素食連鎖印度店,喺新加坡、曼谷甚至遠至卡塔爾都有分店,係一間將印度小食發揚光大,可以上得到枱面做餐廳主打。平時係印度餐廳最鍾意就係食佢嘅印度小食,呢度淨係pani puri 唔同variant menu 都有成頁咁多,唔使去印度都可以食到好多平時少見嘅印度小食。今次要左有幾款唔同脆餅嘅併盤,每一款都好好食,味道好正宗。脆餅配上乳酪同醬汁,加上脆脆、番石榴籽薯仔等,唔同嘅味道口感mix 埋好開胃,成碟食晒都得。主菜要左印度三文治,份量大,本身仲諗住嗌多啲其他嘢食,見到咁大份就决定留翻下次。餡料係香料薯仔,蕃茄生菜等等,好似公司三文治,但有薯仔就更加飽肚,面頭仲有好多芝士,係唔錯嘅。另外要咗兩杯嘢飲,一杯係mango Lassi,芒果味香濃,足料,比較傑身,特別係佢仲落左fennel seeds ,比平時嘅多左陣香料味。另一杯係印度檸檬梳打,有分甜鹹同埋混合版,揀咗個混合,飲落都少少鹹,好似鹹柑桔咁,想像唔到如果全杯都係鹹嘅會係咩感覺,檸檬味半真半假,氣泡就唔算多,不過又幾夾啲食物。好人好事:mango lassi 隻杯上重下輕,嗰日飯左兩啖都唔夠就唔小心倒瀉咗,諗緊如果要叫多杯好似唔抵。

每件小食賣相似軟殼蟹鉗
入邊啲餡係薯仔粒同花生米
再配啲脆脆 醬料方面可能有少少黑醋Yogurt

賣相令我以為係串燒 擺盤都幾靚

大開眼界 原來醬料嘅配搭可以咁層出不窮
而且一啲都冇肥膩
食完之後我覺得西餐俾我嘅感覺會Heavy
而且Yogurt好似係佢哋既靈魂
無論醬汁定飲品
原味Yogurt既酸甜都可以平衡番油膩感之餘
仲可以提升口感 可以有好多唔同嘅配搭😚

下次gathering帶朋友食吓印度菜 又多個選擇啦😚

因為朋友係素食者,又見到呢間印度素食餐廳好評咁多,所以就去試吓其實個菜單都冇乜心機睇,因為就算睇咗解釋,都唔係好了解到底嗰啲餸係啲乜嘢,所以主要都係叫咗一啲餐廳推介嘅菜式其中覺得最好食嘅係garlic naan同埋Masala cheese naan烤得好好,外脆內軟,另外Masala cheese naan入邊係半蓉嘅芝士,好鍾意餸菜方便炸薯仔椰菜花球幾有特色,另外芝士蘑菇就較為普通,叫咗一個chata,入邊係薯仔同埋豆,有一啲類似餅乾碎嘅嘢,味道偏甜,較為清新整體嚟講我覺得佢價錢係中上,味道還好,試過一次就夠啦
