以前係灣仔合和番工, 一定會經過金鳳。自從唔再係灣仔番工後, 就好耐無再去春園街, 偶爾都會掛念金鳳的奶茶、常餐、蛋撻等等。今日晚餐無著落, 而係九龍做野的我因出差係灣仔做到六點半, 就好自自然然黎到金鳳食「早餐」。好如常地, 食火腿奄列丁通熱奶茶, 好好好好可惜的是---「餐包賣晒了」. 差D想講粗口...山長水又遠黎到...哎, 只可以話自己黑仔。講番D 丁, 無錯, 佢係比長沙灣新華多丁, 而通粉都係果D啦, 至於個火腿奄列呢, 嗯, 我覺得有D 遜色, 因為佢偏薄, 作為奄列佢蛋汁唔係好夠, 邊亦唔夠新華「燶」,有D失望。至於杯奶茶, 都還可以, 算是上品, 不過早上來飲奶茶可能會滿足D :-)以43蚊黎講, 灣仔區, 算係接受到啦, 不過比起我以前黎食貴左好多了~~ continue reading

特意很遠來到這家在灣仔享負盛名的茶餐廳。門口略有些人已經在排隊,也有些人是在等外賣。我們排了一會隊才能進去,可惜進去之後,地方非常擠逼,但抱著嘗試地道香港傳統早餐的我們,還是勉強擠進了一個小小的卡位,正對著共享同一桌的兩位大叔。我們叫了這裡最出名的早餐和一份凍奶茶,另加網上很推薦的菠蘿油。老實說,早餐真的不怎麼樣。可能吃過華星,澳牛,甚至紅磡冰室都比這家金鳳好吃。只有菠蘿油是比較新鮮,但是附近隨便一家灣仔的麵包店都能做得差不多。看來這家店來一次試試已經足夠了,感覺店員都像等退休的樣子,服務質素和環境,甚至最基本的食物都沒有一般其他的茶餐廳好,還不如去連鎖的算了。 continue reading

讲起呢間茶餐廳,由第一次幫襯開始,就俾招牌嘅凍鴛鴦深深吸引,可以話係我飲過嘅最好味嘅鴛鴦第一次嚟應該係2012年了,以后每一次嚟香港基本上都会过嚟呢度食下嘢,食物嘅水准保持得好好,不过有可能係我点嘅嘢都冇么变化喎講翻2012年的初次來訪,點咗個早餐set,量好足,食到撐,午餐肉公仔面+菠蘿油+煎蛋+凍鴛鴦方一入口,絲滑的口感便叫人驚艷,而平衡得啱啱好的茶味和咖啡味,更是叫人回味最緊要嘅一點係呢間鋪嘅凍飲全部冇冰塊,而是將飲品放在雪櫃直接冷凍,保證飲品的味道不會因為融化的冰塊而變淡於是乎,每一次嚟香港,即使不住在灣仔的HOTEL,都會過來飲番杯嘢。2015年嚟食咗個簡單的午餐,菠蘿油的size依然是這麼大……主食是沙爹牛肉公仔面,拌一下,讓牛肉汁裹住麵條,更入味,最近一次過來係2016年12月,去看歌神演唱會之前趕時間解決了下晚餐,主食忘了……不變的依然是最愛的標配組合,請嗌我痴心长情劍至於店鋪的環境,就是很普通的茶餐廳,人多的時候肯定要搭枱嘅。唔想坐店里的話,可以直接打包,邊走邊飲都不失為一個好選擇 continue reading

最後一日係灣仔上堂 專登搵左間茶記食 見佢咁多人排隊就等下試食下入到去一行四人叫左普通常餐同個煎蛋叉燒飯個飯都正正常常 但叉燒超肥 肥到有啲過分個蛋都幾流心 味道ok 呢個火腿通真係經典 完全無味 以為食緊用滾水煮既通粉 啲火腿係「鞋」既 幾咁難得🤭一見到就知個公仔麵熟過啲熟女😰 煮到啲曲線無哂個五香肉丁令人感覺到個廚房已經厭倦了每日重複既工作😫個菠蘿包加炒蛋 見啲人話呢度菠蘿包最出名 我咬左一啖 覺得好厚實 實到我覺得比較適合做軍糧😂一啲都唔無人地所謂既impressive口感🤦🏻‍♀️呢杯凍鴛鴦 全場最正常 無冰花但都夠冰感 continue reading
