今(31-8-2019 Sat)朝,要空肚去做身體檢查,今次有老公陪,做完後係10點45分,由於上次我去潮興牛什專家食,記得係唔好食(嗰個食評: https://www.openrice.com/zh/hongkong/review/%E5%94%94%E5%80%BC-e2851095),所以幾大都唔去,咁就嚟呢間啦.入到去,重有半邊嘅3人卡位坐,於是坐低揀嘢食,老公要$33.00嘅早餐A,有牛油方包,西煎雙蛋,沙爹牛肉米,加$3.00要凍咖啡.我要$35.00嘅早餐E,要雞扒通同熱奶茶.等嘅時候,見到佢哋將飲管放喺枱,重要有紙同膠造兩種,感覺好好.然後兩杯飲品到嚟,熱奶茶滑,茶味亦有,我唔落糖喇.老公嘅凍咖啡呢?由於佢響應環保唔用飲管,所以冇攪勻嚟飲,咁上面就係偏甜嘅凍啡,下面就係齋啡.我試吓飲, 凍啡好味,齋啡味道開始濃,飲咗呢兩啖後,飲返奶茶,即刻覺得奶茶苦咗.熱奶茶同凍咖啡味道分分別係3.5分同5分之後老公嘅嘢食到齊,我試啲沙爹牛肉米,好熱,味道正常冇問題; 牛油方包,西煎雙蛋嘅碟都熱.然後我嘅雞扒通到嚟,見到份量唔多,雞扒炸過,外脆內軟; 通粉正常冇問題,湯底味道濃淡適中,呢碗同樣都好熱.味道: 5分總分係4.13分環境:坐6人卡位梗係夠闊落,但冷氣唔係好夠.抵食係2.5分 continue reading

話說星期六小弟正常是不用上班的,但由於小弟工作效率過低,所以不時也會星期六回辦公室悠閒地扮工,畢竟星期六能睡多一點,已經十分幸福了! 回到葵盛已經十一時多了,早餐沒有了。本來想去M記吃沙律裝健康,但人山人海,所以走到旁邊的廣發吃午餐了。甫一坐下,我已經不斷在翻餐牌,因為廣發的快餐或飯餐是吸引不了我的,我翻了很久還是找不到午餐的餐牌,於是勉為其難打算叫個飯餐吧!怎料到我下單後十秒,侍應居然來換上午餐的餐牌!我即時叫停為我下單的侍應,改為叫我最想吃的午餐! 午餐就是麵餐啦,我叫了沙嗲牛肉意粉,炒蛋和熱檸茶,天呀!這就是茶餐廳的味道哦!牛肉入味又軟腍,炒蛋新鮮,夾方包一流!35元比飯餐還便宜! 這間廣發的環境也不錯,光線充足,地方整潔,侍應的招呼也不錯,有空去試試它的午餐吧! continue reading

今日我就同我家人去食早餐,我就叫左個沙嗲牛肉炒蛋面,加杯熱朱古力。面離到啦,見到顏色,樣都幾靚。隻蛋炒得幾好。都幾好味,仲加左好多胡椒粉(本人仲意食辣)朱古力都唔會太甜。值得推介! continue reading

周日跟父母到貴餐廳食晚飯,已經記不清是第幾次到來用餐,說真,此餐廳資質素如何,心已十分清楚,絕對是差過普通茶餐廳水平。只不過因為近,"就腳"而且父母不想去太遠地方食飯,所以就經常中伏!但最估不到,4月1日後,價錢照加,但食物質素就愈來愈低!**中式例湯,4月1日前的例湯還可以飲的,湯入邊仲有豬骨,肉,蓮藕。依家是味精加水,飲完要飲返幾杯水!1,菜心炒肉片菜心一入口,就苦過弟弟,肉片又硬又乾,仲衰過貓d零食。油多到可以先飲幾啖,還說是有營"食市"? 亨,你食埋我果份啦!2,薑蔥爆魚腩一上菜,就見到疑似大便的黑色物體面頭加左d蔥,仲有黃色液體…!噢,原來是爆魚腩…不說不知道,是貴餐廳廚房隻獲的問題,還是魚腩曬黑了?魚腩肉質還可以,起碼不臭!不過外觀就要有返咁上下人生經驗先接受到囉。3,乾炒牛河1碟$37的牛河,有"3塊牛肉",可能在香港茶餐廳來說,已算是標準。不過sorry,我接受不到。以往還品嚐過但又不建議食的菜式有:1,金銀蛋浸波菜(經常無莧菜的,而你又簡波菜就又中伏鳥),波菜有好大陣泥味;2,魚香茄子煲(無咸魚,又油,茄子難入口)3,蒸桂花魚(如頂得順超級的魚腥味,你可以試下) continue reading
