Jubi Frozen Yogurt Bar (Closed)

今日睇完戲經過康怡廣場，口痕，心思思想食D野。本來諗住去食杯雪糕，但呀媽話唔健康，叫我諗過第二樣。經過Jubi，見到個menu話D froyo係low fat同埋non fat，當然再加D口水，呀媽就特準我去食。我一向鐘情咖啡，見到有expresso味梗係唔會放過，仲要係nonfat嘅添。於是要左個regular size，再加左D原味mochi、低脂穀物、oreo碎等等。$25.5，唔太貴。試左啖，咖啡味認真好濃，質地好軟身好滑，唔錯。D mochi細細粒，唔太「un」好易入口，諗住下次試埋其他味。呀媽見我食得咁過癮，最後都把持唔住叫番杯。佢叫嘅係Italian Original，加左all burn、芒果星星、朱古力碎等等，放得多過我仲係$24。Italian Original嘅口感比較似雪芭但都好滑，而且酸酸地，真係好啱消暑。芒果星星爽爽地又有D咬口，幾得意。個杯都設計得好特別，好有夏日氣氛。應該「tum」到唔少細路哥。順帶一提，環境方面亦好舒服，店入面播緊D流行曲做background music，唔會太大聲好似鬧交咁。個到仲有紙巾提供，食完抹完嘴再走。而且因為加料區個到有D配

六天前去康怡廣場時見到今日 Jubi Frozen Yogurt Bar的乳酪是RASPBERRY時，我便二話不說要求細細杯，並加了草苺配料（果和果醬），想再度體驗Raspberry和Strawberry的融合。其實味道很好，但就覺得乳酪的冰感較多，口感有點不足，入口時只能用舌把乳酪溶掉來吃。但這次的Raspberry和Strawberry的融合令我對這間店加分，故今次是正評。

果日放左學之後，就去太古行下啦估唔到又睇到間yogurt補就去食下今次佢有唔同Size比你簡$16/100g，你想要幾多，同佢講得不過我都係鍾意自助既形式簡左隻Creamy original 好滑好creamy 呢隻真係唔錯而配料方面 就係自助既形式你想幾多就幾多次次食yogurt 都鍾意簡勁多配料脆米片 綿花糖 爆爆珠 椰果 生果etc咁樣先夠好味xdd

自從睇過「XX男女」嘅專題介紹, 我才知道froyo的分別與製造, 我也從雜誌得知此唯一得到認証的froyo是為何物, 終於等到多月後的今天我要到康山辦事, 逐順便前往試試看這認証是由美國活性乳酸菌協會發出, 印章証明此店的froyo內含有四種活性乳酸菌, 包括保加利亞乳桿菌、嗜酸乳酸桿菌、嗜熱鏈球菌、雷特氏B菌。脂肪含量少於1克是日口味5種, 就只有黑朱古力沒有酸味。 $16/100g, 選兩款味道放在一杯就要至少150g。買4隻味分兩杯再自選配料, 合共四十多元。配料有多款, 以乾料即餅乾、蛋糕、棉花糖等為主。經典原味及芒果味, 芒果味froyo只是微微的淡黃色, 芒果味沒有Yoshi Froyo嘅咁像真度高, 經典原味甜＞酸。意大利原味及黑朱古力味, 黑朱古力味超濃超順, 完全沒有酸味。 意大利原味是我此店最愛, 因為純味乳酪酸＞甜, 而且酸得來帶有很重的奶味。我覺得配料只是點綴, Froyo本身己夠挺

If I need to give a grade, I 'll give 7/10. I think it is quite good la, but if it compare with others, I think it have improvements. I think the yogurt it quite good. Oh.. it provides so many types of fruits, candy, jelly beans, chocolates, cereals....I chose to have original yogurt with pineapples, strawberry, kiwi fruits and 2 others with unknown names (i chose them because of their colors).It was around 7pm-8pm. I didn't feel that i was too late to have a yogurt because i think it's right to taste the sweet after dinner. 試過好多間frozen yogurt...唔止係香港亦試過其他國家唔同既frozen yogurt...Jubi Frozen Yogurt Bar 既yogurt 本身唔算話好差但仍有進步既空間...對於配料我當時係完全唔知放d咩好...有d 配料根本唔適合frozen yogurt...有d亂黎既感覺...所以我最後都係選擇水果配我既frozen yogurt...嗯...但佢d水果d quality 真係好唔得...frozen yogurt 同fresh 既生果先係絕配...唔係落左好多配料最後埋單$35...呢個價錢絕對可以選擇quality 好d 既frozen yogurt...所以我下次經過都唔會再幫襯...d staff 提供既information 好模糊...問我要咩size...最後我先發覺係計重量...如果唔係我唔會要咁多frozen yogurt...所以有d呃$既感覺.....

不错吃的fro yo. 要的是Italian Original。吃Fro yo 从来就是选原味。因为其他味道还是正常冰淇淋好吃。这家是半自助式。要了120克的乳酪，加杏仁片、蓝莓和士多啤梨，埋单一共$27，我觉得已经够大份。这家的其他味道很多，这次没试，下次咯。离家近是一个很大好处。给了Rewards Card. 只是太快expire，只有三个月而已。乳酪品质和yo mama差不多。蓝莓和士多啤梨也够fresh。喜欢的！

對唔住，因為第一次試，又完全冇諗過咁好食，所以冇影相。個人認為，Jubi比起其他同行如Crumbs, Yo Mama的優勝之處在於：•Yogurt選擇多，軟硬適中，而且款款都幾好味。推介Yogurt：Raspberry, Grape•自己動手選配料，自行控制份量，而且配料的水準不俗。推介配料：胚芽、黑芝麻、脆脆圈、芒果爆汁小丸子•以磅結算，注意可以叫service staff唔好俾得太多Yogurt，大概1/3杯就perfect，加埋配料埋單$30-32係最optimal飯後甜品size咁好味，I’ll be back (in a Terminator tone)

I have visited many HK yogurt shops and normally stick to original as the other flavors often just don't have the right balance. I have tried Jubi's 5 times and been pleased each time.The first time I tried the original tart. It has a very "yogurty" taste, not like the old ice cream clones of the 80s (TCBY). I tried it again later with more toppings and found it to be a great base flavor for adding topping.On my second and third visits, I tried Blueberry, which is probably my most favorite flavor. 呢間店,初初心諗, 發達喇. 呢區都有, 以後就唔洗去咁遠食啦~!但今日食完之後,唔係有心踩,而係當你有食過Crumbs同Panda Yogurt之後,我相信你唔會幫襯,d yogurt好稀, d texture唔係好得, 好似冰咁,d staff好多, 但可否出來topping位置清潔一下???d topping蓋好"痴笠笠",可能個topping counter好高,一d矮d嘅人, or小朋友就會有難度囉, 尤其係要拎最入果d topping嘅時候.....試食位個妹妹好nice又有禮貌, good~!希望老闆可以改良一下d ice cream 嘅texture啦~~~

目前為止食過三間乳酪店，我認為乳酪的質素係最重要，配料的選擇都是其次...這間的乳酪較"hey"，不夠濃味，也不夠實.... 屬較易溶的一種... 濃味的乳酪係會有CREAMY 的口味加上清新的酸味.. 但這家的乳酪還未到家...另外，配料的選擇不算多...荔枝珠係幾特別，其他店都未見過... 價錢唔算太貴，但我認為要努力改善下個乳酪的質素先可以係芸芸乳酪店中突圍而出....另外見到其他食友咁"詳盡"的介紹，連有什麼優惠都不忘推介，都真係幾有趣...
