個晚叫左呢個 winter chef menu係由五種蟹形成的一系列菜式本身以為蟹係冇肉咁飽,但如果咁諗絕對係因為冇狂食過有肉拆到的蟹lol !  絕之食完呢餐後,短期內唔需要有蟹出現在我的青春裡~和風餐具太美了第一道 海膽松葉蟹黑魚子刺身d海膽好新鮮,之前一直怕食海膽,原來係怕食唔新鮮個d 哈哈海膽下是松葉蟹刺身! 第一次食蟹刺身,冇蝦刺身咁爽,少少似軟d的龍眼lol 松葉蟹好清淡的,岩做刺身之後係蒸松葉蟹同蟹膏用木箱蒸喔嘩~~~ 超多肉,根本唔洗左liu右liu睇真d係其他部位黎嫁~拆肉出黎再一次過食發現好似碗飯lol個蟹膏用左蛋白去蒸,d蟹膏濃味到我覺得唔好食 哈哈唔識欣賞呢個係鱈場蟹天婦羅印象中食到呢到已經係開始有少少夾硬食 哈 哈 但個天婦羅炸得好香, 鱈場蟹肉比松葉蟹更實在, 濃味其實好好味!!!!!!!!!!!超多肉,我敢話呢到一舊都多蟹肉過飲宴成圍炸蟹鉗蟹的成份~呢個係燒花咲蟹蒸炸燒當中我覺得蒸係技巧低d但最顯得出食材真偽的,清蒸的野最需要本身食材的新鮮麻~所以松葉蟹那些很細緻,而炸同燒的就比較野性同調味重~ 當好飽,就最好慢慢拆再休息下先食但個晚拆到手都軟 之後到凍毛蟹凍食同蒸其實差不多,一樣係要清淡但鮮的蟹去襯托呢種煮法毛蟹係清甜的~ d膏易入口十萬倍!! \雖則話飽,但食凍野係仲食到的最後一種蟹叫香箱蟹呢個啫喱係豉油味的, 上面有蟹膏同蟹籽,最下層係蟹肉因為個陣已經好飽,但呢個係凍的所以勉強食到,但其實唔係超好味, 或者個刻已經麻木左所以我冇評價lol後的主菜係鱈場蟹炒飯有時呢d角色係想你食完貴夾唔飽的野之後有飽肚感,但呢間餐廳貴夾好飽,仲好高質,其實唔洗夾硬最後炒個飯比人既都係個句,已經麻木左反而呢個雪芭喚醒左琳原來我鍾意食冷盤同冷麵個纇凍野~間餐廳入口有個蟹池,我地個set食哂人地5種蟹有d超巨形的4kg係夠冬眠食的應該 continue reading
