之前book咗24-6-2023(Sat)嚟神石燒食晚飯,我見佢哋喺OR寫book咗位都要睇到時座位夠唔夠而安排,我同老公就比book咗嘅時間早15分鐘到嚟,我去到同經理講喺OR book咗幾點,佢即刻指我出去等.咁等咗一陣,佢安排兩組客人入去坐,我見到重有位,但佢完全漠視我哋,我就上前,佢至好似記得要安排咁.入座時,佢講一大堆嘢,但我哋聽完全唔清楚,而我哋兩人一共拎住四個袋,又冇多餘嘅凳擺嘢,有個女侍應行過就話俾我哋知有鈎掛嘢.安頓好晒後睇menu,就決定要$138.00嘅黑安格斯牛隔肌盛合同傳統~M7和牛盛合.兩個餐都有是日日式湯,同享有日本珍珠飯同沙律放題.再加$28.00要日式燒鰻魚同唔知加幾多錢嘅豚舌各一串.落完單,嘢食陸續到嚟.先上其中一個盛合,有張紙蓋住,唔知邊個嚟,揭開睇,有三種肉,分別係牛,豬同雞,呢個係黑安格斯牛隔肌盛合,係美國Prime黑安格斯牛隔肌,西班牙極豚肉同美國無激素走地雞肉.由於呢個只靠石頭仍有嘅熱力燒,所以我哋係較遲至食,差唔多最後至食佢哋.跟餐嘅蜆湯,啲蜆嫩滑冇渣,唔太鹹,OK嘅.味道:3.3分放題自己舀嘅日式泡菜湯,我試一啖,覺得佢係加咗泡菜嘅羅宋湯.味道:3分牛舌豚肉湯呢?由於好早舀定,所以有好多牛舌,呢個味道好夠,亦好味,之後再舀已經冇乜牛舌,只剩返豚肉.味道:5分食吓日式燒鰻魚先,好彈牙,但係係生嘅彈牙,我要放喺石上再燒熟至食,而佢本身冇乜點調味.味道:2分豚舌口感OK嘅,但冇味.味道:2.5分M7和牛盛合呢?佢有5種牛肉,分別係M7黑毛和牛,澳洲穀飼牛扒,極上厚切牛舌,安格斯牛肩胛同黑安格斯漢堡扒各60g.印象中極上厚切牛舌同黑安格斯漢堡扒係唔錯,其他嘅唔知邊樣打邊樣就好一般.味道:3.5分講返黑安格斯牛隔肌盛合:美國Prime黑安格斯牛隔肌口感好正好彈牙;味道:5分雞肉啱啱好嫩滑;味道:4分西班牙極豚肉唔會乾柴.味道:4分而日本珍珠飯都普通冇乜特別.味道:3分沙律就有粟米粒,青瓜,車厘茄同紫椰菜,都新鮮嘅,不過鍾意佢哋粟米粒入面有蒟蒻;沙律醬就有由下而上嘅生薑燒肉汁,柚子醋同胡麻醬.其他:點餐時,可以俾客人揀要或剔走邊隻肉,都幾靈活.呢喥湯,日本珍珠飯同沙律放題都要自己攞,呢喥環境唔算好闊落,店只要拎門火嘅石燒行,咁人來人往,其實有啲危險.價錢:有加一服務費,紙本menu內原來冇傳統~M7和牛盛合,而o家睇返張單,原來冢舌串係$9.00,咁傳統~M7和牛盛合就係$148.00.而我因為經OR book位,叫主菜餐牌石燒就有89折,最後,只有黑安格斯牛隔肌盛合連日式燒鰻魚有89折,唔明點解傳統~M7和牛盛合冇.呢餐俾咗$337.00. continue reading

估唔到呢間鋪頭都會有放題,一間完全唔起眼既鋪頭,以為淨係得啲普通自助燒肉,望真啲晚市有放題,我地簡佐75分鐘$209放題🥰🥰目標係澳洲M7黑毛和牛總共可以叫10款肉,牛豬雞都有,仲要係靚既部位,款式真係好多,75分鐘入面淨係食肉都攬住果肚走呀!!澳洲M7和牛係一大件既,厚厚地,和牛肉質嫩緊飽滿,多汁香濃,肉味濃厚,適當既油脂滲透口腔,天堂般既味道!!壽喜燒汁牛舌都係好濃牛味,牛舌厚薄適中,壽喜燒汁去醃就甜甜地,更加鮮味,燒完已經好香,完全唔會鞋,好嫩好腍,口感超正!!西班牙極豚肉亦係無得彈,豚肉極嫩,極滑,極腍,油花岩岩好,勁香,燒到啲脂肪脆脆地,又滑捋捋咁食,口感真係一絕!!雞方面美國天然無激素雞扒又係一塊咁上枱,雞皮燒到脆口,外脆內軟,雞肉柔軟,有輕輕醃過,燒完即食,香脆多汁!!成個餐既所有肉都好好食,啲肉都好新鮮,75分鐘都食唔晒呀!! continue reading

近排晏晝放飯間中都會食呢間燒肉,但好多時候都要等位(>人<;)真係要早啲去餐廳!有一次下午早放就食咗一個60分鐘139放題:美國CAB 黑安格斯牛肩胛扒🥩有9款肉可以叫包括牛肉,豬肉同雞肉都有得食,但女仔真係最多食到2-3款左右。今次就食咗美國黑豚舌芯同西班牙極豚肉💦牛舌真係不錯,好淋!而豚肉就不過不失,下次試吓其他食物先(^o^)呢個係第二次去食就見到有夏日限定係檸檬塩糀牛舌及牛五花盛合🍋牛舌同牛五花都唔好肥而且煎完係好香牛味同埋好淋,再加上檸檬汁真係好正,令成個香味更正!今次仲半額追加雞皮串,雞胸軟骨同雞肉串(^з^)-☆串燒係燒肉店黎講真係算好好食! continue reading
