Jamie's Italian係香港都開左幾年,今次上去餐廳都係坐滿人,不過佢冇時間限制,四人去都分左張六人檯比我地,環境舒適------菜式1. Mushroom Fritti 3.8/52. Crispy Squid 3.5/53. Truffle Tagliatelle 4.3/5👍🏻4. Seafood Pizza 3.5/55. Rib eye steak 3.8/56. BBQ pork ribs 4/5👍🏻7. Caesar Salad with Grilled chicken 4.3/5👍🏻8. Truffle Fries 3.8/5除左truffle fries係叫完好快就到之外,其他菜都出得比較慢,同埋caesar salad上菜時候係冇grilled chicken,服務員上菜時先發現,但應該未出菜就要留意😖脆炸大磨菇有四至五件,外表炸得好香脆,菇食落唔乾仲好juicy,不過菇本身冇點調味,要靠沾蛋黃醬先有味道🤤餐廳每天都會新鮮手造麵條,質感係較煙韌同埋少少彈牙,松露味濃,但若果份量再多少少為佳🙈呢到出名仲有手造pizza,唔係薄批個款,食落有點煙韌唔係脆身,但冇咩香味,海鮮配料不多,同埋味道都偏淡,有點名過於實由於short rib賣哂,所以轉左叫rib eye,我第一啖食菜,咸到吞唔到,成口都係鹽😣反而薯條就冇咩鹽,唔知係咪將鹽放錯位置,牛排味道濃郁,剛剛好medium,調味恰當☺️Pork rib煮得好軟腍,好易就分到四份,上面層醬鋪滿係豬肋骨上面,每一啖都好滿足,食到呢到已經好飽好飽沙律份量比想像中多,但可惜既係第一次上菜竟然漏左雞冇放,其實一睇就睇得出漏左,所以有點失望🙁但味道真係唔錯,加左不少榛子,幾有口感薯條出得好快,即叫即炸,太熱都要隔左一陣先食到,黑松露醬濃,配薯條一流🤪 continue reading

好多人都話唔多好食,但作為「搵食」嘅試食專員點都應該要親身體驗才知道箇中滋味🤣!確實入到餐廳🍴,燈光昏暗👽又真係無乜客人,得三四枱客,同新開張嘅時候人氣爭好遠🥴,但餐廳職員竟唔被人坐卡位,仲要標示「RESERVED」🥴我相信服務水準未達致水準都是客人流失嘅原因。至於食物,由於唔太餓只選擇兩款食物🤡.🍽Fish in a Bag 🐠。有魚、蜆、青口、各種不同配料連埋飯一齊係一個錫紙裡面焗,出奇地好食,好香而且魚身好滑,焗嘅時間剛剛好😌.🍽Porkie Pepperoni 🍕 。pizza 好脆身,配料🥓同芝士🧀鋪得滿滿,辣辣地唔太油膩,配埋杯白酒🍸感到滿足😌.⚠️臨走時經理提點顧客出面有危險要大家小心,總算是比較窩心😌 continue reading
