今晚走入金記,見到餐牌上招牌肉絲炒麵造形吸引,所以就叫了,加多一碗麻辣雞肉米缐。全程用app.落單,卡座亦有膠幕遮敝,十分安全。先來炒麵,賣相跟相片一樣,十分興奮,但開始啟動時,就發現問題,碗麵太硬了,完全唔知點砌開佢,唯有加上醬汁及醋試吓溶化,再用筷子插開,先可以慢慢分開小件入口,成碟麵就好似食緊小學時候小賣部的福字乾麵一樣,份量很多,可惜醬汁唔多夠。重有係太油膩,畢竟係兩個權頭加埋嘅炸麵。另一碗麻辣米線份量偏小,要了中辣,都做到效果,湯比相像中清,雞肉冇雞味。可能係$38一碗嘅關係,價錢跟出品成正比!

晏就去黃大仙中心南館勁多人,是但搵間無咁多人嘅餐廳。食得茶記已經唔要求太多。但食物真係好一般,朋友食雞脾沙津,話隻雞脾勁鹹 ,自己食午餐梅菜蒸肉餅飯,個肉餅好似白烚豬肉咁無味。重點係幾時先維修D冷氣?!壞咁耐都唔願整。去旁邊食大排檔仲好。

黑松露炒蛋配秋葵
我點了一個素晚餐,黑松露炒蛋加秋葵,我覺得秋葵和絲瓜味道相似, 口感爽脆,油膩膩的,略帶一點苦味, 但黑松露就剛好蓋過了那種苦澀味, 加上炒蛋口感軟嫩,黑松露炒蛋加秋葵的配搭,非常不錯。

蜜椒薯仔牛柳粒
蜜椒汁惹味香濃,既香又甜,開胃美味。而且薯仔外脆,內鬆化,炸得剛好。牛柳粒醃得入味,口感軟腍,幾片三色椒,增添顏色美感, 色香味俱全。

金磚風沙炸豆腐
賣相不錯, 整整齊齊的排列著。豆腐炸得外酥內嫩,顏色金黃脆薄而不鬆散,豆腐口感細膩,滑溜溜的,美味可口,令人一口接一口。 趁熱食,味道和口感更佳。

蛋白杏仁茶
值得一讚這杯杏仁茶,杏仁茶香濃美味,蛋白 白滑細緻,是一道不錯的滋潤甜品

最後我們外賣了六隻炸雞翼給家人,一打開餐盒,已經香味撲鼻,依然熱辣辣,雞肉炸得外脆肉嫩,香口惹味,堂食應該更滋味。

呢排返工都OT收左工去左黃大仙中心買外賣,見到有間金記冰室就去買外賣返屋企食。呢間餐廳食物種類又多,又有晚餐餐牌價錢又大眾化,食物質素又好。點了一個E餐甜麵牆蒸海鱸魚,另外散點了XO醬蝦球炒西蘭花和新鮮菠蘿生炒骨,有一個加$15轉套餐。甜麵醬蒸海鱸魚,魚火喉蒸到剛剛好,魚肉好嫩滑又肥美又鮮甜。XO醬蝦球炒西蘭花,蝦球大大隻又爽口彈牙,西蘭花又夠入味,加埋XO醬炒更加香又美味。新鮮菠蘿生炒骨,生炒骨肉是瘦肉酸酸甜甜好開胃,又非常之入味超正。老火湯魚肉嫩滑又肥美。蝦大大隻又彈牙。

半隻分量好足, 件件都啖啖肉, 雞皮夠爽,肉質嫩滑 雞味算唔錯。

呢一晚想返媽咪屋企探下兩隻貓咪,既然阿媽又唔想煮我哋又因為疫情唔係好想出街食嘢就一於揀外賣啦,喺黃大仙轉車就順路喺嗰度搵吓有啲咩好嘅餐廳可以外賣,見到呢一間禁忌冰室門口裝修得幾有味道,見餐牌價錢有幾抵食就一於試吓囉,我哋叫咗三個小菜,有叉燒炒蛋,菜心炒牛肉,仲叫咗隻霸王雞,雞嘅肉質都幾滑份量有幾多,媽媽爸爸都話幾好味,叉燒炒蛋啱晒我食我細佬食啦送飯一流,至於菜心炒牛肉唔知點解我自己永遠都差唔到出邊咁有鑊氣,整體來講都係一間推介嘅餐廳呀!
