昔昔其實就是乳酪,是新鮮製造,所以每日口味不同,是日為香蕉牛油果。昔昔口感在固體和液體之間,吃得出水果的酸甜味,但由於糖份都在杯底,建議先拌勻才吃。

總結,每一款燉飯都各有特式,完全不會有重覆之感,小吃份量偏大,建議幾個人分吃,雖然點餐和餐具都要自己來,但難得多幫趁都可以不限時,可以慢慢食慢慢坐。

桔梗的名字早前在新聞中經常被提及,其實它是樓高兩層連天台,地方寬敞,文青風甚濃的台式 cafe,既好坐又好 hea。剛巧那天要在旺角等待手機維修,到這裡幫襯實屬不二之選。一看 menu,二話不說便點了在已結業的 “香港郵意” 飲過的若如初見 (Rose Cafe Latte),不過跟先前一樣,落 order 時始終都是用了英文,因為中文名說出口實在有點...骨痺呀🤣🤣... 咖啡賣相很漂亮,然而味道只屬不過不失。另外又點了客 “干貝公主意粉 | 最愛松露王子”,即是帶子松露意粉,三粒帶子體積算大,味道亦頗鮮甜,其中一粒上面鋪了黑松露醬。意粉雖未有煮至 al dente,可幸亦沒有很腍,還是有點嚼勁。總括而言,光顧桔梗主要是吃環境,吃氣氛,畢竟能在旺角找個慢活的空間悠閒地進餐,光是這點已值回票價。

終於光臨鼎鼎大陪既桔梗,原來就係孖吉對面。香少有既高樓底餐廳,就算d枱埋d都唔會太焗促。自助形式,要拎個牌出去點餐,自己攞水、餐具。野食係open kitchen整但d油煙控制得好好,完全無飄出泥!餐牌野食既option唔多,除左燴飯同小食,就只有牛肋骨同燒春雞。麵包全部都好好食,個牛油加左果仁沙律都唔錯,顏色好吸引,個沙律醬唔會太多!薯條好好食,肥肥地,咬開入面係薯蓉果隻!個汁有輕微辣,似泰式沙律醬!奶昔有驚喜,落糖好輕手,係用新鮮士多啤梨加奶打,仲有d花生碎同消化餅碎下次日頭再泥試下佢d咖啡。

桔梗佔地面積真係好大,仲有成三層咁多,環境真係好有台灣文藝feel,周圍擺放左好多書可以比食客睇。近聖誕果排,餐廳仲擺放左棵用pepe公仔砌嘅聖誕樹🎄好鬼得意呀!我地呢晚黎,豈度食野傾下計足足hea左成三個半鐘。野食定價雖然都幾貴,但食物係高質嘅,加上咁舒適嘅環境,覺得抵比到爛呀!是日晚餐order左兩款risotto,同軟殼蟹小burger。三款野食都比我地想像中大份,三個人share黎食。雖然喺餐廳坐左咁耐,但最終都係飽到食唔晒🤣

整體而言,雖然環境幾靚,但如果要排咁耐隊又要等咁耐先食到,呢個食物質素唔值。過來試吓支持吓係可以的。

在繁忙的旺角中一個小綠州, 內裡的裝修充滿木香, 純白的牆身引入天然光, 感覺天然. 說是台灣餐廳其實是偏現代西餐的煮法, 意粉一紅一白, 說是小店用料也不馬虎, 像是白汁意粉加上松露醬和帶子, 以及蕃茄意粉上的龍蝦, 口感彈牙沒有雪藏味, 價錢實惠, 小菜如炸雞翼配上是拉醬也做得很不錯. 至於飲品就偏甜, 士多啤梨奶昔的甜味比士多啤梨味更多, 這算是最接近台灣的口味了.

慶祝爸爸生日所以揀咗喺呢度食,建議大家喺度食一定要預先訂枱,因為都幾full,然後出面排隊walk in要等好耐因為唔想煩食乜嘢所以叫咗兩個二人晚餐。分量上都幾多幾豐富。首先麵包來講,我覺得佢啲麵包都幾好食,重點係佢啲牛油有加到黑松露,令到成件事食落好香,好好食👍🏻去到前菜,有沙律同埋煎帶子。煎帶子真係一流,個帶子煎得啱啱好,唔會過熟,食落好彈牙,再加埋個南瓜醬汁,成件事超夾主菜就叫咗燒春雞同埋牛仔骨,燒春雞有兩隻雞髀,所以肉質都幾嫩滑👍🏻👍🏻但係我就略嫌有少少太鹹,個薯蓉都有同樣情況,同埋個薯蓉食落有陣奇怪嘅拖肥糖味,我自己唔係太鍾意而牛仔骨就整得幾好食,份量都幾大,有三大塊。牛仔骨應該用用咗咖喱去整,食落好惹味但係唔辣,雖然咬落去都係有少少偏硬但係都好食嘅兩個燉飯都好好食。一個係紅酒牛舌燉飯,賣相一流,隻溫泉蛋好靚,可惜牛舌太硬,好難咬,同埋佢上面有啲甜甜地嘅汁, 我覺得同個飯唔係好夾,但係個燉飯係好食嘅番茄豬頸肉燉飯就好食好多,番茄汁唔會太酸,豬頸肉都好好食,唔會太硬,但係唔知點解個飯食落都有種甜甜地嘅生果味,呢一點我又係覺得唔係好夾, 但係整體來講係好食嘅最後都甜品,分別有心太

最後都甜品,分別有心太軟同埋檸檬撻,我自己本身唔鍾意食檸檬撻,所以個檸檬撻對我來講真係一般般,我覺得啲檸檬味真係太酸。但係心太軟就好好食,整得啱啱好,一切開就流心,外脆內軟,朱古力味好濃郁,加埋雪糕一齊食一流👍🏻

香港地少人多,寸金尺土,想在市區找間空間夠大、又可以悠閒地坐足一個下午的餐廳絕對不是一件容易嘅事。早前去朗豪坊用餐,途經砵蘭街,發現呢度開左間寬敞闊落的台式 Café。餐廳喺創興廣場後面,樓高 3 層,佔地 5600 呎,裝潢以園系為主,地下是 open kitchen 及用餐區。Day Menu  供應時間由中午 12n 至下晝 5pm,而選項就以沙律、三文治同意粉為主。All Day Breakfast 經典不滅 ($128),全日早餐用料甚豐富,碟上除了有炒蛋、煙肉、肉腸及沙律等不可或缺的 Must Have Items 之外,還配有雞髀菇同牛角包。牛角包質感鬆化,入口有牛油香。豬肉腸水準亦不俗,不但身形肥大,而且食落非常入味,腸衣彈牙,質感一流,配鹹香的煙肉吃,啖啖滋味,讓人吃得非常滿意。飲品點了薑餅人拿鐵 ($38),Latte 賣相不錯,心形的拉花既挺身又清晰,奶泡打得綿密,而且撞入的咖啡好均勻,口感幼滑 Creamy,飲下相當順喉。

至於食物方面,賣相和味道的確好出色!!
如果以佢咁多人客來講,等候食物嘅時間其實都算合理!

干貝翠瓜奶油燉飯嘅賣相亦都係非常之靚。
最有驚喜嘅係,藜麥竟然係炸過,所以趣卜卜,加入濕漉漉既奶油燉飯,實在太好味啦!帶子比起頭先個碟南瓜泥,就熟左啲,應該係因為啲飯嘅緣故,但係都係一樣咁好味咁鮮甜。

成杯黑糖牛奶嘅味道都唔錯,不過就同出邊嘅手搖飲品味道差不多,未見突出。
