上次母親節食得非常開心,今次父親大人話要再去食,去到老闆介紹了400元一位的套餐,有新鮮象拔蚌刺身,好鮮甜yummy ,價錢非常公道,老闆非常好,大廚整海鮮真係掌握時間到啱啱好,條東星不能不讚太滑同好味了,連我仔都不停地食,把成條魚食光光了海鮮魚湯好飲,小孩好懷念龍蝦伊麵,糯米飯好好味,最後加埋西瓜🍉生果盤,連平時我不食出面的生果盤,我見到非常新鮮,今次我都食光光了,一家人完美的一餐,最緊要係我父親大人👨🏻食得非常開心,老闆招待非常好,下次我一定再來 continue reading

今日預早慶祝父親節,一家人去到金利來食飯。原本抱住一試無妨嘅心態,但係無心插柳地竟然搵到一間好有heart嘅海鮮酒家。老實講,環境真係一般,喺30度高溫情況之下,冷氣只可以話剛剛足夠,但食飯始終重點係餸菜,所以最緊要餸菜好食就足夠。我哋一家6人叫咗$350一位嘅選擇,點菜嘅時候老闆好有心機解釋邊樣啱我哋食,當然最後出到嚟唔單止預期之內,有點兒喜出望外。連最後嘅西瓜都非常好食,走嘅時候都忍唔住同老闆講一句:「下次見!」 continue reading

起初怕入鯉魚門食海鮮會俾人騙,朋友介紹我去金利來,門面並不豪華,但食物質數很好,老闆招呼周到,很親切,好有私房菜感覺,一定會再來😋😋😋我最欣賞是勁多膏的奄仔蟹,超厚肉大連飽,一食難忘的生炒糯米飯,老闆話糯米飯係很多客人慕名而來的😄我們廿十人,被安排在二樓,很有私人空間,老闆話可來料加工,亦可預早告知他想吃什麼,價錢每位計,公道合宜,原來最平的全海鮮餐$250/一位也有,不過我哋今次揀了食豪d😆 continue reading

由於屋企人買左個團購所以山長水遠入左鯉魚門食海鮮位置就係市政大廈旁邊總共有9個餸,其實都幾多,淨係聽就知食唔曬啦咁我地一入去,好快就上左賴尿蝦同個湯講左個賴尿蝦先,一人一隻,其實隻賴尿蝦已經唔係大隻嫁啦,仲要唔係太新鮮個湯就無咩野嘅,係胡椒落得太重手之後就係白灼蝦同螺仔蝦就還算新鮮,無咩大問題,個個螺仔我覺得都係唔太新鮮,有幾隻d味都有d怪然後就到重頭戲芝士龍蝦伊麵同蒸鮑魚啦龍蝦真係唔係好得喎,有d怪味,我淨係食左一啖就無食到,芝士汁都太少,唔夠撈伊麵係蒸鮑魚上面都有落胡椒係咩事?不過正常味就算啦最好真係個蒸魚唔係講笑,呢個係全餐最好食同最新鮮嘅海鮮之後個菜同個飯其實都無咩好講希望屋企人下次唔好亂咁買團購啦,不可一不可再啊 continue reading

專程回港度歲的親戚行將離開,他說想到鯉魚門吃海鮮,小人焉能不從,特意和友人陪他一趟。象拔蚌刺身是吃得出的鮮爽,預期之外的好。但跟著下來的豉油三蒸則不大合意。清蒸鮑魚就是把鮑魚蒸熟,淋一些豉油而已。鮑魚不算小,鮑香濃重,豉油則可有可無。另一碟的蒸蟶子,蟶子的肉不靭,之不過所不同的地方只是多了豉香,除此之外基本上跟鮑魚的味道雷同。再來的清蒸海斑,當然有薑有蔥亦有豉油,魚肉細滑,奈何仍是那一句:同樣的豉油,同樣的味道。來到龍蝦伊麵,以為終於都可以換一換口味了。龍蝦肉爽伊麵腍,然而上湯淡,沒多少味道,結果我們都要加一些豉油三蒸的豉油來吃才能吊出味來。吃瀨尿蝦永遠都是一件麻煩的事:要替蝦做好多運動才可以甩開蝦殼;幸好蝦肉夠大,吃著結實的啖啖肉加上香口的椒鹽,總算值得。總算一了親戚離港前的心願。 continue reading
