好耐冇黎金華,今日中午去開中環開會,發現竟然重新開張了。裝修光猛左好多,一入到去好新淨,依然好多人食。伙計好後生,好有禮貌。坐低叫左個叉燒蛋飯,涷奶茶,同事叫左叉燒飯。因為坐得好舒服,感覺上吾係等左好耐就有得食啦。叉燒蛋黎到有驚喜,賣相好靚。個飯好好食,叉燒吾使講,同以前個水準一樣,炒蛋好香。同事要偏瘦叉燒,叉燒完全吾肥。估唔到午市雖然人多,但係師傅真係有睇單揀瘦叉。一定要讚下杯涷奶茶,好有心用不銹鋼杯,杯奶茶好涷好好飲,茶味濃。以後去開中環,又多一間會經常去既餐廳。

So nice to have so many selections of different siu mei together. I understand because of delivery not everything would be crispy, but the taste was still really good. They give such a big selection of portion of meat and also big portion of rice. Seems more than most restaurants. They give you enough soya sauce too on the rice so you arent just eating plain rice with the meat. Very much enjoyed. Prices inflated because of delivery, but still worth it.

今日終於可以和家人一起品嚐到金華的乳豬仔,這店果然名不虛傳,乳豬肥瘦均勻,芳香樸鼻,色澤均勻,入口就覺得肉質豐盈,而皮又香脆,因此,我有理由相信其火喉必定控制得宜。這次,當我一路食,一路都有一種非常滿足及幸福的感覺呀!最後,我非常感謝金華的師傅們,因為他們用咗好多心機和努力去燒完這隻乳豬仔,其實爐火又熱,又要金睛火眼睇住,相信要燒一隻乳豬已經好困難,燒一隻靚的乳豬就更加困難!

金华位置在不在中环中心的中环中心大厦旁边,刚到香港的时候,第一份工作就在中环中心大厦,那时候最常点的外卖,就是金华,因为我觉得好吃。

金华的叉烧便当,是在两大碗白饭上,摆上一排叉烧,加条菜,分量十足;通常我也会来一碗老火汤,足料大碗。

当初就这样吃了三个月,加上夜生活不检点以及没有去运动,我胖了5公斤,像吹气一样。

今天点了一碗半肥瘦叉烧饭,甜、肥、嫩、嚼,四样齐全,这样的价钱能吃到这样的好叉烧,幸福;一碗老火汤,同事嫌咸,也确实咸了一些,不过还是喜欢。

本局長是日接到投訴話中環街市一帶鴿患嚴重,立時與手足出動視察,勤政愛民一番。果然街上野鴿甚多,但中國文化崇尚自然,講求天人合一,縱野鴿影響市容衛生,亦難以完全取締,如何處理只好從長計議。視察完畢,本局長與手足到隔離街,見一燒臘鋪裝修甚有中國古風,二話不說與手足長驅直進。店面面積不大,座位不闊落,本局長有一手足腰大十圍,在店內好不狠狽。本局長是次食雲吞麵及凍咖啡,雲吞麵湯底頗香,麵彈牙,雲吞共有五粒,細細粒容易食,甚為美味。咖啡亦有咖啡香,非求其之作。總括而言,此店食物水準不俗,惟某些座位甚窄,幫襯時宜注意。
