Signature Dishes
Located at the roof top of a mall that is one of the landmarks of the area, the Japanese restaurant serves skewers as well as creative snacks.It was lunchtime when we visited, the store was not very busy. Food arrives fast and the warm bowl of udon is a good comfort to the weekday hustle. Staff are very friendly and the overall experience is pleasant. 係商場想搵日本野～上左來平台試一試，入到來先睇到好多負評🤨都唔理了！但係整體我同朋友都滿意喔～午餐肉天婦羅，咸度剛好，外脆內軟 ，配合辣沙律醬～很特別!雞腎一小粒一口，很爽又嫩口!南部雞翼也很惹味～外皮燒得很香而保留到肉汁美味❤️牛舌牛味很濃，很喜歡它的厚度！肉質韌度非常適中!凍蕃茄 ,口感酸酸甜甜，入口冰涼非常開胃火炙三文魚芝士，重芝士口感～而可能三文魚不算厚身，芝士稍為有點蓋過了三文魚味道~炒豚肉烏冬，配搭上都是簡單配料，但勝在用料不錯，豚肉很嫩！出來味道很有日本風味!整體都很滿意～而且假日外面飲酒爆滿但入面不用等位，氣氛環境也很好👍🏻

愛上了outdoor dining 今夜突然很想吃我至愛的茶漬飯。天氣那麼好，當然繼續我的outdoor dining 。今次試了油甘魚茶漬飯，再叫了客牛油果鰻魚卷😊茶漬飯口感不錯，不會太鹹。油甘魚略嫌薄了一點😝但還算新鮮。至於壽司，味道不錯，唯獨是有tempura的兩件，皮太厚及不夠脆，有點可惜😅。值得特別一讚是service 🤩 因為坐在patio, 有職員站在較近的位置，有什麼要求很快就回應👍🏻

Went to IZA several times. First time, the chargrilled yakitori was pretty good. Chicken liver was still medium and bloody which I loved. Gingko was slightly over-salted. One thing I did not understand was we got only one egg yolk for 3 orders of tsukune. Were we supposed to share? 😅 So gross.The karaage was hot and juicy which was outstanding. Veggies tempura was crispy with thin batter, but slightly overpriced for this portion.Second and third visit, dry and tough chicken, especially their signature chicken wing. Liver and heart were overcooked too. Very disappointing. Tsukune was still okay and we requested one egg per order.Most of their staff seem friendly and attentive. The atmosphere of IZA is also very Japanese izakaya like. The problem is if a restaurant can't maintain their quality, it refrains me from visiting again.

去M+博物館之前到Elements 食個午餐圓方頂層大部份都係食西餐日本控嘅我, 搵到一間日本居酒屋IZA🤤🔹海膽凍烏冬配兩件加州卷 $193賣相已經好靚😍海膽配三文魚籽，種點係個海膽汁好濃，烏冬好掛汁，又爽又滑加州卷係用鮮蝦制成，啖啖蝦肉好鮮甜🔹燒金目鯛 $183金目鯛燒得剛剛好，一d都唔乾身，仲有少少脆卜卜的口感，如果有啤酒🍻飲就一流🔹蟹肉忌廉可樂餅 $18可樂餅炸得好鬆脆，有啖啖蟹肉，十足十係日本食一樣😋
