係一個星期四嘅朝早,我選擇左去呢間金記食早餐。雖然以前食過西營盤嘅另外一間金記,我亦覺得一是無妨因為其實堅尼地城冇咩好多間好好食嘅茶餐廳。呢間環境都算闊落,佢嘅前身就係全港大嘅人所共知嘅新興食架。呢間金記大約可以坐30人。樓面招呼周到,都唔算太污糟。唔記得咗影餐牌不過其實選擇都同普通茶餐廳大同小異,我就食咗深海魚柳同埋叫咗熱鴛鴦。我都幾滿意佢塊魚柳,好明顯係即叫即炸,份量都唔細,炸得好脆口。跟餐麵包係多士,冇乜特別。西煎雙蛋都不過不失。杯鴛鴦唔錯,夠濃同夠balanced,又夠熱。會再食。 continue reading

今天外出工作,經過西環西營盤附近。時間尚早,心想先吃早餐才展開一天的工作。見「金記冰室」的門外很像麻雀館的設計。驟眼看內裏裝潢也幾好。入進店內,發現餐廳曾經翻新,光線充足和環境也不錯。部分的都是陳年擺設。侍應的服務態度友善。送餐上枱的時間也快大約五分鐘左右。我點了金牌早餐有仿鮑魚火腿公仔麵,雙蛋多士及熱奶茶。仿鮑魚火腿公仔麵有仿飽魚絲,火腿絲及公仔麵。仿飽魚是薄切的,比真的鮑魚更加彈牙。味道十分香。火腿絲是鮮腿肉的味道,口感幼嫩,肉香味濃。公仔麵的軟硬度中。加上,湯底是出前一丁的味道,味道濃郁。雙蛋多士,雙蛋是"荷包蛋"。蛋白邊脆囗和蛋白嫩滑,蛋黃汁從蛋黃流出。蛋味香濃。多士可以說是非一般的多士。因為麵包質地比較鬆軟綿密,而且烘的溫度不高。只有麵包的中央烘到金黃。口感幾好。搽上牛油,味道一流。熱奶茶,熱辣辣的。紅茶和淡奶比例適中。奶茶味道突出。總體而言,鮑魚火腿公仔麵,雙蛋多士及熱奶茶,口感及味道很好,物超所值。 continue reading

下午5:30致電金記,要求6點到餐廳自取外賣(不設外送)金記回覆6點取的外賣不能點下午茶(下午茶供應至下午6點),亦不能點6點後才供應的食物另外點了4個正價的白汁/鮮茄焗炸雞脾飯,金記回覆沒有炸雞脾,我們問可否轉雞扒,金記亦回覆不可落完單...金記職員說: 剛才好多人比錢冇落到單,要我地重新講一次要食咩 continue reading

工作關係去到西營盤,知道呢頭好多有特色嘅餐廳。上網揾下見到呢間好多人comment就黎試下。俾人安排坐四人卡位,心諗等陣實會食食下調我去第二個位。點知Lunch繁忙時間都唔太多人,我就一直坐,yeah~試咗個常餐 好多人都話個奶茶好飲就order咗而事實上又真係好飲嘅,茶味又重又濃個牛油多士牛油重手我鐘意羅宋湯通粉 味道正常 罐頭羅宋湯個男待應好風趣叫啲人唔使怕醜入去坐仲有其他豬潤麵咖喱都好多人叫,望落都正常。 continue reading

前日本來想食金記,可惜原來呢間下午5:30就關門,所以去左隔離食文華冰廳。但始終對金記啲奶茶念念不忘,我喜歡吃珍珠奶茶,更喜歡喝港式奶茶。叫左個早餐沙爹牛肉通粉加火腿奄列同多士,加一杯凍奶茶+$3,但係外賣唔駛再加錢買外賣盒。原本個餐$31,加凍飲就$34。拿到返屋企,依然暖粒粒,好驚喜嘅係,我冇要求下,佢將沙爹牛肉通粉同個湯分開放。雖然有啲唔環保,但係可以食到原汁原味,啲通粉唔會發哂脹另外,個火腿奄列,超多火腿,而個蛋入面係仲有蛋漿,唔會乾哂,好好食啊 continue reading
