《法式布甸》($15)依個布甸包近期街知巷聞,點都要朝聖一下!排左30分鐘終於試到,建議早20-30分鐘去到排,先到先得。未食已經聞到好香雲尼拿味,食落超級creamy,口感奶滑,雲尼拿味好香😍果然名不虛傳!麵包似鬆軟版法包,口感煙韌👍🏻如果唔係要排隊,同埋都唔近,好想encore!🤣 佢地仲有其他包都好吸引,性價比高👍🏻P.S. 佐敦店出爐時間為14:00會出400個,16:30出100個,每人限買4個,先到先得。店主建議室溫只放到2-3個鐘。 continue reading

30幾度去同人排隊買野,咩原因呀?愛定責任呀?係想食呀!爆紅左幾個月仲要排長龍,原因係因為每天限量呀!呢間麵包小店,以前都經過幾次架啦,平時都食開但唔知幾時佢呢款焗布甸比媒體報導之後,變左日日都排長龍了~今日趕係2點開售之前過黎買,但1點45分已經有幾十人排緊喇!大家要留意,每日2點開售,數量約400-700個,視乎當天餅店決定架咋每個人限買4個,排頭位那幾個姐姐買完又走去龍尾再排隊!睇黎佢地好愛咁喎!除左布甸麵包仲有英式鬆餅,法包,日式軟包等等~唔好淨係買布甸呀!布甸係用法包作器皿,將中空位置注入蛋漿,食一啖口感香甜嫩滑,蛋香十足,質感似焦糖燉蛋,可以考慮推出焦糖版呢!嘉多利餅屋佐敦文苑街1-23號文英樓地下1號舖Shop 1, G/F, Man Ying Building, 1-23 Man Yuen Street, Jordan平均消費$60評分7/10 continue reading

嘉多利餅屋分別有兩間分店,一間係油麻地一間係佐敦,兩間開賣嘅時間都唔同架🤤大家要留意啊⚠️油麻地果間出爐時間星期一至五就5點,星期六就3點,至於佐敦果間就2點就開始有得賣啦(網上資料,如有錯誤請糾正)嗱~哩個係出爐時間~想食記得早少少去拎籌,因為佢哋依家改咗派籌制,咁就唔駛咁辛苦係條街等啦❤️終於等到哩個法式布丁到我手啦🤤一打開盒陣陣蛋香撲鼻,個丁到仲動L動L咁架❤️因為好大個,所以我用刀切開佢4份食,佢個布丁真係好厚實,切開都冇漏出黎👍🏻麪包係好似法包果種硬度,入面係布丁係由蛋漿,忌廉同牛奶混合而成,咬落去好滑溜,同硬身嘅法包形成對面,一軟一硬,係幸福嘅味道啊🤤好似話佢哋嘅餐蛋包、紫薯麻糬包、台式Q餅包都好出色~下次去買記得帶埋佢地返屋企啦🥰 continue reading

法式布甸 $15 (🧡🧡🧡🤍)​ 今次豬豬偵探趕上「潮流」(其實已經紅咗一個月),排隊買咗嘉多利的法包布甸。當日我係平日一點半到達,門口已經排咗6個人了,排到出爐嘅兩點正嘅時候已經有50人😅當日氣溫攝氏33度,大家都在烈日當空下爆汗排隊,令豬豬偵探更加期待佢會有幾好食😋⚠️法式布甸每日只於下午2點正出爐一次,並限量150個🥶今次🐽試咗三個食法,分別係雪凍食、翻熱後微暖食、翻熱食。(排名係分先後㗎)🥇凍食而雪凍之後法包就變得鬆軟煙韌,咬落比較有麵包香,入面嘅布甸冷凍凝固,入口充滿蛋香帶點香草籽嘅香味。🥈翻熱後微暖食整返熱之後攤凍食,法包表皮會有少少脆,布甸流心得嚟又唔會變做液體咁👍🏼🥉翻熱食將佢放入氣炸鍋焗左3分鐘,法包變得香脆,呢個狀態之下嘅法包係最好食,但入面嘅布甸加熱之後變得非常流心,食多咗會變得好膩🥲(5分滿分,🤍=0.5分)⁣⁣​環境 :不適用價錢:🧡🧡🧡🧡味道:🧡🧡🧡🤍抵食指數:🧡🧡🧡🤍 continue reading
