營養午餐,選沙嗲牛公仔面,火腿奄列,菠蘿包,凍奶茶,合共58。附近打工仔,食了數次,食評如下:沙嗲牛汁味濃,牛肉同面份量足,係餐厅招牌,火腿奄列大份,凍奶茶係预先調制雪凍而成,冇冰,茶味較濃。菠蘿包較其他面包店的實淨,重身,請留意,最好加5元加鮮牛油,才会由門口包框取出最新鮮的包比客人,如不加5元鮮牛油,包就不是取門口包框內取出,而係由廚房那出,会比耐一点的包比客,疊在奄列上出,菠蘿皮會較淋身,食過數次觀察到一樣做法,所以要有心理準備。 continue reading

金鳳最出名係菠蘿包,但我偷聽到排隊嘅人講,雞批、蛋撻都唔錯。茶記都係主打快食快走,金鳳屬於正常速度啦!*特價午餐 $55雪菜肉絲米粉:齋米粉少湯配雪菜肉絲。肉絲有咬口肉感,雪菜又唔會太鹹,但米粉索唔到味,變咗撈麵咁款。大多數人都係叫沙嗲牛肉公仔麵,可惜我唔食牛。煎雙蛋:師傅要時間煎,所以最遲上。啱啱好煎到有半熟蛋黃漿。*菠蘿包 (鮮油+$5)最快上,菠蘿包身有牛油香、蛋香,頭一兩啖有少少酸味,質感扎實而濕軟,絕唔會係空氣包。菠蘿皮有相對厚度,香甜酥脆。中間夾住牛油塊,但好可惜菠蘿包係凍嘅,冇熱包凍牛油嘅對比🥲雖然係凍,但都好食,如果係熱嘅會更好!*熱奶茶:奶茶薄身,入口順滑,但淡奶、茶底未夠香。 continue reading

「金鳳茶餐廳」灣仔老字號,充滿咗港式情懷,好窄的空間,超級窄的雙人卡位,侍應叔叔們無論係落單定係上菜都快靚正。裝修都算乾淨企理,但係奈何舖頭真係比較細。火腿通粉餐 $46,份量足夠,大大個菠蘿包,碟旁邊配有少少的牛油,傳統茶餐廳味道。沙嗲牛肉通粉餐 $46 , 沙嗲牛肉唔錯,牛肉嫩滑,沙嗲味不算太濃郁,但亦都唔會死鹹,同其他茶餐廳比的確好食好多。叫咗熱奶茶,奶茶不過不失,茶味比較淡,奶味突出。星期日早上,早餐時間都比較多人,要等位,但流轉非常之快,見到有不少遊客都慕名而來。還未有試過午餐,聽聞雞批也不錯,但就沙嗲牛肉就可以再來多次。 continue reading
