今晚約左兩位朋友食飯慶祝生日,因為其中一位鍾意食茶漬飯,所以上網搵到哩間日式料理店。大約6點半左右黎到,店員一開口就係問我地幾位,連最基本既「いらっしゃいませ」(歡迎)都冇講🤷🏻‍♂️坐低睇左餐牌,打算落單叫野食,問題就係哩度出現,叫玉子燒冇玉子燒(理由係尋晚食客太盡興,所以冇晒雞蛋😓)、叫Sukiyaki冇Sukiyaki、叫牛肉冇牛肉,簡直係「百無」🙈因為乜都未叫(水都未飲),所以我都提議不如轉場,但係兩位朋友都冇意欲走,所以只好繼續係度揀食物...揀左好耐,最後揀左:炸雞軟骨、炸牛蒡、燒柳葉魚、三文魚茶漬飯、鹿兒島特產黑豬肉薑飃香涮涮鍋(兩人份)首先黎既係炸雞軟骨同炸牛蒡,炸雞軟骨不過不失,係一般居酒屋都有既質素,炸牛蒡香脆而不油膩,配合少量鹽調味,反而係全晚最好食。之後黎既係三文魚茶漬飯同燒柳葉魚,飯份量好多,但係俾湯浸住,而茶竟然係另外用茶壺裝住(一直食開都係茶同湯預先調配,再預先倒落飯,或者用茶壺裝住俾客人自行調配,就算去日本旅行都係一樣食法)而且飯好多都黐埋一舊同埋食得出唔係日本米(但係價錢係貴到可以食越光米)燒柳葉魚就都係普通燒多春魚,不過唔似柳葉魚。最後黎既係鹿兒島特產黑豬肉薑飃香涮涮鍋(兩人份),豬肉分豬五花同豬柳,豬五花口感還可以,但同普通豬五花分別唔大,豬柳熟後口感麻麻(較硬),湯就只有咸味,完全食唔出薑味。雖然成晚食物麻麻,但係我地都本住唔嘥野既原則食晒。之後埋單叫左兩次侍應都係揮一揮手敷衍就算,要叫到第三次先肯埋黎😓埋完單一樣又係最基本既「ありがとうございました」或者係廣東話既「多謝」都冇講🤷🏻‍♂️今晚都好後悔揀左哩度同朋友慶祝生日(朋友感覺都麻麻😓)希望下次可以揀間更好啦! continue reading

沒得去旅行 嚟呢間餐廳搵返日本的味道 雖然位置處於熱鬧的尖沙咀 但餐廳門面不太起眼 廳餐名字帶有日文又唔識讀 所以如果不是朋友介紹 不會留意到呢間餐廳 食過一次已經念念不忘 如果加set有沙律菜 配芝麻醬食佢既沙律係好新鮮好甜佢既炸豬排 同炸豬柳 都好出名 豬扒比較香 因為有留肥膏 豬柳就比較瘦 鬆脆得來又唔油膩 炸完既豬扒仲好juicy 每一啖都好神奇佢既茶碗蒸好食到⋯ 就連佢既味噌湯都係好有心機 好多料 有紅蘿蔔 白蘿蔔 蒟蒻 ⋯ 好豐富 性價比高 十分值得推介的一間餐廳坐既環境都好舒服 餐廳內都好多日本人食 缺點係電話收唔到 不過餐廳有free WiFi 另外切餅費要$50 continue reading

日本魂又突然出現,瘋狂想食炸豬排😫😫 經過尖沙咀發現這家貌似好日本的餐廳,二話不說即刻入去🤩/一入去有幾枱日本人,覺得自己選對了😂沒有音樂,大家說話又壓低了聲量,感覺好似進了圖書館,不好意思拍攝呢😅/貪心地點了和式便當(每天用料不同)- 麵豉湯👍🏻 清而不太咸,用料很足- 茶碗蒸👌🏻 夠滑,蛋味不夠- 刺身三點👌🏻 新鮮但放題水準- 小菜/漬物👌🏻 口感一流,偏咸- 炸豬柳👌🏻 吉列炸漿夠薄,豬柳有點乾柴- 白飯👌🏻 唔似珍珠米,有飯味,正常/整體來講不過不失,份量取勝,但以炸豬排作主賣點的話其實吃罷失望😔 continue reading

18.6.2020星期四晚當然要好好鬆一鬆,難得嚟到尖沙咀一帶,諗起附近有間既地道又抵食嘅日式炸豬扒,食指大動,即刻book 位免麻煩。只係仍處疫情期間,餐廳空位甚多,希望可安然度過。在場嘅日本客人很多,氣氛安靜,適合談心。第一道係絕對嘅招牌,吉列豬扒加$25 轉定食,晚市都係百幾蚊,比起唔少所謂專門店要平一大截。當然,午市80蚊都落得樓,附近打工仔先有呢份pleasure。蛋卷,絕對正宗嘅日本味道。醋醃鯖魚:魚味濃厚,甚至有少少腥,but 個人幾鍾。加埋啤酒非常之嘆 XD continue reading
