飲茶,自疫情後都無再飲過,一嚟之前上網見過啲老人家成個茶壺隊落個嘴到,二嚟始終人多。所以自己都怕咗,咁啱今日瞓醒想飲茶。咁就同阿媽落樓飲吓茶啦。呢間酒樓雖然係屋企樓下但我從未幫襯過。因為一直聽人講佢唔抵食,同埋以前要飲茶嘅話都會行去明星飲。既然今日咁懶,咁就係屋企樓下飲啦。叉燒腸。叉燒半肥瘦。皮唔算薄。山竹牛肉。無咩牛肉味。而且食得出好多粉。鮮竹卷。又係無咩味道。以咁嘅價錢嚟講,真心好一般。下次行返去明星食算。 continue reading

疫情下,酒樓取消了懷舊推點心車的環節,轉為即叫即蒸。不過,太和站附近只有一間中式酒樓,冇選擇嘅情況之下才這裡飲下午茶。人流較為稀疏,而職員態度親切有禮。環境尚算整潔,但餐具的整潔度一般。點心質素可能是中央廚房,昔日嘅風味減退。鴨腳扎仍能保持水準。棗容糕偏甜,口感一般。凍食效果較佳。留意15:30已經截單,16:00-17:30是清潔時間。現時17:00前晚餐外賣下單,有7 折優惠。17:00後仍有8折優優。 continue reading

去完大埔行山,行到出太和見到翠園就行咗入去,補充一下體力。粉絲焗膏蟹煲一上枱就香味撲鼻,粉絲香口夠乾身,蟹肉亦相當結實,唯一缺點係膏蟹係冇膏嘅。西檸煎軟雞都好大碟,我覺得有半隻雞咁多,炸得夠香口,檸檬汁酸酸甜甜好開胃。食淨左嘅我留咗一日,第二晚放返入氣炸鍋,番炸完出嚟依然好食。沙茶牛肋骨煲我唔係好食得出沙茶味,反而有啲似韓式牛肋骨,又有紅蘿蔔,甜甜地咁。服務員姐姐仲好細心咁幫我哋將大大嚿嘅牛肋骨切開。呢一餐幾樣野都幾好食,而且環境同服務都相當唔錯,值得推薦。 continue reading

到咗拜訪客戶嘅時間,要響佢附近找一個有一點空間嘅地方,幸好現時要採取防疫措施,餐廳之間嘅座位比平時多,可以傾偈嘅地方亦都多咗。同長輩飲茶,就選擇左大眾比較容易接受嘅翠苑。今日突然間好想食叉燒,所以就叫咗一碟例牌, 60幾蚊份量都唔少,而且上枱嘅時候叉燒仲係暖嘅,有別於一般嘅燒臘舖,叉燒燒到有燶邊之餘唔會硬,肉質好軟熟,醬汁亦都味道適中。先機來漸入秋涼有時想飲下湯,飲茶時候方便嘅叫法就係叫一個灌湯餃。灌湯餃皮好薄,餡料非常充足,有原隻瑤柱同口感唔錯嘅花膠,用嘅應該係鱈魚膠,所以咬口亦都相對唔錯,唯一係我覺得稍稍咸咗一啲啲,所以都唔可以飲太多。咁啱牛油蒜香銀雪魚,用渣漿炸脆嘅銀雪魚仲有好香嘅牛油同蒜蓉味,很傳統中菜酒樓係一個幾得意嘅選擇,不過炸銀鱈魚來講我寧願佢用炸粉而唔係炸漿。雞雜大嚿得來亦都相當入味,仲食得出有少少花雕嘅調味,有魚肚火腿鮑魚菇,大大嚿味道做得相對唔錯 continue reading
