To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我一直同老人家食飯,最緊要方便舒服!揀咗附近的八月花;人多但服務殷勤有禮,對老人家笑面迎人,有求必應😍感謝服務員的專業態度!食物上菜有效率、有質素!當天叫套餐最抵食,估唔到食完之後仲要送$300 coupon下次用,又送10倍yuu積分大約價值$100,其實今時今日算係咁! 如果可以,酒樓可以考慮直接降低價錢,應該會更加吸引!下次可以再試!

蟹籽鵝肝春卷食落冇咩鵝肝味不過蟹籽份量夠多搭夠另外我仲以為個醬會係鵝肝味 點知只係著通沙律醬第二個試晚係蟹肉蟹籽伊麵蟹肉份量都多 不過調味較淡而且唔算好重海鮮味 整體一般第三款叫咗呢個鳥籠點心有兩層鳥籠 不過賣相唔算好靚睇個名仲諗住可以打下卡點知個籠好普通 絕對唔係飲下午茶靚靚個款而且價錢都唔平 呢個要成$198講下味道先 我覺得得最好味係個叉燒酥 個皮好酥 好味到我地叫多碟encore但另外兩款核桃酥同鮑魚酥記麻麻地鮑魚酥味道偏鹹 鮑魚味比啲肉躁蓋過哂另外有蟹肉燒賣蝦餃粉果都正常 同出面既差唔多最後試個兩款甜唔都唔錯值得一試

這種位於大商場內的連鎖中菜,賣點是方便,味道就不要有期望,正常就算了一行八人,叫了這個六人套餐另加兩個小菜先檢查一下餐具,八人份碗筷竟然發現4件有明顯污垢要更換,這是大集團管理應有的衛生水準嗎?以為兩個正價的小菜會比較像樣,還是失望了香酥鴨:一上枱見到鴨子的「古銅膚色」已經知道出事,鴨皮不是香酥而是乾硬,肉質暗啞粗糙,明顯翻炸過火咕嚕肉:肥肉比例較多,而且醬汁不夠酸也不夠甜至於號稱特價的套餐更「精彩」了碧綠什菌炒鮮鮑魚:那幾塊切片鮮鮑魚質地極靭,幾乎完全無味,感覺像咀嚼擦紙膠。拉絲雪燕海皇羮:冬瓜盅沽清,只好要這個。糊狀的湯底味精感比較重,裏面有數粒有點雪味的海鮮粒,就是平價全包宴的貨色懷舊燒鹵拼盤:紅腸/超市急涷煙鴨胸/鹵蛋/鹵豬手,即是燒味四寶飯走飯加幾件皮包骨燒鴨,最大的好處是夠份量海味扒素千層:所謂海味,是指醬汁內稀疏的魚唇/冬菇/瑤柱絲。而我比較手慢,只吃到幾條魚唇加一堆汁浸腐竹芝士焗加拿大龍蝦尾伴魚麵:全晚最正常的一道菜。只是吃到最後朋友見到托底的木盆有疑似幾粒昆蟲的物體,嚇到立即把木盆掉到旁邊已結賬離座的枱上,所以沒有拍照清蒸沙巴花尾躉:因為我不食魚,無從評價芋蓉珍珠糕:說是芋蓉但完全沒有芋頭味,只有少少奶味和甜味,連不吃芋頭的朋友都可以照吃如儀跟餐的紅酒,沒有要求的話,還算可以這樣的衛生程度和食物質素,只可說:不可一,更不可再

今日一家8個人飲茶,茶樓唔洗等位好多吉枱,但比張5人枱我坐,好唔好意思話坐得落,仲要無禮貌,入面明明好多大張吉枱,全部都話有人book左,我地要求坐張大枱,由得我地企係度又唔解決問題,之後我哋用app,拎左張10人飛,佢就即刻比入大枱,係蝦我地唔識飲茶,唔知一張茶枱坐幾多人? 唔好玩我啦,仲要態度差,話有人book晒啲大枱,你又即刻比人入? 咁唔比我哋坐? 以後都唔去啦,態度差。想放假一齊做下節都咁掃興。
