最近越來越喜歡吃韓國菜,今晚來到銅鑼灣搵食, 給我無意中發現這間新派韓菜。 餐廳裝修簡約, 開揚舒服,還有一部大大的投影燈,不斷播放韓國流行音樂video, 邊吃邊看超滿足!必點貼心招牌菜: 原味朴將軍板秘製黑豚肉配芝士炒飯 ($298)Sioyakki Original 150g + cheese rice單單看賣相已看出餐廳花的心思,大大個心型飯已令相機閃不停。火爐更是特別的傾斜設計,隔離多出的油份,減少腻滯感,值得一讚。香氣四溢兼輕盈幼滑的芝士炒飯配上惹味黑豚肉,口感豐富,停不了口!蜜糖炸雞翼 ($180) ~ 份量驚人,大大碟共有14隻雞翼,並配上香脆薯條。雞翼外脆內嫩,惹味香口, 風味濃厚,每一口都充滿脆嫩滋味! 牛肉什菜炒粉絲 ($88) ~ 味道濃淡得宜,粉絲質感輕盈軟綿,牛肉肉腍入味。 酸酸甜甜的西柚特飲 ($48)和柚子茶 ($55) 令人食慾大增,又可中和油腻感,為味蕾帶來清新感覺。 值得一提的是9點後有韓國啤酒燒酒任飲兩小時,只需$88, 還送燒雞呢,認真超值,下次一定再來! continue reading

銅鑼灣又一韓式過江餐廳, 餐廳名叫「朴將軍」。筆者又是第一枱客人,坐位任揀,又可無障礙影相。不過餐廳非常簡約,沒有什麼亮眼點。昏暗的燈光加上播放K pop music 就是新派韓式餐廳的特色。根據餐牌上的資料, 「朴將軍」在 1992 年在韓國開店, 至今已開近 30 間分店。餐廳主打 「SIOYAKKI」並為這道菜申請專利, 不論烹調方法、醬料都獲得專利權。午餐供應不少韓式料理套餐,價錢不太貴。 SIOYAKKI是這裡獨有,當然要試下! SIOYAKKI 午餐有1~2人份量,又有信用咭折扣,折扣後只需$119 又不收加一,認真抵食!首先在主餐牌中叫份【BBQ 秘製牛仔骨 $148 (150g )】。老公話好抵食因為餐牌相片顯示有3大片,但送上的只有1件,老公面色沉下來。$148有3件??點可能……牛仔骨看似非常大件,實際可以入口的就只有六、七片牛肉。秘醬味道不過不失,牛肉質素同樣一般,沒有大驚喜。「SIOYAKKI」係乜東東?睇下餐牌就知道。SIOYAKKI係創店的朴氏家族研發出來的鐵板燒黑豚肉,配上自家秘製醬料烹調,獨一無二的家傳風味菜式。首先,他們特別選用西班牙黑豚腩,再自行刨成薄片,這樣炒起來就更香脆又更易入味。Oppa 會幫忙在特製板上乾炒豚腩片逼出多餘油份,再加埋下了秘製醬料醃製的雜香葱絲炒香。 秘製醬料食落帶濃濃的豆醬香亦帶輕淡的酸味。 味道會帶有少少辣。午餐包了1份生菜,應該用來連 SIOYAKKI一齊食?但生菜份量不太足夠,最後都要碗白飯。埋單才發現白飯$20碗,真係食米唔知米貴。老實說,韓式烤肉才是皇道, 這個 SIOYAKKI 不是香港人喜愛的味道,只能說試一次非常足夠。除 SIOYAKKI 外,只有少量期它食物供應,不知道單靠 SIOYAKKI 能夠在昂貴地段上能生存多久。感謝店主帶來 SIOYAKKI,但只能夠說句「祝君好運!」 continue reading

We were attracted by the promotion that the restaurant had put on recently: free flow soju and beer with a very reasonable price!The choice of beer and soju are not very wide but it's definitely enough to fill your stomach! Food was not bad as well! continue reading

當我知道大學年代的朋友邀請我到銅鑼灣食「朴將軍」,很是期待,七點多相約在樓下一起上去,「好久沒見, 嘻嘻~」 LIFT門一開,哇!這裡好寬敞哦!可能時間尚早,我們是第二枱客人呢!餐廳的設計簡約,燈光暗暗的,感覺好舒服。工作人員也很友善, 向我們介紹店裡有名的心形的芝士炒飯,還特意提醒飯的量會很多,可能看到我們兩個「小」女生吧,哈哈~ 起初看餐牌的相片還不覺得怎麼樣,“實物”一被端上來,啊!很吸引的心形芝士炒飯!因為用鐵板裝著的關係,芝士都還是軟軟的,在流動的樣子,我忍唔住先試一口芝士,濃郁的芝士味道湧上來,卻不覺油膩呢~ 朋友提醒先別都把芝士吃光了…果然,熱熱的芝士撈著炒飯一起食才是「最高」!泡菜炒飯的飯粒很有咬口,一粒粒的炒得很入味,也辣辣的~ 鐵板旁邊還有豚肉片、芽菜、蔥等蔬菜,煮到剛好熟的程度,辣辣的吃得很過癮,不過工作人員說這道菜可以選不辣的哦~ 不得不提,鐵板是傾斜的設計,可以讓油份流往一邊,食得健康,很貼心哦~ 我們另外還點了泡菜湯,一煲湯內有十分足料的豬腩片及泡菜,濃度及辣度都很適中,絕對適合香港人的口味哦~ 一路飲泡菜湯一路食芝士炒飯,感覺很MATCH~! 下一次肯定會再光臨呢家咁有特色的「朴將軍」哦! continue reading

So I decided to try the popular and exclusive korean heart-shaped cheese friend rice today at Janggun Sioyakki.  The staff at the restaurant were super friendly and welcoming although they could only speak in english/korean. I also came for the $88 beer buffet after 9pm which came with a plate of fried chicken that I quite enjoyed 鐵板黑豚肉芝士炒飯Black Pork sioyakki with Cheese Rice. $298Their signature dish is this heart shaped teppanyaki rice which is patented for exclusive use. This was an interesting combination of black pork, cheese, kimchi, rice, and cheese. The rice was a bit spicy but overall the dish was super cheesy and the presentation of this special korean cheese fried rice was quite unique compared to typical korean restaurants. 蜜糖雞中翼Honey Chicken wings $180This was my favourite out of the dinner The portion was huge again, with 18 pieces of chicken wings The flavour was on point with just the right amount of honey glazed over the crispy chicken skin. I had 4 pieces and I'm still craving for more >< It also came with some fries which were super fresh and delicious ❤芝士雞蛋卷Rolled egg omelet with cheese $158The egg roll tasted ordinary, with a mild flavour of pepper and cheese. -The drinks also tasted quite nice and my favourite one was the grapfruit soda (orange)  西柚梳打$48荔枝梳打$48The smoothie tasted average and maybe because I'm not much of a yoghurt fan so I wasn't too into those drinks. 藍乳酪雪沙$58藍乳酪雪沙$58- continue reading
