To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早前到過尖沙咀翠園晚飯，覺得服務同食物嘅質素都不錯！剛好有屋企人生日，本以為同一品牌，就算唔同地區 都應該唔會有太大的差異，便訂了 黃大仙北館嘅翠園，點知 原來是差到無朋友😭😭剛到步時，都沒有什麼差，唔知是否因為我拒絕要「餐前小食」，該女服務員嘅態度就有所不同。點菜時，好似街市買餸咁要大聲講唔係由服務員拿着落單的手機到枱前幫客人落單的要服務員「沖水」時，佢完全當聽唔到☹️☹️之後佢話「我有叫你等等，你聽唔到咩！😡😡借問聲這樣嘅服務態度，怪不得香港人都唔留港消費啦！真的希望有關嘅管理層應該要認真處理一下！

第一次寫食評，因為個經理實在語出驚人，我實在不敢相信我耳朵！今天是9月27日。去黃大仙翠園食晚餐。如其他網民所指，叫呢樣又無，叫果樣又無，叫左，個餸又遲遲都唔黎。不重複類似經歷。叫樓面呀姐跟進過三四次。呀姐聽到客人話有餸未黎，竟然毫不緊張，唔係話「立即幫你跟一跟！」，而係一副I don’t care的模樣，仲懷疑你係咪真係有叫過呢個餸。兩個唔同呀姐都係咁既態度。第三個呀姐話，漏左，而家幫你落返！由於已經花了不少等待時間，並已食完其他餸，所以我地唔想重新落單。然後第三個呀姐叫經理黎。經理得悉有遺漏情況，我地表達想埋單，不重新落單。經理竟然向廚房方向大叫：「喂！又唔要喇！煮熟左都唔好拎出黎！」真係笑死！不敢相信我聽左既野！煮熟左都唔好拎出黎？！😆係咪所有員工夾埋，博執粒？！🤭

同屋企人黎食晚餐，本來屋企老人家鍾意黎飲茶，所以就習慣性黎食。啱啱落完單，過一陣就上左一碟雞，之後等左半個鐘都無人理我地，一碟菜都無，第一次反映嗰陣，嘅侍應敷衍我，扮左一下同廚房講，唔夠一秒就話講左，然後就搪塞左過去。過左一個鐘以後我又投訴多次，同佢地講你唔上菜我就走；佢見我態度堅硬，就真係叫經理去跟進，但態度極差，得到嘅回應只係：唔知，我已經講左比廚房聽，我幫唔到你㗎啦。當然，過左陣先有多一碟極其惡劣嘅餸。服務人員態度完全惡劣，敷衍了事，不知所謂，不斷用廚房做唔切為藉口。服務差，食物質素差，價錢就貴。一係就請多幾個人，唔好搵我地呢啲顧客買單。

每星期都陪家中長老去呢度黃大仙翠園👈🏻飲茶 🫖啲嘢食都幾貴 碟碟都至少 三、四十蚊起錶 冇辦法啦 因為長者🧓👵唔行得遠、貪佢近 點知個個星期職員都幫佢嘅熟客罷住呢兩張檯😤😤 事關所有檯都貼檯 想坐張闊少少🤏冇 今時今日 去少少貴地方飲茶都要咁受委屈 職員幫熟客沖一壺熱水放定係檯 扮有人坐低左 次次一早去到 佢啲熟客未到 已經擺壺熱水 係度 但其實佢嗰熟客未到 過多一、二小時度 佢熟客就慢條斯理咁行入嚟… 今時今日連飲茶🫖都要比職員擺住位唔比人坐 先講服務態度其實啲大媽都係一般般？二來咁樣情況個個週末重覆發生？有檯冇人都話有人坐 佢覺得人哋係傻的嗎？飲茶🫖預先幫人罷位 係咪涉及收受罷位錢？就冇從證實 🤔😓
