膽杯・賣相確係幾好,海膽質素味道正路帶鮮甜,鮑魚有𡁻頭亦容易咬開♤帶子甜蝦刺身拼盤・刺身質素中規中矩未算太驚豔♤Skewers Set精選串燒拼盤 ~厚切牛舌芯串~豬頸肉串~京蔥五花腩串~鹽燒虎蝦~蒲燒鰻魚串・每種串燒質素也平均,師傅每次都會提醒我哋剛燒起要小心熱、幾細心。個人較喜歡鰻魚、無乜泥味皮脆肉滑。虎蝦size中等食出香脆爽感。豬頸肉和五花腩較多脂肪、好此道者應該覺得夠香口。牛舌芯切到一口size方便食♤Minced Chicken Soft Bone Skewer自家免治雞肉串・ 個人覺得雞肉棒個外殼燒得較外間香脆、有啲啲焦皮感覺但沒過火,也是另一種風味都okay♤Mushroom Skewer 香菇串 ・想點翠玉瓜原來買晒,改香菇食落都唔錯♤Plum Wine山崎蒸餾所儲藏梅酒・朋友唔飲酒,呢杯溝咗soda有淡淡梅子香,飲落清清爽甜都幾好飲

尖東午餐發現左間新開居酒屋!門口招牌好靚好有溫泉旅館feel🫢入到去鋪頭唔大,高櫈座位圍繞一個正方形,侍應就係中間備餐,好似我媽卡些咁。午市lunch set$58up,冇加一,我就叫咗豬扒滑蛋飯😗吉列豬扒係面,洋蔥滑蛋同白飯係底,用瓦鍋裝住,旁邊有醃青瓜配菜。上枱時,擺盤小巧精緻👍🏼 豬扒炸得脆,米亦都係用珍珠米,味道就規規矩矩。枱上提供左唔同味粉比客人調味,唔夠喉仲可以加錢叫小食同嘢飲~

薰居酒屋,裝修好別致,日式居酒屋風格。位置係坐Bar枱式,只有十多個座位。午餐時段唔會好迫,可以靜少少享受我嘅午餐。Menu都有好多刺身或日式丼飯選擇。雙拼魚生飯,係有三文魚同油甘魚嘅配搭。每款大約3大片左右,厚切。脂肪肥美鮮味。飯係珍珠米。份量剛好。雞皮餃子配麵豉湯。我大愛雞皮餃子,好好食。雞皮煎得好香脆,有好香油脂味,但又唔會覺得膩。一客三件,一人份量也是剛剛好。麵豉湯味道正常,入面有啲蜆肉食吓。白桃梳打,冰涼解渴。仲有杯日式熱茶。午市在尖東最平$58已經食到日式丼飯,真係幾抵食。
