每次經過銅鑼灣都勁多人排隊,冇一日係見唔到人龍,真心好想知係咪咁好食,咁值得排隊,假日晏就3點幾去排,排咗大概40分鐘就買到,記得想買嘅要排隊拎籌,每人限買6個~是日限定口味每人限買一個,唔計6個裏面嘅。如果拎返屋企食,記得用焗爐焗返熱先食,個皮會脆啲熱啲,好食好多!🍴 菠蘿QQ $15 兩個 (8.5/10)一個麻薯波波都幾大,係平時嘅1.5-2倍size,食兩隻已經好飽肚🤣原味加菠蘿脆皮係上面,係平時食菠蘿包嗰層脆脆,外脆內軟,濕度啱啱好,唔會太硬太淋,麻薯好煙韌好軟糯,甜甜哋,甜度剛好,幾香口幾好食!🍴抹茶QQ $10 (7.5/10)抹茶味偏甜,食到有微微茶味微甘,但抹茶唔夠香濃,個味淨係係層脆皮度,個麻薯包係冇變嘅。🍴 伯爵茶QQ $10 (6/10)真係食唔到伯爵茶,淡到食唔到?😂甜甜哋咁!🍴 雪山檸檬忌廉芝士 $13 (8/10)唯一一個有餡嘅,忌廉芝士偏酸,好濃嘅檸檬味,麻薯面頭灑咗啲糖粉,但都中和唔到忌廉嘅酸XD忌廉芝士嘅芝士味唔算好出,但酸酸地幾開胃都幾好食嘅!推薦指數: 8/10覺得呢間麻薯波波真係幾好食,不過要排40分鐘就真係要諗諗啦,未到真係一定要去值得排隊!排隊排得有啲耐,同埋唔係每隻口味都有,睇吓嗰日好唔好彩~但$15兩個或者$10一個都幾抵食嘅,高質嘅,值得一試! continue reading

一直想試嘅原因係因為IG海嘯式洗版同埋見到佢哋門外嘅超長人龍🐲 加上間店係前四季餠廚主理,質素應該點都有保證掛🤔 不過條人龍真係唔講得笑,每次經過目測都有30人以上,見到條龍真係搞到連排隊嘅慾望都無哂😂 當日閒日經過終於見到無乜人排,即刻買翻幾隻味返去試吓!🏃🏻‍♀️ (望落條龍好似唔長,最後都排咗廿分鐘...🤭)買咗6款口味,分別係:原味QQ、菠蘿QQ、伯爵茶QQ、抹茶QQ、朱古力QQ,仲有當日限定嘅流心榛子脆脆。❤️ 原味QQ $8味道最為普通,但比普通麵包店嘅麻糬波波煙韌!❤️ 菠蘿QQ $8 | 伯爵茶QQ $10 | 抹茶QQ $10 | 朱古力QQ $104款都有菠蘿皮,體積比原味QQ大,但好快就扁塌,唔係脹卜卜,猶如漏氣嘅氣球🎈☞︎ 菠蘿QQ個菠蘿皮有帶點合桃酥嘅味道,口感鬆脆,味道甜甜哋,就係菠蘿包嘅味道😂☞︎ 伯爵茶QQ嘅茶味有啲假🤭☞︎ 抹茶QQ嘅抹茶味道薄弱,唔夠濃亦無回甘😕 ☞︎ 朱古力QQ面頭有幾粒朱古力粒,整體唔會太甜膩,朱古力再濃啲就更好~❤️ 流心榛子脆脆 (當日限定) $13每人限買一個~ 實際上係菠蘿QQ再加榛子流心餡,榛子餡入面有啲榛子粗粒,但個餡唔算流心,質地偏向較竭嘅醬。味道係菠蘿包+Nutella嘅感覺😂 🏆 排名(高至低):菠蘿QQ > 朱古力QQ > 流心榛子脆脆 > 抹茶QQ > 伯爵茶QQ > 原味QQ 餐廳推薦度:⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5)由於排隊排好耐,對佢期望太高,難免係有落差嘅,覺得有啲過譽囉~😅 不過佢唔係難食,只係味道普普通通咁囉,個菠蘿皮係有特色有gimmick嘅🤔 如果問我會唔會再排隊買就應該唔會喇,無人排嘅話都會買一個食嘅💁🏻‍♀️ continue reading

我通常睇到新野食都會睇定D等熱潮冷淡嘅時候先去,而今次我就追上熱潮😎,去到呢間銅鑼灣新開嘅餅店,新到連openrice 都冇,但都要排好耐買到。究竟值唔值得去排一個鐘呢? James Bon Bon Bakery位於銅鑼灣邊寧頓街,渣甸街嘅轉角位,位置非常顯眼。店舖由前四季西餅師傅主理,大家有冇覺得呢句野好熟面口,其實bakehouse嘅老闆Gregoire,呢位成日喺鏡頭面前出現嘅肥仔都喺四季糕餅部出身😲😲。 開業冇幾耐因傳媒/blogger報道而成名,當日平日2:30去到已經排到出哂街,但因佢店舖面積細小,每半個鐘只會出1-2小tray嘅包,要等好耐先拎到,或有可能冇自己想要嘅味,結果排一個鐘得原味同菠蘿皮味),建議大家都係等多一排先再去啦,水份偏高😅。 除咗麻糬波波之外,其他野係冇乜特別嘅,佢又唔係嘉多利餅屋又有D創意港式麵包,Bon Bon就係Bon Bon,一間以麻糬波波作亮點嘅港式餅店😬。 麻糬波波$8(per piece) 價錢就真係平到無得再平,就係港式餅店嘅價位lor🤑。因呢個包空氣感真係超高,買完冇一陣已經被膠袋壓扁咗🥲。但我自己番焗嘅時候(先唔係叮啊),佢自然就會變漲咗。而個post封面擺盤嗰張相係未焗嘅😅。 麻糬波波香氣四溢,憶起兒時嫲嫲買比我嘅下午茶🥲。Size比平時波仔版嘅麻糬波波更大,裏面唔似係平時氣孔蓬鬆嘅樣子,而真係好似有舊麻糬喺入面咁🤣。 用手一拉開,麻糬內饀帶來些少阻力,但又見到佢一絲絲被拉開但仍然糾纏著嘅模樣,都會有些治癒感🥰。裏面嘅質感係極之q彈軟糯,煙韌有嚼頭。雖然食唔到抹茶/朱古力嘅特別口味,但都令我回味無窮。 菠蘿皮嗰隻嘅麻糬味道同原味嗰隻係一樣嘅,佢唔係平時菠蘿包嘅皮咁完整,呢個就呈沙漠龜裂嘅樣子,但都唔會甩皮甩骨,為麻糬帶黎甜味同牛油香,喺煙韌嘅層面上加入一層脆感。如果得呢隻味同原味可以揀,我都建議大家買菠蘿味🤓。 continue reading
