去得多傳統茶樓都想有時奢侈一下,去啲高級地方,復活節假期同個朋友去中環行街同食野,去左怡和呢間怡翠軒。茶有好多款揀,對黑茶情有獨鐘既我地都係飲返傳統普洱。XO醬炒蘿蔔糕個味好好,好惹味,但係蘿蔔糕就唔夠挺身,好粉。配菜小辣。高級版春卷加咗蟹子同鵝肝,老實講鵝肝個味唔係太出,但係成條春卷都好彈牙,咬到蝦肉。鹹水角好少可有菇,但係呢個餡料幾特別,有蝦、蝦米、菇蓉,鹹水角皮都好煙韌 ,唔會太油👍🏻呢件馬拉糕完全係好似海綿蛋糕咁,唔太鬆化。雞扎好味,非常標準,冇乜太特別鮮竹卷調味有啲重,令到本身大量唐芹咁重口味嘅鮮竹卷口感更複雜。

上星期六和家人行山,晚上來到中環怡和大廈怡翠軒晚膳,此店是我的至愛,無論環境、衛生、服務和菜式都領我十分滿意,多年來水準一直保持,今次到來,由於人多,我們要限時個半鐘用膳。我點了簡單清淡菜式,包括昆布雙耳燴蝦滑、豉汁涼瓜層層疊、蓮藕腐皮捲和黑醋珠伴䐁肉,第一道菜清淡得來湯底相當鮮甜,因有昆布、木耳、雪耳、豆腐和新鮮蝦滑,黑醋珠伴豚肉亦頗具特色,豬肉丸經走油後加上茨汁再加上數粒黑醋珠在上面,相當冶味,甜品點了蛋白杏仁茶、擂沙湯圓和桶仔豆腐花,因有七五折信用卡優惠,埋單六百多元,享受了一頓滿意的晚餐。

昨天和太太在中環怡翠軒晚飯,由於早到,先去附近用$20乘搭摩天輪,影了些靚相再返回酒樓,怡翠軒是間有質素的食肆,無論環境、衛生和食材都令人稱心滿意,更何況有信用卡5折優惠,今晚點了一隻醉乳鴿、兩隻蠔皇鮮鮑魚、白灼特式蔬菜、蛋白岩米桶仔飯和菜遠上湯生麵,醉鴿非常可口,肉嫩鮮甜,花彫酒芬香撲鼻,白灼特式蔬菜配以香辣汁,非常冶味,蠔皇鮮鮑炆得夠火侯,令人回味無窮,是次晚飯令我們非常滿意,有機會定再來光顧。

仲叫左個signature多人推介既脆皮牛坑腩
個人就覺得麻麻地 可能放左幾分鐘先食
d牛腩又肥 結果入口啖啖肥膏 口感都幾差

加上2個醬 (1個酸甜 1個辣椒醬) 都好似麻麻地夾 所以對呢個dish有d失望
