我來兩次有一道菜都一定會點,就是澳洲和牛叉燒($290)。大家可能會一頭霧水說這到底是豬還是牛肉。其實這是以製作港式叉燒的做法製作出來的和牛,旁邊還配了沙薑(但我覺得不點沙薑比較好吃)。每塊牛肉肥瘦均勻,牛肉肉身柔軟,和叉燒的香甜味道很搭配,下飯一流!

頭盤我們試過蒙古手抓羊。上來還有一塊豎起來的羊骨頭,旁邊是羊肉沙律,裡面放了洋蔥,全部切成條狀,有點羊肉騷味但我喜歡!吃起來很開胃。這個烏龍桂花茶薰脆皮雞($260)也是很多人點的菜式。上來時服務生拿開蓋子一股茶薰的香味撲鼻而來。雞肉已經撕好一塊塊,免得要我們吐骨頭這種有失儀態的事情發生(淑女是要裝的哈哈)!雞肉嫩滑,雞皮很脆。

叉燒是這兒的招牌菜,她們會供應著三款叉燒,分別是澳洲和牛叉燒、黑豚肉叉燒及草飼安格斯牛肋骨叉燒。前兩者早已品嚐過了,可是牛肋骨叉燒卻一直未試,難得今次可以一嚐,實在開心。這款叉燒比前兩者在質感上都來得紮實鬆化一些,邊位更有微微的焦香,蜜味混和肉香令人垂涎,配以青蘿蔔盞同吃,感到油而不膩。

總結,莊館食物質素可以 但份量偏少 性價比中
服務三流,有代改善!我唸咗好耐究竟俾好評定一般,最後都係覺得服務方面太影響整體感覺

算係成餐飯比較有特色嘅一道菜,侍應將酒點著再倒上盤魚度,名副其實火燒魚,魚肉嫩滑,不過又係幾辣,最好就有碗飯送下啦。

呢碟炒飯真係冇乜嘢食,基本上就係蛋炒飯,黃都無,得蛋白。

朋友生日想試新餐廳,由於John Anthony食評不錯所以決定一試. 食品質素一般 ,但服務簡直不知所謂。每一個菜式隔3分鐘就上枱,已經叫服務員通知廚房慢慢上菜,但仍然係不斷幫我們上菜,講左四次,每次服務員只回答:‘因為你通知我的時候,廚房已經在預備這菜式’。最令我生氣的,是我已通知服務員,我們實在太飽,所以帶去的旦糕會原個帶走,不會在餐廳內享用。但另一服務員仍點燃蠟燭,把旦糕送出來。當我們告訴他我們不會在餐廳內切蛋糕時,他面色一黑,當着我們所有人面前把蠟燭吹熄,然後送回廚房。多謝他的口水噴在我們蛋糕上,亦多謝他代我的朋友吹熄生日蠟燭。

之前在雜誌看到這間餐廳的介紹,得知是Mott 32的姊妹店,以Fushion中菜作主打。一走進餐廳環境以地中海的風格裝潢,而且燈光偏暗,感覺似食西餐多於中菜。打開餐牌發現有多種紅白酒選擇,亦有幾款茗茶可選,因為本身不好酒,所以點了鐵觀音茶。茶香味十足,而且侍應會不斷加熱水,所以茶溫一直能夠維持,這點值得加許!我們點了蟹膏粉絲煲,黑豚肉叉燒及花膠魚湯浸津白。黑豚肉叉燒肉質夠腍,能夠做到有鬆軟的感覺,有別於平日食到的叉燒,而且燒的時間適中,不會有過硬和過燶的問題。蟹籽蟹膏粉絲煲份量十足,加入蟹肉令粉絲更有鮮味,粉絲口感彈牙。這道花膠魚湯津白有驚喜!本以為平平無奇,但吃上去魚湯味濃,配上津白菜,湯頭更顯鮮味!整體而言,餐廳的食物質素有保證,但價位偏高。

Had a fun night there having a few glasses of English gins and some tasty snacks in the happy hour. It felt good having laughters with friends after a long day from work. The drinks were pretty sweet and quite fresh. I liked the clear and refreshed taste. The snacks were great. I especially like the tofu. The dark skin was crispy but the inside was soft, warm and tender. It was such a perfect combination. The decoration of the restaurant was lovely and relaxing. We enjoyed the dining experience
