To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the League Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚同媽媽去左黃大仙探個長輩,平時我地一向都係去酒樓食,但今次長輩介紹話黃大仙南館有間冰室既小菜味道比酒樓更好,於是我地就順佢意去試下完來佢講既係金記冰室,呢間我之前都有食過,質素的確係唔錯環境唔差,衛生唔錯,坐位都闊落舒服晚市餐牌選擇好多,除左小菜、重有炒粉麵飯、鐵板餐等等杯奶茶好好飲,口感濃厚有茶香平時唔飲例湯既媽媽都話個湯好飲唔味精二人餐好抵,兩個小菜+兩個飯+兩個湯+兩杯飲品先$140幾呢個椒鹽豬扒真係必食,豬扒夠淋有鑊氣,份量多又惹味XO醬蝦仁炒西蘭花XO醬帶少少辣,蝦仁大大粒,至少有5-7隻,西蘭花同蝦仁都有炒得入味,唔會似撈咁另外散點左個例牌沙薑雞,個沙薑味好正,雞肉好嫩滑厚肉重有個菠蘿咕嚕肉,色彩好靚,配料同肉都好多,咕嚕肉爽口,皮唔厚,肉唔乾,好味整體好抵食,埋單$300唔洗,每碟份量都好足,而且味道大家都好滿意 continue reading

餐廳有好多分店,品質有保證。懷舊風格, 地方乾淨衛生。見佢有好多晚餐套餐外,仲有二人小菜餐都很吸引,有湯有飲品,菜式多。晚餐想食小菜有好選擇。晚餐有包埋湯,老火湯或紅湯,兩款都真材實料。老火湯清甜。羅宋湯濃味,帶點辣味,開胃。 先點揀了一個二人小菜餐。點了客家沙薑雞,例牌。肉質很嫩滑。沙薑味重,調較得好啱味。雞肉啖啖肉,入晒味。另一款是欖菜肉鬆四季豆。欖菜沒有硬繃繃的鹹味,但有欖菜香味。四季豆爽口, 香而不鹹,配飯一流。點了個小菜晚餐,鐵板牛柳粒。用鐵板上,熱辣辣。牛柳粒炒香 ,保留到肉汁。三色椒洋蔥炒到入味。 continue reading

在港鐵站等朋友下班,一同前往餐廳吃晚餐。餐廳離黃大仙港鐵站C2出口很近。餐廳氣氛懷舊,座位舒適。眉豆粉葛豬肉湯,湯味清甜,粉葛口感綿軟。霸王雞面層舖上青葱和紅椒絲,雞肉嫩滑,醬汁不太咸帶少少甜味。XO醬蝦球炒西蘭花,XO醬味濃,蝦球大粒,西蘭花翠綠。新鮮菠蘿咕嚕肉,豬肉外層脆,內層軟,醬汁酸酸甜甜,配料包括菠蘿、青椒、洋葱等,很滋味。魚香茄子魚柳煲,咸魚香,茄子軟,魚柳不腥,肉碎多,配料包括青葱、洋葱、紅蘿蔔、辣椒等,醬汁惹味。雪糕紅豆冰,賣相美觀,很甜。綿滑蛋白杏仁茶,杏仁香,蛋白滑,甜味適中。總結:氣氛懷舊,小菜美味。 continue reading

今日收工去到位於黃大仙中心的金記冰室,因為係晚市時段,人數都比較多,等了一陣就有員工帶我入坐,餐廳採用了搞QR code 自助點餐服務,介面都方便易用,點完餐唔使五分鐘,食物就開始逐一送到,認真快手。講下第一樣食物,金記三文治,亦即係公司三文治,用app落單嘅時候,仲會叫你揀多油、少油、多烘底、少烘底、甚至走油走烘底,配合返不同人嘅需要。而食物方面,食開公司三文治嘅人都係鐘意佢材料夠多,呢份金記三文治就完全做到我想要嘅野,有火腿、餐肉、番茄、芝士、蛋、菜,多種味道帶來味覺嘅衝擊,而蔬菜亦比到人清新嘅感覺,完美中和令人多食而不覺得膩。再黎就試埋金記嘅招牌生炸雞髀,生炸雞髀其實已經唔係每一間餐廳會做,重點係要即炸即食,金記的生炸雞髀外表金黃,份量亦夠晒大件,雞髀嘅靈魂唔使問當然係塊雞皮,咬落去極之酥脆,調味亦剛剛好,非常入味,經過滾油炸過嘅表面鎖起了內部嘅肉汁,達至外脆內嫩嘅口感,絕對係必食之選。主食方面有美式什排嘅鐵板餐配薯菜,有牛扒、豬扒、雞扒、腸仔、煙肉,份量十足,一個人的話都唔係人人都可以清得晒,鐵板夠晒熱,淋上黑椒汁,極有濃厚嘅港式風味。飲品方面,雪糕紅豆冰亦值得一讚,軟滑的雲呢拿味雪糕,大大粒嘅紅豆,香甜嘅淡奶,絕對係消暑解渴嘅佳品。 continue reading

疫情期間都有來過金記叫外賣,覺得他們的小菜做得不錯。堂食則第一次,裝修是走懷舊冰室的風格。厚厚的餐牌,食物選擇頗多,有中式小炒,鐵板餐,海南雞餐,香港地道美食,及歐陸之選等,價錢大眾化。平時外賣多是點小菜,今晚就豪氣地點了一個海陸空鐵板餐,分別有沙丹豬扒,魚柳及雞全翼配上薯條,十分豐富。用鐵板盛上,倒入蒜蓉汁,吱吱喳喳的鐵板聲,熱度十足。沙丹豬扒有手掌般大,醃得入味,煎得金黃香口,僅熟的豬扒入口嫩滑。魚柳沾上蛋汁再煎,多了一份蛋香味。雞全翼炸得金黃香脆,有陣陣孜然味道。配上蕃茄,西蘭花,車里茄中和油膩感。另外點了晚餐中的豆豉鯪魚炒油麥菜(配白飯),炒出來的油麥菜清脆而有陣陣豆豉香,是個惹味拌飯的家常菜。每份餐都有包中湯/西湯及餐飲。 continue reading
