自從去完濟洲之後,一直對韓國菜都滿眼心心🤩今次黎到黃埔食返由韓國人主理的韓式料理先🤩 一出黃埔站就係,超方便易搵😆除左韓國菜式,仲有韓式BBQ你揀!好多菜式飲品選擇❤️最抵食係,加$68就有一隻醬油蟹食🥲唔係唔加呀嘛?首先奉上泡菜,醃蘿蔔同菠菜,酸酸辣辣幾開胃醬油蟹大大隻仲好多膏,生蛋黃攪拌蟹膏,再戴上手套唧啲蟹肉出黎食😆 配埋紫菜飯一齊食好吃好邪惡呢!開頭唔知點食,請教完店員先知原來醬油蟹是咁食的!醬鹹肉鮮甜❤️加$68就有得食,好抵😸BBQ Set C韓燒🔥上桌的燒肉烤盤擺得超華麗豐富!同圖片一樣架!無花無假!相機📷食先!然後就開始慢慢燒🔥肉類有調味牛肋骨,牛五花,烤五花腩,同埋烤豬頸肉配菜有雪耳,矮瓜,泡菜,荳芽,香腸同芝士牛五花超薄的,很快燒熟!牛味濃濃,肉質鮮嫩薄身五花腩,肉質厚實豬頸肉烤起來超香!油脂滿滿🤣最後先燒調味牛肋骨,看上去醬汁醃得超濃!燒完深色的一塊,吃起來很鮮嫩,醬汁濃濃甜甜的好入味!燒雪耳都幾特別,第一次見!食落脆脆地又幾香!唔錯唔錯😹人蔘雞湯🍲食到口乾乾,飲返個人蔘雞湯肉厚鮮雞~清澈的湯帶微微蔘味,糯米偏少無咁索水,咁就可以飲多啲湯汁喇😸整體環境都好舒服,唔會好迫,同朋友黎bbq下傾下計都好岩😸食物款式都好豐富,唔會太貴!而且食物質素都唔錯👍🏻推薦推薦~ continue reading

在social media上看到一間餐廳被推薦,環境及價錢不錯成功引起我的興趣。餐廳的服務人員當中有一位韓國阿珠媽,頓時感受到濃濃的韓國氣息。用餐滿$300後,可享有$68的優惠價食醬油蟹🦀味道沒讓我失望 - 都幾大隻,而且鮮味十足,還有香濃的蟹膏。除此之外,燒肉的質素也相當不錯。前菜種類也很豐富,包括泡菜、酸瓜等,口感清新可口。這間餐廳的食物和服務都讓我十分滿意,隨即將它推薦給了幾個好友,希望他們也能感受到這份韓風的魅力。 continue reading

紅磡黃埔一帶,都幾多嘢食,一出地鐵站a出口,我就被韓宮呢間店舖吸引咗,見菜單嘅價錢都幾合理,就入去試下。我叫左韓式燒肉,同醬油蟹,另外再加一個牛肉石鍋拌飯。韓國燒肉SetD餐好豐富,有幾款嘅牛肉,旁邊伴住一啲蔬菜,有茄子,芽菜,仲有兩嚿邪惡的芝士,啲牛肉都幾有牛味。至於醬油蟹,醬油蟹配紫菜飯都係一個幾夾嘅配搭,將生蛋撈埋,加落紫菜飯,味道幾好。不過如果唔敢食生的話,就考慮下食其他啦個人偏愛石鍋牛肉飯,飯鍋送上嚟嗰陣,仲冒住煙,聞到嗰陣香味,飯鍋底部嘅飯焦脆得嚟唔會太硬,同上面嘅菜同肉混合埋,再加d韓式辣醬,真係好惹味。總體嚟講,一切都唔錯。 continue reading

今日嚟到黃埔去返之前喺呢度食過嘅一間由韓國人主理嘅韓式燒烤,餐廳位置就係黃埔站A出口隔離,行一方鐘倒就到,好方便。今次我哋韓燒叫咗set C,主要有牛肋骨、牛五花、五花腩同埋豬頸肉,肉嘅份量都好多,仲有其他配菜,例如雪耳、泡菜、芝士。每次見到店員端上一大盤咁豐富嘅食物比我地韓燒都覺得好打卡able,咁多樣嘢入面我自己最鍾意就係牛肋骨,牛味濃郁,口感軟熟。另外都好推介將五花腩同埋芝士一齊燒,五花腩燒到表面焦脆,同時芝士燒到拉絲狀,入口就可以同時試到豬肉嘅油脂香同芝士嘅鹹香。上次覺得佢嘅醬油蟹唔錯,所以今次我哋都encore。今次仲多左醬油蝦,蝦肉一樣醃到好入味,蝦肉結實彈牙有咬口又鮮甜。醬油蟹肥美爆膏,蟹膏鮮甜口感綿滑,將蟹膏同醃到入晒味嘅蟹肉撈埋紫菜飯,再配上豉油同生蛋黃撈勻一齊食,非常開胃。最尾我哋仲叫咗個小食芝士紫菜蛋卷,蛋味香濃,將蛋卷點埋茄汁一齊食,味道酸酸甜甜幾開胃。最估唔到就係,老闆娘居然認得我同我朋友,好熱情咁招待我哋,非常好客,每次黎呢到都感受到佢滿滿嘅誠意。 continue reading
