今日突然想食海鮮,就決定去佐敦『金山海鮮酒家』食!乳鴿咬落啖啖肉,炸得啱啱好,唔似出面食到果d咁干😋。聖子好新鮮,少少辣,好惹味,食到停唔到口😋。花枝片西蘭花🥦,花枝片爽口,可惜份量太少😋。椒鹽瀨尿蝦,大大隻,食落啖啖肉,椒鹽香口,食過翻尋味😋。蒜蓉粉絲扇貝,粉絲太少,但扇貝勁大隻,完全滿足口感😋。椒鹽白飯魚,呢餐唯一麻麻地既餸,白飯魚炸得好干搞到好硬,炸粉較多,唔夠味😖。鮑魚蒸得恰到好處,即使好厚肉,但都蒸得好好食,唔會「un」😋。豬潤啫啫雞好入味,d雞肉唔似出面果d好大嚿唔夠味,或者係雞頭雞尾,不夠份量唔多😋。香橙骨好特別,唔係周圍有得食,咬落啖啖肉,甜甜地😋。甜品係「蛋散」,超好食,唔會好甜,口感林林地似「馬仔」,👍🏻😋。侍應態度好,會主動加水、收碟,無黑面😃,野食唔錯,服務態度又好,真係好少酒家做到😆。

金山酒樓每幾個月都會幫襯一次,通常飲中午茶較多 (貪佢交通方便,食物質素合格),晚餐都有食過 。中午茶星期六較易搵位 , 今次叫了:燒賣,蝦腸,魚蓉粥 , 蒸大魚頭 ,蘿蔔糕,流沙奶皇飽,蛋散。講真,每次去都是為了食魚蓉粥及蛋散,魚蓉粥味道剛剛好,不太咸,另跟幾塊油炸鬼配搭蛋散,其實我不太喜愛食中式甜品,這個除外 , 特別是油炸甜品,感覺好油膩。但這個……蛋散,第一次賞試後,完全改變觀感 ,不油膩,鬆脆,糖漿會淋上蛋散面,但不是太甜,還有就是炸的時間剛剛好……淺金黃色 ,每次叫都保持水準 。其他點心質素都是合格,不會覺得食完有重伏感覺 (平均 $110 價位計)。

今日同我地另外一個section嘅老闆食退休飯,我哋一行人去咗金山海鮮酒樓。我哋早幾日book枱,第一輪六點至八點半已經爆曬棚,所以就食第二輪八點半至收檔。我哋叫咗呢度出名嘅菜式例如小棠菜餅同燒鵝,另外亦叫咗燒乳鴿、君度酒排骨、呠酒桶蠔、蒸鮑魚、西芹炒石斑塊、椒鹽白飯魚等等。食物水準平均都非常之好,我特別鍾意個君度酒排骨,出邊個痞揸得非常香脆,個汁甜甜酸酸、大啲香橙味道,而且排骨肉質豐滿又有少少肥膏,非常香口,送飯一流。另外個椒鹽白飯魚,我哋encore叫咗兩碟。每條白飯魚都炸得非常之鬆脆,椒鹽味道又唔會太濃烈,微辣加埋我哋又有帶whiskey嚟飲,送住酒食停唔到口。食到最尾我哋問侍應有冇得送蛋散,佢話廚房已經收爐冇得即製新鮮嘅,只可以比碟現成貨。雖然嗰碟相對性冇咁香脆,但係都好香蛋味。總括而言,成餐飯都好味,啱晒一班人聚舊。

金山貴為街坊飯堂,定期梗要黎幫襯下。上兩個月天氣仲熱果時真係好焗,私下問老友伙記原來大廈中央冷氣頂唔順一幢樓有五間火鍋店,啲冷氣俾人分薄哂,怪不得,不過好彩我多口問,原來12月頭會裝修,免得我白行一趟。早幾日知道裝修完,梗係上去支持下,發現大致格局無變,不過換過啲燈,翻新過,仲凍到我抽筋,聽啲伙記話全場啲冷氣換過哂,好得多了!各位上黎記得帶多件衫,有啲凍。味道都係保持正常發揮,無乜走樣,平日黎好啲,唔洗等咁耐位

爸爸話想食砵仔焗魚腸,一個好傳統嘅餸。。。但係絕對唔係我杯茶
不過見佢食得津津有味,相信有番咁上下水準

砵酒焗生蠔 當然 沒有令我失望

沙薑雞腳亦都係一個不可以不點嘅小食
簡直係回味無窮

來過兩次,對上一次已經覺得一般,地方淺窄,服務人員態度一般,可以接受,佐敦區價錢唔算貴,今次再來就食到一肚氣,我們食八點半,去到發覺冷氣不足,向服務人員查詢,回答中央冷氣壞了,我明白大家都唔想,結果我們一路食一路抹汗,味道一般,服務態度唔洗講,有都唔會好,以後都唔會再來,貼錢買難受,最嬲到就係,見到D人走得7788,居然感覺到有中央冷氣,咁嘅服務,邊度有得同佢比,呢間所謂洒家,實在令人失望,希望有所改善,唔洗其他食客食到一肚氣順帶一提,佢個蛋散可以去試試,唔係咩都唔得嘅

有同事介紹呢間金山食晚飯,出名有獲氣,好食,我緊係要去試下啦. 我地總共叫左8樣野,加個湯。雖然我冇幫啲湯影到相,但係金山啲湯出名清甜,我叫左個螺頭湯,螺頭湯落足料,有螺頭、花膠、等等配料,非常滋補,味道清甜。推介!!招牌雲英雞:雖然不太大隻,但很有雞味!燒鵝:很多肉,唔"蘇",OK!黃金蝦:好大隻,可以連殼食,用咸蛋黃煎炸出黎,好好味!砵酒焗桶蠔:蠔好大隻,啲汁配合得好好!上湯焗龍蝦:經理很細心怕我地食芝士會好"漏",所以建議我地用上湯,都係非常之出色~~炒聖子:又係好大隻,炒得好野味~斑鰭:要打電話留呢個部位,肉質特別紮實,又滑最後有蛋散送,飽到飛起~~

砵酒焗桶蠔:蠔好大隻,啲汁配合得好好!

上湯焗龍蝦:經理很細心怕我地食芝士會好"漏",所以建議我地用上湯,都係非常之出色~~

炒聖子:又係好大隻,炒得好野味~

斑鰭:要打電話留呢個部位,肉質特別紮實,又滑

最後有蛋散送,飽到飛起~~

呢到第二次黎,之前五個人食,覺得好好食,所以今次一行十人,再黎呢到食野。今次環境超濟迫,全場無冷氣,開左D風扇,一邊食一邊流汗。今次無散叫, 叫左個套餐,有魚有龍蝦有羹有雞,最後都有個蛋散送。今次簡單D講就無樣好食,最好味都係個蛋散,鬆脆好味,最差係個炸蝦多士拼炸海棠菜,兩個都炸得過左火。總括黎講係唔合格,而下次亦唔會再叫餐,不過仍然會再比多次機會,因為之前散叫係好美味既,而散叫價錢合理,今次每人要OVER300元,實在不值。

這個是意料之外的好食!豆腐先炸過,外脆內軟,再淋上芡汁, 帶瑤柱鹹香提鮮,若不想晚飯食太多海鮮太啖啖肉,這會是個好選擇啊。

這個是出奇地好吃喎!平時的鱔都是蟠龍狀,或者起出來一條條鱔糊,今次有如明亮的煮法,把鱔肉起骨切粒炒丁,肉質爽口啖啖肉,也比炒肉丁、豬頸肉有新意,少油又健康。

依夠鑊氣夠熱辣辣的,對蝦球要求以這價錢也不會太高,質素來說算合理。經常說「鑊氣」,仔細想一想,宏觀多種菜系,好像只有廣東菜有這種概念?!

經朋友介紹第一次幫襯,最大路嘅酒家裝修,平易近人。傳聞海鮮好掂,當然要試啦!首先清蒸鮑魚(肉質鮮美,正)椒鹽瀬尿蝦(新鮮彈牙)豉油王鬼花蝦(味道剛剛好,䜴油味非常香。手指都食埋)清蒸班頭腩(班肉好厚好彈)䰷炸墨魚餅,唔係賣廣告,食到而家都好好味(炸得有香口,碟上冇多餘嘅油)麵醬炒唐生菜(麵醬略少,油較多)最後仲送上招牌蛋散(炸得非常鬆化!果然名不虛傳👍🏻)整體食物質素平均,要彈的喺上菜大快,快到食唔切(凍晒)有待改善
