To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次約咗位中環返工嘅朋友仔一齊食飯,前排留意到呢間$148有先助午餐食嘅印度餐館,就決定同朋友一齊試。 因為都算多菜式,我就特別簡幾個個人比較推介嘅同大家介紹下🥰———————————————🌟Butter ChickenButter Chicken基本上係印度菜必叫之選,呢度嘅Butter Chicken味道好香好濃,食落一啲都唔辣反而有種忌廉香。雞肉基本上都已經醃製過,而且肉質都夠曬腍。另外佢有可以refill嘅Garlic Naan,可以不停叫嚟點Butter Chicken食🤭.🌟迷你Dosa餐廳有現場整Dosa服務,會有廚師將米漿倒上鐵板上煎,加有咖哩薯仔蓉係入面,包起佢之後就會成塊Pancake咁,然後再加蕃茄同椰子醬食。椰子醬仲有好多好似椰絲嘅口感,令到成個Dosa口感更豐富。.🌟Pani Puri呢個係放有類似薯泥係入面嘅印度脆米球,佢仲配有個綠色帶薄荷香嘅汁,我地一開始係倒曬成杯入去再食,但職員後來同我地講原來可以倒少少就可以,食完再飲埋個汁就ok,整體味道都好有趣,特別係加有個汁後成個味道會感覺好清新。不過呢個汁味道相對比較青,可能部份朋友仔未必會鍾意,建議大家先試左下個汁味道先再決定倒幾多。.🌟乳酪鷹嘴豆泥沙律呢個係前菜果邊嘅一少兜沙律,個人係覺得超好食🤣其實我唔係好知佢叫咩名因為佢冇個牌,但佢整體就係鷹嘴豆泥底,加有乳酪、脆條、石榴粒同一種特調醬汁,食落酸酸甜甜口感又豐富,令人有驚喜!.🌟Mango Lassi芒果味道出,絕對唔係假芒果味,而且甜度都適中,值得推薦。但我個人唔係好知其實仲有咩飲品簡,因為我去之前睇Openrice就係決定咗要飲呢個,冇問到有咩其他飲品,大家可以先問一問有咩飲品選擇先~.🔸整體評價🔸環境都好舒適,而且服務到位。食物質素整體感覺都ok,有多款特色印度菜,係有少量果啲香料未必啱口味,但基本上想食嘅印道菜式都好齊全,如果大家有時食晏想試下新口味嘅話呢間其實都幾啱食👍🏻 continue reading

作為一個印度菜的愛好者,香港自助餐就食得多,但印度菜的自助餐真係第一次食。今次試了位於中環的Jashan Celebrating Indian Cuisine 的Sunday Brunch Buffet。位置在中環大館對面,價錢只係$168,餐廳環境闊落典雅舒適,自助餐每位包兩款前菜和特色小食,一杯特色飲品,無限任點Garlic Naan,任食炸物、咖哩熱葷和甜品,這個價錢相當抵食。前菜Aloo Chaat,即場製作,第一次食這款印度前菜。酸甜乳酪、薄荷咖哩醬、鷹嘴豆、馬鈴薯、羅望子醬、脆米、油炸麵糊造成的碎碎,口感特別,有點似軟曲奇、糕點、薄脆,配上不同的印度醬料,酸甜開胃。Dosa有師傅即場製作的迷你Dosa,平時食到的Dosa,超級巨型,自助餐供應的是迷你版,方便食客留肚食其他食物。Dosa是南印度非常受歡迎的小食。這是用米漿和豆蓉煎成的薄煎餅,中間加入咖哩薯仔餡料。這塊米餅酥脆可口,配上椰子酸辣醬,洋蔥蕃茄醬,提升口感。特色小食Pani Puri印度脆米球是薄薄的脆米球,內有咖哩薯蓉。有一樽薄荷醬汁,倒入脆米球,酸酸甜甜,清新開胃。冷盤有三款沙律清爽的椰菜和蘋果配上酸甜乳酪,鹹鹹地的印度炸脆片還有雜錦沙律菜。有多款印度咖哩香料醬汁去自行調味,充滿印度風情,比傳統的酒店自助餐沙律更有特色。炸物有四款Vegetable Cutlet 口感似咖哩炸薯餅,多了印度咖哩香料。Assorted Pakora 類似平時日本餐廳食到的炸蔬菜餅,炸得相當香脆。Fried fish,點上炸漿炸至金黃的的香口炸魚。Chicken Tikka,鐵板燒雞,即是平時用鐵板上的乾炒香料咖哩雞,咖哩雞煮得相當入味。熱葷和咖哩選擇不少,總共有六款Butter chicken這是其中一款我最愛的印度食物,咖哩跟牛油調和,質地濃稠順滑,平衡了辛香料的刺激,不像一般想像的印度咖哩味道較嗆口。雞肉煮得入味嫩滑,微辣中帶香甜奶香,辣度溫和,即使是吃不了辣的也會覺得容易入口。Corn Palak在印度語(Hindi)中,Palak是菠菜,這道叻哩料理的基底就是大量的菠菜、洋蔥與番茄、薑、蒜和綠辣椒打成泥,再和粟米一起烹煮,菠菜泥咖哩煮得細緻軟滑。Jeera AlooJeera是香料 'CUMIN' 的印地語名稱,aloo 是土豆的意思。用上Jerra香料炒香的薯仔粒,簡單又美味。Prawn Curry彈牙鮮蝦配上椰汁咖喱,非常香滑,充滿椰香,這是一款甜咖喱。Panerr Butter Masala在印度語(Hindi)中,paneer是,指不經發酵芝士,切成粒狀的芝士,放在牛油咖哩中,口感像百頁豆腐般細緻。Dal Dhaba用上多種豆類和香料製成的咖哩。有咁多款咖哩醬汁,當然少不了印度飯和印度薄餅,印度飯有兩款Steam Rice和Saffron Pulao Rice,Garlic Naan則是即叫即製,無限任點,確保Garlic Naan新鮮,有蓬鬆空氣感,吃起來綿密煙韌。最後甜品有三款Gulab jamun 玫瑰糖奶球,有練奶的甜味,口感似糯米,煙韌,熱熱地又有點似食湯丸。Mango Shrikhand 類似芒果布甸,新鮮的芒果和香料,提供一種清涼、甜美和爽口的口感。新鮮西瓜。兩杯飲品就選了芒果Lassi和原味Lasdi印度餐廳不能缺少的乃昔飲品,凍奶昔能夠中和咖哩的辣味,完美配搭。 continue reading

中環呢間🇮🇳印度餐廳👍高質抵食💰又正宗,而且😊服務好,價錢💰又抵!入面裝修得幾🤩華麗,地方又大又☺️舒適,環境昏暗感覺幾🥰浪漫。Mango Lassi 🇮🇳印式嘅🥭芒果乳酪🥛係我食印度菜🍛幾乎必飲嘅,酸甜美味好開胃🤤。Delhi Golgappa Shots 脆球係印度🇮🇳特色小食之一,將配上🌱薄荷、羅望子同埋紅石榴😋嘅汁係頂部倒入去,之後成個😆放入口食,口感豐富加上又甜又酸又鹹嘅味道好複雜😝有層次。Papadum, Masala Papad 油炸🔥簿脆亦係我心水之一😍,佢哋做到香脆👍得來又唔油膩。Chicken Tikka 入口🐓又香又嫩,配薄荷🌱乳酪醬十分好味開胃🤤。Samosa 咖喱角夠鬆脆🥰,入面係薯仔🥔同埋豆,味道幾有😊層次。Lasooni Palak Paneer 咖喱🍛菠菜芝士🧀係印度名物之一,菠菜🥬吸收晒咖喱汁😋再加上粒粒茅屋芝士🧀,啱晒我口味!Butter Chicken 🧈牛油雞係我其中一款好鐘意嘅印式咖喱🍛,因為有蕃茄🍅做底味道鮮甜少少🤏辛口幾惹味,加上酥油🧈嘅香滑同埋又嫰又入味嘅🐓雞肉,超正!Dhaba Wali Dal 豆蓉咖喱🍛都幾特別,入面有多款不同嘅豆🫘,食落幾有咬口👍,感覺好似幾☺️健康。Garlic Naan 🫓 煙煙靱靱越咬越香🤤口又充滿蒜🧄香味。Jeera Rice 係正宗🇮🇳印度米,比較幼長咬口幾特別🤩,加上少少唔同嘅香料😋味道幾有層次。甜品🍮我哋揀咗 Gulab Jamun,咬落好軟淋😍,而且吸晒啲🌹玫瑰味糖水,又香又甜😊又特別! continue reading
