呢日好想食印尼野,所以放工同朋友衝咗去銅鑼灣,試咗同事成日推介嘅「Kampoeng」。。門口已經有陣濃濃印尼味:霓虹招牌+樓梯口堆滿土產零食,好似轉眼跌咗去雅加達地庫市集。入到去,七成客人講緊印尼語,背景播住懷舊歌,成間舖氣氛夠地道。。坐低掃 QR Code 落單,好快就有嘢食上枱。首先到場嘅係炸熟辣醬鴨($70)。鴨皮炸到金黃薄脆,啖啖肉仍然有油香,但唔覺膩,配埋生菜青瓜同招牌紅 sambal,辣勁慢慢滲,越食越過癮。。之後兩條魚登場——我揀咗熟辣醬炸鰂魚($83)+斑蘭飯(+$18),朋友就試印尼醬燒魚($88)+椰汁飯(+$18)。炸版外層超香脆,魚肉仍然保持嫩滑;斑蘭飯透出淡淡椰香兼有少少甜,配炸魚啱啱好。醬燒魚就走咗脆路,抹上深色甜辣 Kecap Manis,再烤到魚皮焦香,咬落帶少少煙韌,甜鹹平衡。椰汁飯粒粒分明,椰香重啲,配甜醬夾埋真係一流。炸魚附送較稠嘅紅 sambal,辣度高少少,鍾意重口味可以盡情叉。。飲品方面,椰青($46)冰凍解渴,椰肉夠厚;另外點咗大樹菠蘿珍多冰($45),杯底滿佈 Jackfruit 同翠綠珍多,椰奶混合黑糖漿,甜香得嚟唔會死實,食完辣野飲返啖即刻降溫。。整體嚟講,呢間舖主打「家鄉味+抵食」。價錢喺銅鑼灣算親民,平均每人一百零蚊就食到又魚又鴨再加飲品。環境屬地庫小店,裝修見到藤燈籠、木雕、褲架馬頭,唔算打卡靚位,但勝在真。。門口土產區仲有一段小彩蛋:角落放滿巴達崗咖啡包、叻沙即食麵、辣味蝦片,仲有沙巴萊辣椒醬同檳城蝦膏,一樽樽排到成牆,行過已經聞到鹹香。同朋友夾份掃咗幾包,食完飯撐住肚都要即刻「手信先行」,真係有種旅行完準備返香港前最後大手掃貨嘅 feel。。#銅鑼灣 #銅鑼灣美食 #銅鑼灣打卡地點 #銅鑼灣餐廳 #香港美食 #旅遊推薦 #地區美食 #印尼菜 #開心聚餐 #香港探店 #香港好去處 #美食之旅 #香港平民美食 #朋友聚會 #香港美食必吃榜 #香港遊玩攻略 #香港打卡 #美食日常 #寶藏小店地圖 #必吃榜 #朋友生日飯 #Kampoeng continue reading

今天在銅鑼灣購物,經過一間印尼特產雜貨店,擺放各款地道食品,便駐足瀏覽一下。原來下一層地庫是一間印尼菜餐廳,於是便入內嚐新口味。餐廳面積不少,東南亞裝修風格,座位也寬敞舒適。餐牌上列出很多印尼特色美食,圖文並茂,都很吸引。「雜錦巴東牛肉飯」除牛肉和飯之外,還有多種配菜:椰漿豆腐、豆角、炸薯仔粒、雞蛋、蝦片、印尼甜醬。牛肉腍軟入味,加上以椰奶、薑黃、薑、辣辣、香茅等煮成的印尼醬汁,微辣惹味,富特色,是必食之選。「印尼醬燒魚」原條烤魚,外皮烤得焦脆香口,肉質鮮嫩,沾上甜甜的印尼醬油,份外鮮味。「印尼炒芥蘭」芥蘭新鮮翠綠,爽脆無渣,加上用蒜蓉、洋蔥、番茄、香茅及特色香料來炒,非常惹味。「印尼酥炸豆腐」豆腐新鮮即炸,香脆可口,沾上附設的甜醬油,是不錯小食。「熱薑蜜」味道濃郁----夠薑!甜中帶辣,好醒神。「紅毛丹利賓納」在利賓納刨冰中放入紅毛丹果肉,賣相吸引之外,味道還讓人有驚喜。這裏的菜式充滿東南亞風味,味道獨特,是一頓很好的美食體驗。 continue reading

印尼,世界香料國家之一,銅鑼灣近糖街會比較多印尼餐店,普遍只會想到印尼蝦片,印尼撈麵,其實印尼菜仲有好多傳統特色菜好食Kampoeng餐廳位於地庫,地面有一家印尼食品檔,蝦片,糕點,炸物,香料,飲品應有盡有走到地庫餐廳,空間非常大,平日的晚上客人會比較少,星期六日應該會比較墟冚梳多雞湯是印尼官方認定的五大國民美食之一,淺黃色的湯頭是因為加上薑黃,湯內有雞肉絲,雞蛋,粉絲及椰菜絲雞湯味道帶點香料及薑黃香,入口會清淡但非常有特色,不油膩,餐廳可以加錢配白飯一起吃雜錦巴東牛肉飯,可以轉黃薑飯/ 椰汁飯或班蘭飯 ,先講青綠色班蘭飯 ,椰汁加班蘭味非常重,絕對單吃班蘭飯也可,極力推薦雜錦飯有巴東牛肉,炸雞蛋,薯仔粒,青豆,椰汁蔬菜及蝦片,一份滿足晒所有慾望,巴東牛肉又腍又入味,辣辣地好開胃餐牌上單是小食已經超過10款,沙嗲串燒豬牛雞都有,其實所尼春卷,炸薯仔餅都是印尼特色菜之一煎粟米餅(3件),粟米,椰菜絲,甘筍,每一件都係金黃色,咬一口,又香又脆,老少咸宜,印尼華僑朋友告知,她在家中經常吃的一道菜印尼菜雖然不普及,但傳統特色及味道100分 continue reading

晚上我來到位於銅鑼灣的Kampoeng吃晚餐。餐廳長這樣,裝修很美。 menu附上圖片,很貼心 ☺煎粟米餅不單止有玉米,還加入了紅蘿蔔,增添了口感和色彩。餅外脆內軟,玉米的香甜和紅蘿蔔的清新相得益彰,讓人一口接一口。熱白咖啡這杯咖啡走甜,我朋友說他很喜歡咖啡的香氣。印尼炒麵辣味並不會掩蓋食材的本味,反而為整道菜增添了層次感。炒麵的口感彈牙,搭配新鮮的蔬菜和香料,讓人一試成主顧。特色炒飯配有蛋和串燒。炒飯香氣撲鼻,辣味與其他食材的搭配恰到好處,讓人感受到印尼料理的獨特魅力。煎薯仔餅外脆內軟,薯仔的香味濃郁 ☺沙爹牛肉串本身已經非常入味,即使不沾醬料也能享受到肉質的鮮美。😄熱情梳打這款飲品的味道有點像忌廉溝鮮奶,喝之前記得攪拌均勻。我選擇了走甜的版本,味道剛剛好,甜而不膩。 continue reading

Worst service that I have experienced over that last decade. In light of the last couple of year’s exodus of diners away from HKSAR, one would have thought basic service would have improved. Have to say the waitress (one wearing glasses) was full of real attitude! Food overall was very good, but service let this place down completely. Will NEVER come back, am a paying customer, so do not want to pay for bad services anywhere, especially here! continue reading
