星期四晚上,目測入坐約50%,我地2條友同另外2個唔識既坐埋一張4人檯,都好體貼咁有塊板隔下既......限時100分鐘,ok 明白,第一次黎(應該都係最後一次)求其點幾碟野食先,跟住朋友想點,吓,要等7分鐘先可以落一次單?乜x野黃金比例呀,每張單限點6碟? 每碟有5件咁多呀,食材都做合格啦,湯底普通質素,唔記得夠鐘前30分鐘無得點,想飲多杯野都無,同朋友傾計食野,唔覺唔覺10幾分鐘先點一次,唔通要較鬧鐘點野食? 自取區唔駛問都係平價野,丸丸菜菜咁,每人3百幾放題唔駛好高要求,但求坐得唔好衰過茶餐廳,食物份量唔好咁小家,得d 平價野我去普通酒樓食好過啦。 continue reading

Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant , and it was an experience to remember. From the moment we stepped in, the warm ambiance set the stage for an enjoyable evening.The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the rich tomato soup base. It was a delightful blend of flavors, perfectly seasoned, and provided a comforting warmth that complemented all the ingredients we cooked in it. The depth of the tomato flavor was impressive, making each bite a burst of deliciousness.The selection of meats was exceptional. The American beef chuck was tender and full of flavor, while the hand-cut fresh beef took the experience up a notch with its melt-in-your-mouth texture. The Iberian pork slices were a standout — rich and juicy, they paired beautifully with the soup.Equally impressive were the hand-cut pork jowl slices, which added a lovely richness to the pot. The shrimp and oysters were incredibly fresh, adding a delightful brininess that balanced the flavors. The salmon slices were equally fresh, and the chicken thigh pieces were juicy, ensuring a variety of tastes with every dip into the bubbling broth.To round off the meal, we indulged in the crème brûlée for dessert.
