今次介紹既係一間係春園街屹立不倒既金鳳,有65年歷史。由我中學年代食到呢家,味道10幾年都冇乜點變。最出名係奶茶、雞批同菠蘿油。-🍲 特價午餐💰531️⃣ 沙嗲牛肉麵(👅: 7.5/10)沙嗲牛肉同一般食到既唔同,味道偏甜,醬顏色偏深,味道偏重偏鹹,加落無味既麵就岩岩好,如果百花生會更好。麵同平時大家食開嘅大江麵唔同,佢係用頂好伊麵,識落就係伊面嘅質感。-2️⃣ 火腿奄列(👅: 7.5/10)雞蛋唔算滑,不過蛋香味重。火腿分量多,切成大量火腿絲。煎得唔錯不過偏油膩。-3️⃣️⃣ 菠蘿油(👅: 7.5/10)菠蘿包個包身比較札實,唔係蓬鬆個種,較乾身,中間都係實而唔係空心,呢個好睇個人口味,有啲人鍾意實有啲鍾意鬆。菠蘿包頂層皮脆,甜度適中。牛油夠凍,會係雪櫃羅出黎擺入包。不過要撞正岩岩出爐先食到冰火既對比口感,如果唔係牛油未必會瞬間融化。-4️⃣ 熱奶茶(👅: 9.5/10)通常奶茶我都會叫熱奶茶,因為覺得茶味會比較出。不過金鳳嘅凍奶茶都係好出名,而且出名係唔用冰,所以唔會有奶水分離而個情況。奶茶係用金玫瑰紅茶加lipton錫蘭紅茶,而淡奶係用荷蘭黑白奶。奶茶非常之滑,色澤均勻,茶味足夠而且奶都夠唔會澀,奶茶係奶味重啲,大概係六四比例,香港好多出名嘅熱奶茶都係茶味偏重,但金鳳係特別啲奶味較重。因為佢奶味較重,甜度足夠,係完全唔需要落糖,個人覺得好飲嘅奶茶都係唔需要落糖。-🌟總括嚟講,如果你鍾意飲熱奶茶,而且鍾意奶味比較重,咁呢家一定好值得去,個人覺得係香港最好飲嘅熱奶茶。但如果你冇好特別鍾意奶茶,就未必需要特登嚟,嘢食算係比一般茶餐廳好食,但又未好食到要山長水遠一試。鍾意奶茶可能未必需要叫一個餐,可以就咁叫一杯奶茶一個雞批,一次過試晒兩個招牌。-👅味道: 8/10🍴環境: 6.5/10💰消費: 53 (服務費: NA) continue reading

啲人話嚟灣仔一定要試吓金鳳就好似去旺角一定要食義順牛奶公司一樣今日就專程嚟咗試下叫咗一個午餐同一杯飲品有沙嗲牛肉麵 火腿奄列 菠蘿油 跟餐奶茶同埋單獨嗌左一杯荷蘭谷古沙嗲牛肉麵個沙嗲味好香 唔會過咸公仔麵食到最尾都唔會林晒火腿奄列就好失色煎得好乾 唯獨係火腿絲好夠 要浸湯先至食得落菠蘿油係涷嘅 唔係新鮮出爐 如果加熱先上會更加好味 奶茶好滑 你就算嗌涷奶茶佢都係冇冰 呢個幾好 最怕有陣時太多冰令到成杯野好淡 荷蘭谷古就唔甜嘅 但勝在朱古力味夠濃 整體來講都麻麻哋最後$78買單 其實唔係好抵希望食物質素可以更加改善啦 continue reading

朋友話一嚟灣仔好想食金鳳,因為特別鍾意佢嘅菠蘿包,我哋就下午茶時段咪嗌左個常餐,招牌沙嗲牛肉麵配菠蘿包,加埋嘢飲都係50零蚊。嘢食好快到,份量超級大,一個女仔絕對食唔晒,細食男仔都可能有啲困難,抱着期待嘅心食咗一啖菠蘿包,唔脆唔熱,個包有少少發酵過度,帶啲酒精味,非常之失望,個包係超級紮實的,唔係空氣包,但平時唔浪費食物的我,食咗一啖都係擺低咗。沙嗲牛肉公仔麵正常發揮,蛋撻最好食,之後嗌咗一個鮮牛肉蛋三文治也不錯,但係最出名嘅菠蘿包真係不了。環境5/10食物5/10服務 5/10人均 $50會否再次探訪? 否 continue reading

廿幾年前附近男校讀書時經常幫襯o既金鳳,間唔中行過亦都會幫襯,今日襯假期專登搭個幾鐘頭車再去搵當年o既味道,招牌依舊,人面全非,食物的質素亦退步。先唔講招呼,同澳牛一樣,從黎幫襯金鳳係唔會講究招呼。同伙計落單後,午餐沙嗲牛面、丁面、菠蘿包,同凍熱奶茶各一後。不消2分鐘,沙嗲牛面同丁面就黎到,食第一啖就覺得好伏,兩個麵完全唔熱,仿似用低溫水浸熟,再咬個菠蘿包,亦都係凍架。。。好傷心,20多年前讀書o既味道完全消失,我唔係要求有幾好食,只係想係自己未食早餐,又肚餓o既情況下,黎到呢到食晏晝時食返一d有溫度o既食物。唯一可以讚係佢o既奶茶咁多年仍然保持到好味道o既水準呢個奄列,係全餐唯一有熱度o既食物,但係全個餐 $50,又係唔係值得呢? 真係見仁見智,起碼我下次只會買外賣奶茶。 continue reading

原來金鳳既沙嗲牛肉麵堪稱「全港Top11」「七間最好味」「四大必食」,不過食完真係有啲失望。餐廳店面唔大,枱凳較細,較為狹窄,唔係坐得幾舒服。營養快餐 D $45 (1100-1900供應)🔸沙嗲鮮牛肉 配公仔麵 🔸餐包/菠蘿包🔸凍鮮奶/咖啡/茶 凍飲加$3沙嗲牛肉份量都幾多!沙嗲味道濃郁,唔會過鹹,略嫌食落無咩花生味,牛肉亦偏韌。由於沙嗲質地較為濃稠,清湯量少,攪勻左都幾夠味。公仔麵亦唔會過軟。營養快餐C $40 (全日供應)🔸餐肉煎蛋 🔸菠蘿包🔸凍鮮奶/咖啡/茶 凍飲加$3呢到既菠蘿包 有別於一般鬆軟富空氣感既質地。包體較為紮實,而且有啲黏,食落相當飽肚,但個人就唔太鍾意呢個口感。而且菠蘿包好似無經翻熱,全靠餐肉煎蛋嚟提升温度,唯獨菠蘿皮依然香脆。整體而言,沙嗲牛肉正常發揮,無咩驚喜。毫無温度、紮實既菠蘿包就更加唔係我杯茶。 continue reading
