近0黎特別多飯局,忙到傻0既我... 多謝老友相約 都係0個句,朋友好緊要,又一中環搵食好推介,只因其中一飯友係中環儷人平時好少入萬邦行,從來都冇諗到有間咁0既酒樓。 0黎到佢0既環境同商場好配合,好似時光倒流到80年代咁,好特別!坐低大家都唔想諗,叫0左個套餐加小小0野就算套餐包0左先0黎個义燒燒肉雙拼,個义燒要讚,好味 肉滑,夠淋,肉香再0黎個白杏湯,好夠火喉,正!套餐仲包碟豆腐蒸帶子,都好新鮮。炒石班都幾好。但唔算好特別同細碟0左少少。黑松露炒飯都係套餐,炒得唔錯,乾身唔油,黑松露味出。另加0左碟炒粉絲,簡直係將成餐飯帶入另一個level 炒得好入味,乾身得0黎唔硬,令到我都想返屋企炒0下! 值得推介!另一個加0既係炒荷芹,ok。最後送上甜品紅豆沙,真係送0既 但都唔hea,有起沙0架!埋單位位$280,中環區唔算貴,食得飽,lee間可以值得再0黎。 continue reading

近期好鍾意去呢間餐廳食lunch,因為有我至愛嘅燉湯飲,同埋餐廳仲有個好好服務嘅經理。近排尼食左幾次,大家熟絡左,會安排卡位比我地(平時d卡位好似只留比熟客,book都未必有),而且仲會送糖水甜品比我地。傳聞中嘅卡位,一格格咁,自成一角,好闊落,傾住計食飯至岩,好坐過入面嘅圓枱好多。一定要點嘅燉湯,石斛響螺燉雞湯,好夠火候,好清甜,稱得上中環至正嘅燉湯近期新加嘅點心,咸水角,餐廳經理強烈推介,真係好好食,好鬆化,一d油膩感都無,而且內餡仲好juicy 呢樣都係新加嘅點心,小龍包,都係餐廳經理推介,好好味,皮薄,入面個湯包好正XO醬炒蝦米腸粉,夠惹味黃金墨魚餅,比較普通,可以唔叫。花蜜燒脆鱔,略嫌蜜汁唔夠。紅燒妙齡乳鴿,好味,唔乾身XO醬乾炒牛河,呢樣麻麻地,比較油膩,同埋唔夠惹味。今日餐廳經理都有送綠豆沙,合桃露比我地。食完真係捧住個肚走。下次再食過 continue reading

平日食lunch 都好趕時間,成日行過皇后大道中,都唔多為意有一間有好有歷史的中式餐廳係附近。呢間中式餐廳好有西方風格,裡面有酒吧台,主色調係紅色黑色,但假天花掛著好多紅色的掛飾,有兩隻紅色龍雕塑擺放廳的一邊,充滿中國色彩!  我地主要想食中式點心,叫左蝦餃,杞子燒賣,炸流沙包,煎腸粉,馬拉糕,春卷,壽包,花雕綿花雞,牛肉,豉汁蒸鳳爪, 燒腩仔, 炸蝦餅,啫啫唐生菜。  點心質素其實比較一般,價錢比一般酒樓貴,比較出色係啫啫唐生菜, 用蝦醬炒得好香好入味,燒腩仔都好淋身好味。 各人都食得唔太飽,每人消費$180,以中環食飯來說價格質素都係一般,但餐廳服務唔錯,無論帶位,上菜服務員都好有禮貌,好有笑容! continue reading

有位好兄弟,不時都相約行山,話題又啱傾啱講,是日工作唔太忙,相約食晏晝飯,當然奉陪啦。由最初話食「大家樂」,變咗嚟「喜双逢」飲茶,絕對喺即興。酒樓位於「萬邦行」內嘅老餅商場,近門口喺一排排卡位,我哋兩丁友就被安排坐晌房內挨牆死角位,雖然逼啲,但啱我喎,竄埋一角少啲人騷擾。然而,由於啲枱櫈排到密密麻麻,所以,整體都喺嘈啲。環境一室鮮紅,就連點心紙都喺紅色,感覺有點娘。食物有齊晒點心、小食、推介、甜點、炒粉麵,並登晒價錢,不過,定價真喺幾貴吓。鹹脆花生 $20每份收廿蚊,現成貨,無乜美味可言,絕對喺過橋濕腳酒樓賺硬你嘅技倆,其實,小弟就最唔鍾意中菜館呢啲經營手法。茶芥收$18位,一樣偏貴,唯一就喺有碟XO醬,之但喺,唔喺個個客都喜歡食XO醬囉,查實碟XO醬都幾好食,鹹鹹鮮鮮而微辣。水晶瑩鮮蝦餃 $58去唔少酒樓食籠蝦餃皇,貴極都喺三十五蚊左右,呢度一籠4粒就盛惠$58。佢哋嘅蝦餃無話特別大隻,餃皮亦未至於晶瑩剔透,但壓紋工整,餃皮唔黏牙,而啲鮮蝦餡真材實料,爽彈又堆到滿滿,極富鮮蝦味。杞子燒賣王 $58平時見放蟹籽嘅燒賣皇就多,改放粒杞子,雖然味道唔會話特別唔同,卻有種古早味。燒賣做得豐滿大粒,面層仲有啲鮮蝦,咬落又唔會一口都喺肥豬肉,鬆化爽口。酥炸奶黃包 $42一客3個炸奶黃包,色澤金黃均勻,咬落亦唔覺油膩,雖然啲奶黃餡唔似得啲流沙包流得咁澎湃,基本上可以話喺唔流,但奶黃餡都幾柔滑富蛋香,炸過就多份香口感。黑松露紅米蛋白炒飯 $148極之健康嘅一道炒飯,而且,都炒得都幾大碟。黑松露落得無手緊,所以,上枱已散發出松露幽香,飯粒分明,炒得夠爽身;除蛋白,飯內仲混有粟米、芥蘭粒添。「喜双逢」走嘅喺貴價路線,定價直逼酒店中菜廳,但跟環境、服務都未喺去到同一個水平,感覺都喺偏貴。然而,食物喺做得不錯,點心水準紮實,但卻唔會有咩太大驚喜,同等價錢,晌中環可以有好多選擇。 continue reading
