純子這名字很可愛, 還以為是走少女風格的餐廳, 但原來是很有家庭風格, 在灣仔屹立的時間比我還要久的一所很有歷史的韓國餐廳. 老闆和侍應都是老公公和老太太, 主打住家韓國菜, 不會要求有什麼1++韓牛燒烤, 又或是其他的山珍海味, 就是簡單的泡菜, 肉和石鍋飯, 已夠滿足.這裏菜式的份量慷慨, 就像牛肋骨的件數比一般同類韓國餐廳多至少20%, 肉質偏實但不韌, 醬汁調得入味, 濃香甘甜, 比起我最喜歡的名家版本, 各有優點. 石鍋飯最重要的命運是飯焦, 辣醬和煎蛋, 三位一體, 缺一不可, 這裏三樣也合乎我胃口, 再加上更濃的泡菜, 和送酒一流的蜜糖炸雞翼, 就像走入韓國的尋常路百姓家, 一路吃飯, 一路喝酒, 一路大聲暢談.It is a charming Korean restaurant in Wan Chai. It has a cozy, family-style atmosphere and a long history. The owners, an elderly couple, serve delicious home-style Korean dishes. The portions are generous, with the beef ribs being 20% larger than other restaurants. The meat is firm yet tender, and the sauce is flavorful and sweet. The stone pot rice, a must-try, has crispy rice, spicy sauce, and a fried egg. The kimchi is particularly tasty, and they also serve amazing honey-glazed fried chicken wings. Dining here feels like experiencing a warm and authentic Korean meal.

以前成日會去食佢嘅炆牛肋骨，夠入味。 點知對上一次去啲牛肋骨已經轉咗街市急凍果啲。(薄切果隻。。。) 。 $200比啲咁嘅貨非常冇誠意。。。service 不嬲又係差。已經冇原因再去光顧了。

餐廳位於市區內街，係灣仔站同會展站中間位置，如果唔係附近番工，都好難發現有呢間韓國餐廳。入到去裝潢簡單唔花巧，就好似入左韓國既地道餐館咁。午飯時間座位稍為有點迫夾，用QR code落單，餐牌望落好似好多野咁，但好多都重複🤣《$112 什錦飯(牛) 連6款配菜及例湯》我見每一枱既小菜都唔一樣，應該係餐廳整左好多款然後隨機選6款比食客。小菜質素唔錯，應該係自家製，好有誠意。餐湯係羅白湯，羅白清甜夠淋，但可惜有少少渣，但整體都唔錯，有韓國既味道。什錦飯包括好多種配料，有波菜，牛肉，蛋絲.. 等等，撈埋醬汁食非常多層次。飯後仲有送生果，當日每人有兩片橙，都算甜，屬於家庭式韓國菜館。人均消費：$150 環境：6/10食物：8/10服務：8/10性價比：7.5/10整體：7.5/10
