To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早一兩年都有幫襯吓佢,佢地紅豆沙水準一向無得頂!不過最近聽到有人話佢水準保持吾到,咁我就忍唔到,去試試佢咩料再包膠!我係3點去到,堂食,都有兩個客座係到食緊野。我叫左魚蛋,牛什,紅豆沙,詳情如下:紅豆沙:佢哋保持到以往水準,無豆容晒又夠綿,吾太甜以啱好!好得!牛什:夠味,不過牛肚可以淋啲更好,純我個人口果鐘意食淋,而牛膀,牛肺都好味好正!魚蛋:佢地係潮州魚蛋,夠彈牙,有魚味。加埋個沙嗲醬更完美。呢啲家族式經營小店買小見小,食佢除咗要好味外,人情味都好重要。我一定會繼續支持小店。 continue reading

熱鮮奶燉雞蛋 $23Steamed Egg Custard with Milk 熱辣辣嘅燉奶一上檯已經聞到陣陣嘅奶香味🥛 因為用左成隻蛋🥚而唔係淨蛋白,質感比其他甜品鋪嘅厚實少少🤏🏼 但亦因為咁佢嘅蛋香特別濃郁😙 上面因為凝固左可以做到雙皮嘅效果,加上裡面燉奶非常滑溜,所以有兩種唔同嘅口感😎The piping hot steamed milk brought waves of the sweet aromas of fresh milk when it was brought to the table. It was so smooth and just firm enough for you to feel the pudding in your mouth. By using whole eggs instead of just egg whites, it had a heavy egg fragrance. The top of it was slightly solidified from coming into contact with room air, therefore it has formed a tougher outer layer, providing this dessert with a double texture.熱腐竹薏米糖水 $20Yuba and Barley Dessert 其實佢就好似一碗淡味啲嘅豆漿😌 腐竹已經被煲溶曬,入口順滑😋 仲有加左已經煮淋左嘅薏米所以有啲嘢咬下,令到呢碗糖水無咁單一👍🏼 腐竹同埋薏米有清熱祛濕嘅功效,啱晒呢個天氣去食😍It tastes like a watered down version of soy milk, with melted yuba incorporated. There were also heaps of barley sank into the bottom of the bowl, which have been boiled to the point where they got super chewy. This gave the dish a rich texture. 老公今日去開士瓜環,專登行去佢成日見到啲YouTuber 介紹嘅甘露甜品,因為佢想試好耐,佢6點左右買,到8點左右食完飯開嚟食香草綠豆沙老實講,一開見到好多“琼”咗嘅奶脂已經扣左分,一“不”起,真係一粒綠豆都見唔到,但絕對唔係煲到變晒沙個種,係用攪拌棒打到變沙個種,一入口仲不得了,又酸又叔🤮荔茸椰汁西米露又係一開見到奶脂浮面,一“不”起,Sorry 我真係未見過透明嘅椰汁西米露,我完全feel 唔到有奶有椰汁嘅存在,佢個椰味(聞),我想信係來接椰子油,一入口,又係又酸又叔架🤮利申,今日天氣涼涼地得20度左右,應該唔會係我哋焗臭呢間野嘅甜品真係我人生食過最難食嘅甜品,40幾年歷史,點解要搞到咁? continue reading

土瓜灣甘露甜品,自從杜汶澤介紹過之後一直好想試,今次終於有機會啦。點零鐘去到,條街水盡鵝飛,店入面一個顧客都冇😐,本來啱啱食咗晏,剩係想食碗糖水,最後都忍唔住叫埋沙嗲串,幫襯多啲啲。真心推介薑湯麻蓉湯圓,一碗共有五粒,粒粒乒乓波咁大,皮薄餡靚,麻蓉味濃而不太甜,好好食,配埋又係濃而不太甜不太辣嘅薑湯,成碗湯水頗為高汁👍。沙嗲串廿蚊三串,用自家製沙嗲醬製作,我揀咗阿根廷魷魚,東風螺同牛肚,其中以牛肚最好食,炆得夠腍,沙嗲夠入味之餘,仍然食到牛肚香,勁正😍。魷魚同東風螺都有咬口,不過由於海鮮嘅肉質唔同,沙嗲唔會好入味,所以如果鍾意食沙嗲嘅話,應該要叫牛肚牛雜同魚蛋。最後一定要提嘅就係老闆娘超好人,好好傾,去小店幫襯,最珍貴嘅,就係呢啲。 continue reading
