位於中環蘇豪荷李活道23號金珀苑一樓的 Jashan Celebrating Indian Cuisine,主打正宗印度菜,餐廳位置鄰近大館,中午時段設有自助午餐,可以試十多款印度配菜。建議先致電查詢,因為當天去到也是全部爆滿的。用膳當天的中午,街上天氣十分炎熱,餐廳的空調開得充足,所以用餐時感覺舒適。餐廳的環境衛生整潔,牆上掛著不少富有印度色彩的油畫。自助餐桌上有英文的菜名,而且,廚師都是印度人,味道十分正宗。🙆‍♀️主食可以選擇白飯 - Basmati 、Pulao Rice或手製薄餅。薄餅即點即製,新鮮熱辣,表面微脆、味道鹹鹹香香。兩款飯選用了印度米,米粒形狀長長的,質感較為實淨。午市自助餐包一杯飲品,可以選普通的咖啡檸茶等,朋友則點了一客芒果奶昔 - Mango Lassi,味道頗濃。配菜方面,個人最喜愛吃Keema matar,吃落十分有驚喜,免治羊肉口感滑溜,味道一點也不羶。另外一款想介紹的,是Corn Palak,本身擔心味道會有點草青味,但吃落完全沒有,而且還吃到清甜的粟米味。 continue reading

食印度buffet係為左陪朋友食,第一次聽!佢話有朋友話好食就拉左我嚟。Buffet半自助都幾多野食。鷹嘴豆配扁豆酸酸地因有蕃茄,有d西芹小清新。鷹嘴豆好粉正,沙律菜有好多醬汁擇,5種。有辣有甜有咸有creamy。黃色甜個個梅醬,最好味。薄荷醬都正。之後佢地上左naan bread比我地!未食已經好香。仲好細心用部琴好,方便拎完野返嚟食都熱!牛油雞同雜菜岩女仔食,有肉又有菜。茄子咖哩以為好辣樣,但唔係,幾多汁!硬豆腐咖哩羊肉係我至愛,好軟好香。我至愛!一鍋上得唔得先!Pulao rice長形飯香香。炸物Aloo tikki同Bobbi 65都好炸脆口,比想像中少油。Prawn Koliwada有d似天婦羅。Chicken Tikka好炭燒感覺。$138包杯野飲,有特飲添!係中環食印度餐嚟講值得一試!Dosa making係我一眼認得係咩食物。因為久唔久食印度野都有叫到,所以好親切,哈哈!椰子味有,好香!要點紅色香料,少少辣但好正!好想快d食另一個。甜品有埋水果。飲品叫店員推薦,好好味!Mango Lassi酸酸甜甜好開胃,有乳酪令芒果無咁甜,我比較鐘意。仲有牛奶既滑口,甜心黃色!首次一餐食咁多印度野,員工nice同氣氛都幾開心。員工見我地大讚dosa好食,叫我地影獎項相!除左叫我地外,見佢都叫其他食客影,哈哈!好得意好友好!外國員工比人感覺易傾下計。 continue reading

等升降機上餐廳時,覺得升降機前的位置非常狹小,還以為餐廳的環境也不容期待。進餐廳後,既放心又驚訝。放心的是餐廳不算小,驚訝的是環境雅緻,座位舒適。雖然來吃的是自助餐,但我最欣賞的食物,並不在自助餐桌上。其中一款是侍應在我們首次離座去取食物時放到桌上,像班戟的東西。餅皮薄薄的,微脆但不會太熱氣;夾著暖暖的咖哩顏色的薯蓉,雖然沒有咖哩味,也很好吃。班戟碟上有紅白二醬,白色的有椰絲味,甜甜的。另一款我欣賞的菜式,是即點即製的Naan。三款口味中,我們試了兩款。牛油口味的很香,又煙韌。蒜蓉口味則較薄、較脆,稍嫌焦了一點。自助餐桌上食物種類少,可以一提的有:炸蝦味道還好,但炸粉太厚重。淨jasmine rice和炒飯兩者中試了後者,挺好吃。相片左上角的碗中是很普通的茶餐廳沙律,不建議試!自助餐沒有任飲,每位包一杯飲品,可惜不能選mango lassi。 continue reading

ive been here since the food menu has been redesign  - it now features chefs specials which are great for those new joiners of indian cuisine and unaware how to choose among many dishes. chicken tikka masala, chicken madras, are among my favorite and my friends' as well. among the naan, the cheese naan is the best, very dense with cheese pieces within the bread. it no longer serves appetizers, though.the dessert include the chilly mango ice cream - good. but the other one on chocolate samosa might be a bit filling and heavy esp after a big mealservice is great. atmosphere is very inducing for a nice conversation. food is delicious. chef specials taste fantastic. have been here since 2018. continue reading

Any evening in Jashan is well spent, this time we ordered Nizami Biryani, Old Delhi Butter Chicken, Harpal’s Black Daal and Highway Paneer Butter Masala. Each dish was perfectly cooked an balanced! The breads were moist and the Naan was prepared by Chef and was amazing! continue reading
