To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 入來晚餐,叫了一個沙薑🐔,鹹到無朋友,找位置坐,自己想坐哪裡服務員這裡又說唔得,哪裡又唔得. 最後自己點餐,晚飯吃完一直叫有碗例湯,一直問都沒有拿過來. 那個男人服務員仍然很不耐煩地回覆. 等陣啦,會拿過來啦….. 還是沒有,我直接衝去cashier 位置告訴一個女人服務員,我告訴他點解叫碗湯好像乞丐那樣去乞的嗎?你們那些什麼服務員,什麼態度 continue reading

現時那個區,不論貧富區都有或大或小的商場,而商場建設又不論是高級還是平民的,都在租金上給了商戶不少成本開支。於是變成平民區也難以享受到往日低成本的原因。今次來到這茶餐厅,人多著,要排隊,要靠近吃完飯,才有可以有空位置。但傳統的茶餐還存有濃厚昔日味道,沙爹味道微辣,很合我意。可惜價格就不可能是平民村的價錢了,只能是一般商場內的連鎖餐廳價格。如果能碰上下午茶時段,或許可以再嘗試下味道,享受下午茶的休閑。 continue reading

第三次到金記食飯。上兩次食「星米」及「鹹魚雞粒炒飯」。而且每次都見到隔離枱,或其他枱都多人食「菠蘿咕嚕肉」,好似好吸引咁!所以,我都決定今次都要試一試!打開餐牌,見到「招牌」定「金牌」 ,菠蘿咕嚕肉,好似好勁咁!我便點了。套餐加$10。(白飯一碗及老火湯)。我仲問職員,可不可以❌不要老火湯,改做飲品。職員話,本身已經包埋野飲(熱飲)。凍飲不知道要不要加錢,因為我點了「熱華田」。等了一陣,見到「菠蘿咕嚕肉」上場,一上枱飄來陣陣嘅酸酸味道嘅香氣, 再望一眼,見到有「提子乾」,有紅椒黃椒,仲有新鮮嘅菠蘿粒,當然唔少得咕嚕肉啦!第一啖,試吓個肉,我覺得不錯👍🏻!真心,之前到葵芳某間大集團連鎖餐廳,都有咕嚕肉食,但好多粒都是肥膏,而且又貴又細碟! 相比之下,我覺得金記呢個菠蘿咕嚕肉,算好好食! 一來數量正常(出面好多得好少粒肉),酸度其實偏酸左一點(不過,因為我個人比較喜歡酸酸味食物,所以我覺得沒問題)。而且紅椒黃椒都好爽口,菠蘿正常啦,唔算話好甜。至於主角「咕嚕肉」十分之稱職,因為肉不算肥!多數是瘦肉,但又不會鞋,我覺得處理得不錯👍🏻讚!我本身對「咕嚕肉」好有要求,但以$80加$10套餐價(合計$90)沒加一的情況下,我覺得仲性價比高。不錯!而且呢間的熱華田,3次都依然沖有濃郁好味,真係想讚下水吧師傅!😎👍🏻!小炒師傅都很好👍🏻! 我絕對會繼續幫襯!☺️🌹 continue reading
