高質串燒小店,唔算好正宗地道既日式串燒,但廚師用心製作,食物質素極高,老闆和員工都非常熱情,成晚食得開心盡興。不過留意,佢確實是一家"小店",位置有限且比較迫。今晚並不是太餓,同時這陣子暫時不能吃牛肉,所以算係輕食。冰菜 $48:選用了芥蘭,非常特別,有些嚼勁,並加了芥末汁,口感清新。燒淮山:表現正常,但我自己偏愛這種爽口的口感。燒日式青椒仔:非常美味,加了少許醬汁烤製,不會乾巴巴。高野豆腐:必吃之選!強力推薦!豆腐煙韌,完全吸收了湯汁的甜味。秘制煮豬手: 豬手煮得好淋好入味,醬汁特別調制好味,特登留低最後送飯團。芫茜豚肉卷:喜歡芫茜的話一定要嚐嚐,芫茜中和了豬肉的油膩感。燒扇貝:燒得啱啱好,味道鮮甜。免治雞肉棒:每次吃日式串燒都必點的一道菜。燒雞翼:外表燒得香脆,簡單調味已經好好味。燒飯團:選了原味和梅子口味,飯團烤得稍微金黃,帶有牛油和醬汁的香氣,用澱粉質來收尾,大滿足! continue reading

想食串燒,諗住求其去附近揀一間,點知就中咗服,原先已經book好一間炸串店,不過最終某一啲原因冇去到,結果就出事。大坑其實都有幾間串燒店,點知揀著呢一間⋯冇book 枱 話已經full 左 得坐街邊,可能又加上其實我哋兩條友心情都唔好,所以就求其是但照坐。 佢即刻開左張摺檯。得我哋-枱坐街。本身個招牌都搵唔到,門口又見唔到。 老闆(自稱大坑西門)就係果啲好熱情招待客人果啲,好適合攪飲食同人吹水。-開始好熟練同我地推介,又叫我地-次過落多啲,因為製作需時。結果我哋食左三粒鐘,入錶都入左幾次,試過唔耐煩想走cancel 未到果啲又例牌話黎緊 我地兩個人唔唔覺其實食咗好多野,因為原來有九成都唔係-串串咁上!只係有粟米同雞肉棒係,燒粟米個size 又出乎我意料之外(半條竹籤上)其他就有:高湯豆腐 -佢既推介 其實好似係麵豉湯浸豆腐燒牛筋 - 都係佢嘅推介之人 ,特別啲囉出邊冇得食,又話牛筋要事先搞好多嘢芫荽豚肉卷 - 喜歡吃芫荽嘅朋友應該都會鍾意嘅燒牛舌-其實係好味嘅,不過佢成碟上又似乎太多燒飯團 -呢個真係強差人意,我-心諗住係應該燒到脆卜卜飯焦咁 點知⋯⋯雞肉棒x2 - 又係本身好期待嘅,點知臨尾先上,已經飽晒啦雞皮餃子 - 又係特別在出邊冇得食,不過我就嫌佢個雞皮可以燒得香脆啲囉,而家感覺好邪惡。因為平時我係唔會食雞皮的飲品,因為大家都唔飲酒,冇選擇底下叫咗一杯烏龍茶同埋蘋果汁😮‍💨完全唔夾,呢個係自己問題,下次點都要要返杯啤酒啦! 埋單成七百幾蚊,好明顯就唔係日式串燒。我哋都覺得好唔抵食 continue reading

角川朋友帶我嚟到大坑搵食,大坑真係好多好野食架,今次嚟到呢間高質串燒小店。角川嘅親民程度係啲靚仔店員會行埋嚟同你吹水講下笑,就算全場full哂都好好服務,唔會扮睇你唔到🤣 不過呢間小店比較細,位置唔多,又冇限定入座時間,要食嘅朋友仔記得提早book呀!高野豆腐($48)以為冇乜特別,朋女勁推介下嗌咗,個湯個汁超入味,唔係好滑身果種豆腐,有啲似百頁豆腐~一定要試!雞皮餃子 (68)新鮮炸起,好脆口,食落一啲都唔油膩燒白鱔 ($68) & 芥末豬頸肉 (32)白鱔正常發揮,豬頸肉就好彈牙爽口厚切牛脷 ($108) 二人份量呢個真係好驚喜,好爽口!好重牛味!自己一個可以食一碟😂😂燒茄子喺對比之下,呢個就比較失色,比較淡味,出面有更好食嘅選擇燒蟶子 ($時價)呢個都係好驚喜,有時好怕出面食蟶子好鞋,呢個燒得啱啱好,好爽仲係好Juicy,加埋啲昆布汁,食到停唔到口燒雞皮送酒一流😆佢仲要好好心機幫你去咗雞皮嘅肥膏,食落好似冇咁有罪惡咁😂😂 脆卜卜好正清酒花甲唔算好有清酒味,每一隻花甲都好大隻好新鮮燒牛筋 ($55)朋友覺得好好食,但我覺得有啲痴牙鰻魚玉子燒 ($108)明太子飯團 ($38)呢兩個冇影相,但係我覺得玉子燒嘅鰻魚比較少唔夠足料,明太子飯團嘅明太子都好少,但燒得焦香,啱我呢個飯筒😎店員仲好細心會問你使唔使幫手切開兩舊!overall呢間嘢都好高質,比較啱一班朋友飲下酒聚吓舊吹吓水!下次會再幫襯! continue reading
