To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the League Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為疫情嚴重,公司也開始要求同事們在家工作,下午時分,便來樓下的黃大仙中心南座的金記冰室,吃個簡單的下午茶。餐廳設計裝橫富有70年代的色彩,門口的招牌是用上霓虹光管造成的,牆壁是用上七十年代的徙置區常見的磚塊,地板是用上紙皮石磚,吊燈籠上了以前街市雞蛋店常見的紅燈罩,真的是充滿心事。座位旁的牆壁裝上了 USB 充電位和和插蘇座,讓客人填肚果腹的時候,手機也同時充充電。餐廳的點餐系統也相當現代化,做下不久,店員便送上 QR Code,讓客人自助手機下單。招牌鮮牛肉公仔麵 配 炒雙蛋 跟 牛油多士牛肉公仔麵的牛肉片應該是用上新鮮的牛肉,肉質煙韌爽口,牛肉味新鮮豐富。牛肉片上放了一絲絲的薑絲,用作緩和牛肉的羶味,真的是心思體貼。公仔麵應該用上了出前一丁,爽口彈牙。牛油多士是厚切的,看似吸睛。鮮黃色的炒雙蛋,鬆軟綿密,入口即溶,蛋味豐富。凍檸檬茶檸檬茶是走甜的。但是沒有半點的檸檬酸味,茶味清香,清新解油膩。總結而言,設計裝潢充滿懷舊色彩,食物細節出品創,點餐系統現代化,限制令放寬後,定和男朋友再來吃個晚飯。 continue reading

行街行到累又到醫肚嘅時候,我們去一間歷史悠久的冰室吃飯。設計裝修到舊式屋邨嘅感覺,好溫暖而卡位位置是層數好得意。來到就一定吃他的招牌菜啦!芝士鮮茄焗牛舌飯熱辣辣即叫即焗,牛舌大塊厚肉焗得腍又入味,芝士滿滿焗得香脆,蛋炒飯粒粒分明撈埋蕃茄醬一起吃好鮮味。鐵板美式什扒意粉蒜茸汁大大份什扒好吸引,雞、牛、豬扒、煙肉、腸仔,意粉很正廚師會用茄汁炒,現在好少餐廳會咁做。金牌乾炒牛河炒河炒得很乾身,牛肉很多塊有牛味唔韌。鹹魚雞粒炒飯鹹魚香好鮮,雞粒嫩滑炒飯有鑊氣。綿滑蛋白杏仁茶濃濃杏仁很香濃又幼滑,加埋蛋白喝很滋潤又美白,女士至愛的。檸檬菜蜜這個也是滋潤系列,檸檬菜蜜鮮甜潤喉。無冰奶茶來到就梗係要試無冰奶茶啦!茶底香濃奶夠幼滑一個字‘正’。 continue reading

今晚走入金記,見到餐牌上招牌肉絲炒麵造形吸引,所以就叫了,加多一碗麻辣雞肉米缐。全程用app.落單,卡座亦有膠幕遮敝,十分安全。先來炒麵,賣相跟相片一樣,十分興奮,但開始啟動時,就發現問題,碗麵太硬了,完全唔知點砌開佢,唯有加上醬汁及醋試吓溶化,再用筷子插開,先可以慢慢分開小件入口,成碟麵就好似食緊小學時候小賣部的福字乾麵一樣,份量很多,可惜醬汁唔多夠。重有係太油膩,畢竟係兩個權頭加埋嘅炸麵。另一碗麻辣米線份量偏小,要了中辣,都做到效果,湯比相像中清,雞肉冇雞味。可能係$38一碗嘅關係,價錢跟出品成正比! continue reading

今日去開黃大仙 見到呢間有少少懷舊feel嘅茶餐廳 我就入去試吓 見到Menu勁多選擇 基本上一間茶餐廳有嘅嘢佢都有 仲有好多特色野 兩個人食真係冇辦法 肚嘅空間有限 咁我哋揀咗下面幾款食物鐵板美式什扒薯菜-份量超級超級大 一上枱嘅時候我同朋友都即刻嘩一聲 有牛扒豬扒雞扒火腿腸仔仲有薯條雜菜 基本上嗰度爭少少就高到林落嚟咁 黑椒汁另上 林落去嘅時候渣渣聲 雖然價錢唔貴 但意想不到食物質素好高 豬扒牛扒雞扒全部好淋身 吸收埋黑椒汁食完一啖又一啖 啱晒食肉獸生炸雞脾即食麵-個雞髀炸得好香脆 薯仔沙律份量好夠酸酸甜甜好好食 仲有配出前一丁份量一啲都唔小 女仔食完全飽到夜晚果餐飯都唔使食凍奶茶-茶餐廳嘅奶茶真係特別好飲 唔會太甜 奶味茶味都好足 continue reading
