To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the League Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 為了減少在外逗留的時間,最近,BeautySearch 這出色的「無飯主婦」經常出入超級市場及街市,目的當然是買餸回家煮飯仔!但對於甚少下廚的 BeautySearch而言,每日考慮煮甚麼,真的一點也不容易喔! 上星期在街市買餸期間,正苦惱「今晚食乜餸」之際,看到《金記冰室》 舖面前的鹵水檔,不如今晚就選它吧! 順道也住這裡的「樓上雅座」吃個午餐。 蝦子餅二話不說,點選了一客馬來咖喱雞球,沒辦法啦,試問怕吃辣的我又怎會在家中下廚煮咖喱呢!? 不過,咖喱的香氣的確非常吸引,雖然味道稍為偏辣,但吃起來似乎令人特別開胃,蝦子餅連大大碟的白飯也吃得光光的。再搭配粉葛湯健脾袪濕,絕對是養生食療之選。 加配一碟芥蘭苗,嫩綠新鮮,十分爽口,而且芥蘭素具強效的抗氧化作用,支援細胞生長健康,有保肝排毒的功效。 而我則點算久違了的生炸雞脾配沙律,大大隻的雞脾熱烘烘上桌,外皮炸得金黃香脆,肉質相當嫩滑,啖啖肉,十分Juicy,絕對不可錯過。 最後加多一碟金粒西多配雪糕,一口一粒,十分方便,添加上香滑煉奶,味道提升,更為滋味! 當然,不會忘了為今晚加餸 - 陳皮蒜子鹵水鴨,雖然只是半隻,份量也不少,忍不住先吃兩件...... 真的惹味香口,非常入味,又不會予人太咸的味道,啖啖鴨肉中有著陳皮的清香,不油不膩,恰到好處。 continue reading

最近都無點出去食飯,今日陪媽咪去街市買餸經過依間茶餐廳🍴 見到好似幾靚幾有特色。樓下買嘅係麵包同埋外賣斬料,樓上就係堂食嘅茶餐廳因為時間尚早所以我哋下午茶餐同一罐茶餐廳一樣,餐牌有好多選擇咖喱豬扒飯$42好香椰汁味, 咖喱味唔算好辣,而且豬扒都幾厚鮮茄濃汁焗豬扒飯 $45即叫即焗豬扒飯,配上炒底嘅飯,粒粒金黃色,豬扒夠軟腍。沙嗲牛肉即食麵配火腿奄列多士 $48食落有陣陣花生醬香料味,顏色夠深,食落味道少許偏鹹,麵質爽身。咖喱雞扒飯$56雞扒熱辣辣,勁Juicy。奶茶☕️黎到茶餐廳,不得不飲嘅奶茶,飲落幾香滑,但略嫌唔夠熱。 continue reading

今日要到荃灣工作,先在楊屋道街市對面的金記食早餐。店面很大,一般都到較裏面的位置坐,比較涼快。點了鮮牛肉米粉,轉面,雙蛋轉腸蛋。上枱時牛肉還有點紅,泡著湯,熟度剛好,面夠彈牙,很特別的是加了薑絲,這個配搭不錯。多士我喜歡它還暖的,軟綿綿的,加上香滑奶茶,非常滿足。 continue reading

午餐黎咗呢間冰室食飯整間舖頭裝修設計都好有心佢扮返舊式冰室個種感覺例如 紅燈罩 白色綠色既地板好懷舊 老一輩就會好有回憶叫咗個午餐 有湯有野飲 $55湯有得揀中湯、西湯揀咗西湯 羅宋湯黎 都幾多料馬來西亞咖哩雞扒飯飯同咖哩分開上 好多咖哩汁 對於我呢啲愛汁既人黎講直頭唔洗叫多汁都滿足到咖哩好香濃 有椰汁香唔係好辣既咖哩 但味道香甜惹味咖哩裡面有薯仔+雞扒薯仔入哂咖哩味 好好食雞扒就一般啦 但有咖哩香味搭救食物味道好 坐得幾舒服 相信會再黎食午餐 continue reading

今天去了荃灣楊屋道街市買餸,之後去了金記冰室食晏。星期日都有午市套餐,真好!經濟實惠。 套餐包例湯,中、西各選了一個。西湯是羅宋湯,幾夠味。中湯是老黃瓜湯,味道就偏淡。 餐飲各叫了一杯熱啡和熱奶茶,正宗茶餐廳出品,味道OK。 【肉絲炒麵】份量幾大碟。啲茨汁滲進炒麵之後,原來較硬較脆的粉麵變軟化起來,變成又有硬又有脆的口感。 【枝竹魚柳飯】份量一樣係大份,食完感到非常飽。枝竹好厚,吸收咗啲汁就好好味。至於魚柳就係熱辣辣,外脆內軟,水準不錯。 continue reading
