To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為疫症去吾到日本🇯🇵,咁唯有係香港🇭🇰食放題止癮。好耐之前食過呢間樂天大喜屋放題,決定一試再戰。太耐無食已經轉左掃QR CODE 電子下單,比起用紙下單更環保♻️,而且介面方便易用,下單之後可以睇番自己下單記錄,確保有沒漏單。除左電子下單,還有自助區,提供多款小食,有章魚🐙小丸子、春卷炸物、仲有沙律🥗、中華沙律、八爪魚🐙等常見既日式小食。酒水方面仲有提供清酒🍶梅酒,飲到你樂而忘返。食放題最重點是食刺身,竟然有松葉蟹,可惜期望大,失望大, 一陣雪氣味。主攻甜蝦同虎蝦,食到本身鮮甜,不錯。吾知係味因為人多關係整吾切,SUSHI 🍣 飯暖暖地😐,搞到上面配料都暖,怪怪的🤨。最好食係😋流心爆漿貓山王榴槤波波,夠曬濃,成個口腔都係榴槤香😍臭死對面條友😂雪糕只限一人一杯,期間限定是哈根達斯蜜瓜味,不得了,好重MELON 🍈味,開心🥳總結:不過不失放題 不過質素感覺下降了由18:30食到20:30 加埋一都要HKD 261 一人同樣價錢可能有更好選擇 continue reading

星期六同朋友二人大約8點鐘到間鋪,無訂檯就咁walk-in 都有位,門口大約兩檯等消夜時段,好快入到鋪安排坐位,檯同檯之間其實比較窄,好容易撞到隔離檯,如果有食物更加要小心,落單用電話掃qr code,刺身選擇少,味道一般,壽司睇得出係人手整,壽司飯好實唔似大型連鎖店會散,反而天婦羅,燒牛舌,雞軟骨都唔錯,天婦羅唔會好厚粉,上檯都仲係熱,牛舌軟硬適中仲好入味,第一次食到日本放題熟食係比較好食,不過希望刺身可以有更多選擇 continue reading

限聚令放寛至四人,屋企人食飯終於唔使分咁多檯。早鳥5:30-7:30,連加一$220抵食。自助區炸物不錯,但order野食款式不多,刺身質素普通,燒物炸物合格,壽司普普通通,以$220算合格咁啦。侍應勤快,可惜重點係上菜耐,平均有一半時間係用黎等野食。燒物炸物即燒即炸要耐都心甘情願,刺身第一轉order後等左二十分鐘,第二轉約十五分鐘,最離譜係第三轉,落單兩次之後 等左超過40分鐘都仲未見到盤刺身,最尾連單都埋完,叫侍應幫手追一追,叫我再落多次即做俾我。唔係得一檯係咁架,我一家分兩檯,兩檯都係咁。侍應有做野幫我追,但兩張檯都要落三次單之後先有刺身食,我不爽囉。食物質素普通但上菜慢亦有漏單。總括:無下次。 continue reading

對上一次食覺得呢到D野幾新鮮,上菜速度都可接受,cp值好高。咁最近諗住黎食多次啦,當日已經唔算多人,我隊都唔洗排,直接walk in 入黎食,但當日上菜既速度真係好慢,平均20-30分鐘先上一次菜(我當日2個人食,order既野已經唔算多)。重點係d壽司刺身唔新鮮,海膽手卷有d怪味,紫菜已經淋晒,串燒、炸物都係凍既,叫我點食?因為以上問題,我已經心灰意冷,最後叫左個蟹粥充飢。(好彩係熱既,我都冇理到好唔好食,總之係熱既就OK了)總結黎講今次黎食既體驗相當差,係咁。 continue reading

呢間野主打日本料理放題,真係好好食。朋友話呢間放題好好食咁試下,12點去食放題,已經有好多人排隊,自己一直都好鍾意食刺身同鰻魚,刺身真係好好食,又新鮮,而且鰻魚都好好食,起碼食左10幾舊,出面買條鰻魚係屋企食都要$80幾$90,依家任食真係好抵食,而且炒蘆筍都好好食,重有花膠鍋入面有兩舊花膠真係好抵食,而且銀雪魚都好好食,$195真係食到我好飽好開心,有機會一定會再黎幫襯,大家都一定要去試下,唔好猶豫 continue reading
